October 8, 2024 at 4:50 pmMy son had moved from the baby room (the baby room was remarkable) to the mini-moons room and this has caused my son to be upset, screaming, and crying, not wanting to go to childcare centre anymore after he enjoyed it. Team needs extra training or to find a new job role completely. The kids do the same activities every day, given no attention, left soiled and dirty – not getting checked or changed. One member of team too heavy-handed with another kid on pick up to be put down for a nap and many other issues.
This overall has caused massive trauma for my son even after changing nurseries. Spoke to the manager and still, no change within the room, emailed the same manager but never replies to address any of these issues. Other parents have emailed and no replies again. After this journey and the issues it has caused my son, would not suggest anyone to send their kid there. I sense Ofsted needs to re-evaluate the rating massively. Would not suggest this childcare centre, especially for kids aged 2+.

The childcare centre has outstanding facilities, the manager is highly inviting and approachable as are all the team. Any issues, suggestions or recommendations are consistently well received and taken on board. I cannot sing their praises enough. The team are incredible at Banana Moon.

Would definitely suggest. My son started in October after a bad start in a previous childcare centre.
