The whole team were polite and easy to talk to and we’re consistently ready to help if needed. The childcare centre was also excellent for promoting their independence. The management at Bears is remarkable and consistently ready to help and go the extra mile. Remarkable childcare centre. Bears House is an outstanding childcare centre.

She has grown into a very independent little girl and loves to learn.
The childcare centre provides a variety of enjoyable activities and lots of parent days for us to attend.
I will be sad to see her leave next year for school.

October 5, 2024 at 3:33 amI sense my kid is very secure here. The childcare centre feels very homely and comfortable. My kid has gained so much more self‑assurance since attending. I’m constantly updated with his development. The childcare centre do loads of arts and crafts, messy playtime, sensory playtime, and have a excellent garden with a mud kitchen. Remarkable childcare centre and the team are exceptional.

October 8, 2024 at 4:24 pmThe team put in so much effort into making the day special for all the little’s from graduation snacks (decorated to look like graduates) to gift bags including a memory stick with all their discovering journey from their start date. All the little touches and playtime stations before the graduation made the day easy and enjoyable. Can’t thank the team enough! My daughter had the most fantastic graduation.

Really did make it such a special day. The team put a lot of thought into the day, especially the decorations and party games they put on for the kids. Cannot speak highly enough of the team. Remarkable graduation ceremony.

November 24, 2024 at 10:03 amThe team are all so welcoming, can never do enough for you. When my son was diagnosed with a fair few allergies, they accommodated him straight away. He was diagnosed with autism while in preschool and they understood his needs and helped him to grow a lot. My son started there in December 2020 in the baby room and we have had nothing but excellent service.

Big thank you to all the incredible team for all the assistance and adore you have given to my kids and me. Both my kids have attended this Playschool and absolutely adore it as do I.

I have no regrets sending her to Bear’s House and am more than cheerful to suggest them to other parents. Keep up the great work you guys! Like many parents, I was nervous about sending my only kid to childcare centre.

Since joining we’ve seen our son make friends with other kids as well as all the team. They delight in a huge range of games inside and out, as well as some special events throughout the year – our son, loved the visit from a fire engine especially. Exceptional childcare centre. Highly suggest. Our son who is three has attended Bear’s House since he was twelve months – and he’s consistently loved it.

I adore this childcare centre and the team. Thank you for teaching my kids. I have been sending my kids to this childcare centre over the past 8 years and I have never had any issues with anything.
