September 8, 2024 at 5:10 pmMy kid seems more than cheerful and we are cheerful with the childcare centre, it would be excellent to just see more of what she is doing. The team in my kid’s class are outstanding. We don’t have visibility on the discovering as there are minimal updates on the app.

October 12, 2024 at 5:02 amMy concern is the cleanliness is not at their best either the rooms, stairs or main hall.
I don’t receive any information about what activities my son is engaged in or enjoys the best. Actually, I haven’t been informed about what they do during the day or week. I know they playtime outside or in the soft playtime area which I think is incredible but knowing what they’re discovering would be beneficial for us so we can set some activities at home.
The team are welcoming and attentive and I think my little boy likes being there which as a Mum is something less to worry about. I sense overall the childcare centre is great.

November 16, 2024 at 10:13 amThey plan activities each day, the meals are varied and healthy. The team are so thoughtful and welcoming. My daughter clearly has a excellent relationship with each of the workers in her room and couldn’t be happier there. My little girl has attended Best Friends Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, Tyldesley since March 2022 and I couldn’t be happier with the care she receives.

November 21, 2024 at 7:26 pmThe team are lovely and engaging with them. There is a variety of activities for them to do, which changes often, and the rooms have lots of space. The food is excellent too – they adore it. They adore to stretch and grow on a Monday. My two daughters go here, and they adore it.

When my daughter was settling in they were in regular contact updating me on how she was after I’d left. My daughter is vegan and they have consistently been really accommodating with this also. The childcare centre is excellent.

January 22, 2025 at 10:57 amHe claps with excitement when we pull up into the car park. I sense that the childcare centre has dealt with any of our queries hands-on. We absolutely adore the updates that we get on the app and the team provides us with a really great handover at the end of the day. Our son’s childcare centre room is consistently so welcoming and engaging for the babies, with a full range of activities all setup, ready for the day ahead. Our son has really settled into this childcare centre.

Team are consistently so welcoming and cheerful to spend the time updating you on your kid! Lots of activities for the kids to do and you can see the team really care for the kids. Remarkable!

Coming from a childcare centre that is very discriminative, I am impressed with Best Friends and would highly suggest the school to families. I am very pleased with the services they offer.

March 12, 2025 at 9:40 pmShe settled in really well in both the ‘babies’ and ‘tinies’ rooms. She is so excited to go to childcare centre each day and consistently has big smiles when we pick her up. She loves all the activities, particularly ‘stretch and grow’ and the outside areas and all the team are lovely. She is also a big fan of the food! Our daughter has attended Best Friends Childcare centre full-time since she was nine months old and we are very cheerful with our choice of childcare centre.

I really appreciate the childcare centre and all their hard work. They are diligent in helping assistance my son’s allergy. Best Friends is an outstanding childcare centre.

May 9, 2025 at 8:27 amI’ll admit like any mother I was nervous when she first started but the team were so lovely from day one and she took to them instantly there wasn’t anything to be nervous about, they put photos up and about her development and activities on the childcare centre app, it’s exceptional, couldn’t fault it and I suggest Best Friends to anyone I know who asks about nurseries for their little ones. My daughter has been at Best Friends Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, Tyldesley since she was 8 months old (she’s now 1 and a half) and she’s loved it from day one, I barely even get a wave in a morning when she goes in, she walks straight through the door, gives the team cuddles when going in and at home time.

Note, it would have been better if daily feedback about the kid’s eating, sleeping and other activities were given in writing rather than verbal report. Overall journey with the childcare centre is great.

His key workers helped him settle in so well and made the transition to the older class so seamless. Thank you to all the team at Best Friends! Our little boy has been at Best Friends Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, Tyldesley for 8 months now, and we cannot fault the service and care he receives!
