Since he started the team and I have seen a massive improvement in his development, especially his speech. Since moving my son to Banana Moon in November 2022 the team have been highly reassuring whilst he settled in.

They noticed the discovering and development needed (verbal and speech) and worked on it accordingly. I noticed a significant change in my kid’s development within weeks. I found that the management and team are honest and attentive. The safety practices are great, however, improvement is needed in the personal hygiene care of kids. More involvement of parents is needed. The app/web diary is incredible, kept me updated and involved. If possible increase options for breakfast. I noticed that the management and carers put individualised discovering plans for my kid.

From playing with dough to running around in the playground. The vast amount of activities keeps the kids active and they get to see their friends too. Excellent service and enjoyable for kids. Banana Moon is excellent for kids who like to do a lot of activities.

We are highly cheerful with his care and discovering he has been given so far. All the team are welcoming and supportive! Since m son has started three hours a day at childcare centre, he is loving his time there.

My son has been going since 2021 from 8-months of age.
He settled in exceptional the team are so welcoming and polite cannot fault them at all. He has come on so much since being at Banana Moon. Remarkable childcare centre.

You can see that team have a remarkable bond with the kids they care for.
Two members of team, in particular, are incredible and listen and respond well to questions you may have. Their childcare understanding and journey are solid. The kids are cheerful here – my son is a highly picky eater, even at home and they have helped encourage him to eat foods he would not normally try and have been successful in doing so. I almost fell over when his diary said he ate an apple. They also inform me of what he has tried so I can encourage him more at home.
With it being my son’s first time away from me for long periods we both had some anxiety but mine has completely gone as I trust in the team, my son’s reaction at the drop-off has improved due to the kindness and care he is shown on arrival by all members of team.
Overall a 10 out of 10 for childcare knowledge, kid engagement, safety, encouragement and team attitude. The team at this childcare centre are attentive, compassionate and highly motivated by the outstanding management.

It was truly great to find out what they get up to and my son has seriously learnt so much and enjoys coming every week. All the team are lovely and I couldn’t ask for more. I felt this was highly interesting as it was my first time in the childcare centre since my son started at 6 months old due to covid!

My daughter loves coming here every morning. The kids are well looked after and the team are consistently informative. The manager is paying attention to every detail such as ensuring the development of each kid. Banana Moon Childcare centre is absolutely incredible.

They all adore being at the childcare centre and have formed great relationships with all the team. They may go in crying but consistently come out buzzing! They are inclusive and promote diversity. The team are consistently cheerful, welcoming and approachable! The premises are spotless and well-maintained. More than anything the team truly get to know to kids and encourage autonomy of the kid, where the allow the kid to follow their interests. I would definitely suggest them to any parent. They are also truly great at keeping parents informed of daily activities and any upcoming events. The quality of care in my view is exceptional and I’d definitely suggest them to other parents! I have three kids at the childcare centre aged between two and four.
