It was a very difficult transition for me in terms of me leaving him, however, the team were really reassuring. They let us have multiple settling-in sessions which really helped me and especially my son to get used to the childcare centre, team and other kids. The app is excellent too I adore to be able to see what he is getting up to and it’s also the peace of mind knowing that they are okay. I am really cheerful with sending my little boy to Banana Moon.

When my kid first started they had a slight speech delay where the childcare centre and the SENCO helped me and my kid to thrive.
My kid comes home every day from childcare centre telling me all about their day and how much they thoroughly delight in the time they have spent there with their educators and friends.
All of the team consistently have a smile on their face and are willing to do anything to help us. Even the childcare centre cook gets involved with holding cooking sessions in the room with the kids to develop important life skills. I cannot express how cheerful I am that I found a childcare centre for my kid where they have come on leaps and bounds.

The team are incredible and my kids adore them. You can see the care and attention they give which my kids adore. Both undertake many activities in childcare centre and are both thriving, they have come on so much since starting there. They come home each evening very cheerful, contented little boys. Thanks Banana Moon. Both of my kids attend Banana Moon and I can honestly say, I wouldn’t want them to go anywhere else.

Although he is a confident kid I did worry as there was a lot of change for him with a new home in a completely new area. He settled in immediately. The team are incredible, consistently bubbly and energetic which is excellent as my son thinks the world of all of them. The updates on the app are remarkable. I have never seen any as great and after speaking to other mums about it, they haven’t. I have continuous updates throughout the day. I really do sense like I get a great insight into his day. It is evident when he comes home and tells you about it what he is discovering etc. Thank you to Banana Moon We are so cheerful with Banana Moon, my son started childcare centre here back in June 22.

She would simply not receive such care and attention and learn and achieve so much in a large childcare centre. She loves the team to bits which is testimony to the attention they provide and the over and above they do for our little ones. It’s a culture instilled throughout the team with endless cuddles for the little ones when they need one. Everyone has done their best to pull together during this difficult year to keep the childcare centre open. Our little girl has loved it even more since reopening and taken to the new team members amazingly well which is testament to the quality of the recruitment and management of the childcare centre. There is an app which provides daily info on your little one’s activities and photos which is fab. There’s also a really great cultural of providing great quality meals in the childcare centre and my little one eats better there than home. This is a super little childcare centre where “small is definitely lovely” and our little girl has blossomed over the last two years here.

He has fitted in so well. The change in his social skills has really improved. The team are so welcoming and informative. 10 out of 10. My kid started at Banana Moon Day Childcare centre end of March 2023 and he absolutely loves going there.

The kids undertake many different activities throughout the day and team engage with each kid throughout, encouraging discovering and development whilst keeping it enjoyable and playful.
When the weather is great, the kids playtime games outdoors. The front of the building and the outdoor playtime space could do with some updating and improvement but my son still has a excellent time regardless. Meals are rotated every few weeks and are home-cooked with a great variety of healthy meals. The kids are often involved in cooking/baking activities too. Toilet training has been successful and team have been supportive and supportive with toilet training plans to encourage independence. Overall a excellent journey and would suggest the childcare centre to family and friends. My son loves going to Banana Moon – he has developed exceptional relationships with the team and has a excellent friendship group.

They have been hardworking, thinking about new activities daily to keep the little one not only entertained but also engaged and providing educational value at the same time. We were initially worried when our little one started about him settling in, but the team have been very welcoming and helped put our mind at ease.

I would highly suggest to anyone who is thinking of using Banana Moon. My granddaughter attends and is so cheerful to come each day, she has come on in leaps and bounds since attending and is such a cheerful girl in the mornings knowing she is coming to childcare centre.

He is a confident, sociable, chatty little boy who has made lots of friends in the baby room. We get updated on the app and what he’s been doing throughout the day which is nice to see. The team are welcoming and attentive and makes me sense at ease leaving him in their care. My son has been coming here for over a year and has progressed so much due to the outstanding team within the childcare centre.
