The team in the Baby and Teeny rooms at Banana Moon are lovely people who support deeply about the little ones in their attention. Our little one has a brilliant time, eats well and comes home pleased. We couldn’t ask for more and would endorse them to anyone.

They even take kids out to the fire stations or parks. It’s good. He is more interactive and playful now. It has provided a positive impact on my boy. They have lots of outdoor space for playing. The carers are welcoming, polite and cheerful. Lots of fun activities for my young lad.

Our period with Banana Moon Caversham is fantastic. Would most definitely suggest the early‑years hub. Our young lad has been enjoying the childcare centre truly much, and every day is a fun day for him, along with quite a lot of discovering. The team is always willing to help, if they sense that you are worried about something they always take an extra step and are keeping you updated via the app.

My girl has been going to Banana Moon Caversham since September 2021, she wasn’t even 2 at that time, but she settled in fairly quickly and now she is truly excited to go there every morning. She has made loads of friends, she is now exceptionally bubbly, talks a lot, and learnt incredible things. They do many activities daily which are helping with their advancement. So yes, I do advocate this early‑years hub, was the best decision to register her here.

After being a typical ‘lockdown baby’ she was nervous around strangers, but the settling sessions completely did their job and she started her first day with no tears, open arms and a ‘bye bye’! My little one has started here, following in her brother’s footsteps and so far seems truly delighted. We were so pleased! She’s obviously feeling thrilled and secure and that’s all we ask.

The personnel is exceptionally approachable and responsive to our queries, and the extended hours are essential for working parents. A lot of fun activities are organised every day, and with the nice weather, they spend a lot of time outdoors in the garden. Our little one started in baby moons preceding month, and he absolutely treasures going to nursery setting.

The team are so caring and always ask how she is each morning and tell us about her day when we come to pick her up, they are also great at communicating if there is anything we need to know during the day. Our little girl started Baby Moons in September and the crew were so reassuring to help us adjust and settle in. Seeing her bonding with the personnel, absorbing and growing has been wonderful, she has recently moved to Teenie Moons and is having a great time! We are extremely delighted with Bananamoon. Thank you. She happily walks in each morning and greets the personnel with a hug, and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day!

1 full week later he couldn’t be happier to go or sadder to leave. Was worried about outdoor space as he treasures being outside but they have lots of activities out there and even a tent when the weather isn’t as nice. Loved seeing chicks hatch. My young lad had a rocky start with teething/illness and was worried it wasn’t right for him. At first I was apprehensive having not been to visit the nursery setting but the people seemed nice. He’s settled so well. He adores the girls there and runs in.

The personnel are always welcoming and positive. We enjoy looking at photos on the app to see the fun they have had during the day. They were supported well to settle in. Our youngsters are extremely delighted at Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham.

Ultimately my little one was pleased, healthy and well looked after and as a result she’s thriving and my five month old is starting full time in May. I sent my little one to this childcare centre in 2017 when she was one and she stayed until she left for school. They work so hard and are always open to ways to improve the service. Whilst there have been some challenges, I have always been impressed by the passion and dedication of the personnel towards the kids.

My boy started the baby room this month and he has settled in so well, I’m so grateful to all the wonderful members of crew who have always made us all so welcome and have kept me up to date throughout the day of how my baby is. I also have a little one in the preschool room who started the nursery setting back when he was in the baby room and he absolutely adores the childcare centre too. Couldn’t be happier with the service of the early‑years hub and team!

The kids have love/loved their time (one of them is now at school). It went through some teething issues a few years ago. Kids have plenty of space and room to sleep and rest. We have had both are youngsters at Banana Moon, each from 1 year old. Their opening hours of 7:30am to 6:30pm are rare to find too. They have developed well there. Staff stay, there is truly little turnover, which is healthy sign. However with new childcare centre management and retaining great personnel, Banana Moon turned a corner, and have been fantastic for 2-3 years now. The early‑years hub is truly well organised, and update the parents on a daily basis. The manager I’d say leads by example – she is brilliant. Much better than many crowded and cramped nurseries we have visited. The space is truly good. Whats not to like about it? Our kids talk exceptionally fondly of the crew, and manager. I’d advocate it. As said the crew are positive, welcoming, really helpful and passionate about the kids.

I would advocate the childcare centre to others. He quickly got over tears at handover, which I credit to the welcoming team. The team is hardworking and incredible. The team at Banana Moon have been understanding and caring and have done everything they can to help my little one settle and enjoy his time at nursery setting. My youngster joined Banana Moon Caversham in February 2021. As a baby born in lockdown, joining early‑years hub was the first contact that he had with other kids.

My 7-month-old little one treasures to go there. Though it is only 5 days for us (very new), we already started to feel comfortable. Without any worry, we can go to work as I know my little one is in safe hands. Lovely and protected space.

It is clear that the team at Banana Moon treasure little ones. Three members of personnel have also been particularly great with him and he has really blossomed in their care. My 3-year-old has been attending Banana Moon for 6 months but it feels like he’s been there forever. He has big emotions and finds it hard to adjust to new things and situations, so it took a little while for him to settle, but the crew always welcomed him with big smiles and cuddles and I felt comfortable leaving him there from the start, especially as they would check in to let me know that he was thrilled and playing (usually with dinosaurs!). The crew are really welcoming and useful. They do a huge range of interesting activities every day and my boy is so pleased and chatty when I collect him, I enjoy hearing about his busy day and all the tasty food that he’s eaten. My son’s room leader, she has been really communicative and I feel like she is really invested in and cares for him.

The rooms are all immaculate, bright and look exciting, the meals and snacks are well thought out and contact from the team to parents regarding upcoming events or changes is good. The most noticeable part of our period with Banana Moon is that all members of team treat us and our little one like the most important one in the room and I’m sure other families feel this too. They have allowed enough space for her to grow and discover whilst also providing excellent support and attention. Our girl has been with Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham for over a year and has enjoyed every day spent there. Even if the team member isn’t from the same room as our youngster, they know her and show the same attention and attention as if they were her direct key worker. Overall, we would endorse Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham.

I am so proud of the grown-up girl she is becoming and I would like to thank all the crew at Banana Moon for giving her such a great start to her education. She was made to feel extremely welcome from the beginning and after settling in, she has really come out of her shell and developed some wonderful connections with her peers. My little one has a huge interest in numbers and reading and I feel all the games and activities have inspired her to develop these abilities. My girl has had a fantastic year at Banana Moon and will be extremely unhappy to say goodbye to the team and her friends when she starts at school in September.

Since joining he has become so much more social and interacting with people, and his speech has enhanced dramatically. We also enjoy the app where we can see our child’s day from what they have been eating and sleeping and photos of all the activities they do. Everyone is always cordial and useful. So glad we chose Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham. Couldn’t suggest Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham enough, our little boy enjoys it there, can’t wait to get to nursery setting in the morning and he talks about it all evening.

My young lad has been there for over one year. The early‑years hub is clearly doing something remarkable with them. Lately, I’ve had the pleasure to see (at the park) how he behaves with a colleague from his room, and it was absolutely remarkable to see their bond. He has developed so much.

Banana Moon has been a lovely early‑years hub for our young lad. Despite not being able to go in I feel I have a good understanding of what goes on due to the daily updates and photos we get. I’m extremely thrilled with their provision and most of all, our boy is always thrilled to go to early‑years hub. The managers are efficient and prompt at responding to any questions and the crew are always warm when we meet at handover.
