The manager is very welcoming, well‑informed about all sorts of aspects of kid care and provides reassurance (which I sense is very important as a parent).
The childcare centre is bright and cheerful inside- lots of colourful items, great layout of dining area/playtime areas downstairs/sleep areas upstairs.
Well-organised childcare centre entrance which has a display board clearly stating what activities happen in the month and advice on feeding/future school year applications etc.
Decent-sized shelter for prams and clear accessible gateway to the entrance.

The team are incredible and very welcoming, and I’m not stressed when I leave my son there. I had been to a couple of nurseries before coming to Bearfield, and can honestly say, I didn’t like any of them.

All the team were welcoming and attentive and she would come home and come out with new things and skills she had learnt. When it came to the time when she was starting school, we felt that she was genuinely ready. This was thanks to her time at Bearfield and all she had learnt and the self‑assurance she had gained there. Our daughter started at Bearfield Childcare centre when we moved to the area and was there for over a year.

October 27, 2024 at 6:20 amThe great thing about Bearfields Day Childcare centre is that you consistently have the opportunity to raise anything with them and they will listen to you and give you outstanding advice. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre, it is inviting and real. I have seen a lot of nurseries, but Bearfields is the one to choose. My son attended the childcare centre about a year and I can say that the manager and her team are really incredible.

The team and both loving and educational. my kids have come back with improved speech and updates skills. They also provide a excellent manager who assures you when it comes to any concerns! My journey at Bearfield Childcare centre has been absolutely incredible!

November 15, 2024 at 4:38 amThe manager and all the team are all lovely people and I sense reassured leaving my daughter with them. There were a few days when my daughter got a bit teary when I left her, but the manager was so compassionate and comforting in how she dealt with it that I felt at ease leaving my daughter, as I knew she was in great hands. Overall, I’ve had a positive journey with Bearfield and will happily suggest it to other parents. My 2.5yo daughter has settled in really well at Bearfield and enjoys going to childcare centre and playing with her friends.

December 25, 2024 at 11:03 amThe caregivers are all very nice and consistently smiling because they seem to care about the kids. They solve every problem and are very supportive. If there is a problem they consistently talk and help. I highly suggest Bearfield Day Childcare centre.

I adore that I am consistently kept up to date with my son’s development and I can also chat how he got on throughout the day. What is most important is my son is very cheerful there and it’s excellent to see how much he develops within the childcare centre. Incredible childcare centre!

January 17, 2025 at 12:01 amHe loves it so much that he barely acknowledges me to say bye once he arrives. At his previous childcare, he use to get hysterical and cry as I left him. As a qualified teacher, these signs highlight how well he is looked after and managed at Bearfield. A special shout out to one member of team in particular who is not only excellent with the kids but handles me with compassion and grace around any concerns that pop up. I would highly suggest it! My son who is now 2, has moved childcare twice before we found Bearfield.

The team are lovely and attentive. They give a lot of discovering opportunities in the outdoor space. Definitely recommended! My son loves the childcare centre and the team.

February 6, 2025 at 10:31 pmI am updated on the food they’ve eaten, nap times, nappy changes and activities for the day! It’s remarkable, both kids never want to come home when I pick them up, it’s like their second home with additional family.
I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre anymore! I haven’t tried any other childcare centre to compare any of this, however I am very impressed with the daily updates on both my kids on their app!

April 6, 2025 at 11:29 amHe is fond of the team and misses it now. We found the ladies really supportive, excellent with advice and suggestions and would definitely suggest to other parents. The thought and care that goes into the activities to keep the kids engaged is really admirable and appreciated. We were nervous about moving our 2.5-year-old son to Bearfield, but he soon loved it, made some lovely friends and was really cheerful there.

There is consistently so much to do and I adore that they have a board outside so parents know what the kids have been doing on that day. My kid has benefited so much from this childcare centre.

June 15, 2025 at 1:56 amHe struggled with being away from me and the team were incredible at reassuring me that it is perfectly normal for some kids to have separation anxiety. They helped him by engaging with things he enjoyed to do, like building blocks, cars and lots of tender, loving care.
I felt that the team really cared about his emotional development and genuinely wanted him to overcome his anxiety. He soon ran into childcare centre, happily saying “bye, bye Mummy” and running into an embrace from team members. Every day I would get a summary on what he did, ate, and how he played with his peers verbally and via the childcare centre app (Everything was well documented). He is a cheerful little boy and enjoyed his time a Bearfield. Any issues I had with his development, I felt the manager was approachable, well equipped and informative. My son joined in September 2021 till August 2022.
