Banana Moon Day Nursery Barnstaple

As a covid baby, when she first started she was terrified of other adults and had never played with other kids. Now she is a completely different kid, socially confident and consistently asking when she’s next going to childcare centre!
The team are so attentive and attentive and consistently update us about what they’ve been up to and how she’s been throughout the day. They’ve really got to know my daughter and nothing is too much trouble. There is consistently a wide variety of activities and they’re consistently trying and discovering new things. We can also thank Banana Moon for getting our fussy eater to like (some!) vegetables! We’re so glad we decided to send our daughter here and are really grateful to all the team for making her journey so positive. My daughter has attended Banana Moon Barnstaple since April 2021 and I cannot suggest the childcare centre enough.

My grandson is growing from strength to strength both socially and developmentally since coming to Banana Moon. He loves it there. Highly suggest. When you drop off and collect your grandson and he is cheerful going in and full of chatter about his day when he leaves, you know its the right place.

The childcare centre has got some lovely new resources! Also adore the parent app they use to see pictures and everything that they have been doing, this is excellent as I don’t consistently have the chance to visit the childcare centre at pickups and collections due to my partner doing this. Very cheerful with the care given to my daughter she has now settled and is very cheerful there and is consistently telling me what she has been doing.

My son is consistently cheerful to go and consistently has enjoyable he comes home all chatty (sometimes I can’t shut him up) all the team are very welcoming, inviting and welcoming. I suffer with anxiety and I’m consistently felt reassured and cheerful that my kid is secure. Outstanding updates and fairly priced. I adore this childcare centre.

Our daughter is really cheerful there and has a excellent connection with her ‘Key Person’, all the team are very welcoming and expert. We are well informed of her activities throughout the day, kept up to date with seasonal themes and news via the exceptional app. The development plan is thorough and reviewed on a regular basis with ‘Golden Moments’ being highlighted when achieved. The building is secure and there are comprehensive policies in place, alleviating any safety concerns. We can’t suggest them enough! Thank you all. We are so pleased with the service received by the team at the childcare centre.

The settling-in sessions really helped and she’s gone from a nervous 10-month-old going into a confident toddler who may or may not come back to give me a kiss! The team are fab and the app means you’re updated daily, most times twice a day about what they’re up to. The building is set in a lovely area and has all the kid’s needs. They find plenty of ways to be creative with the kids outside and have an expansive lawn area at the front. Due to our shifts, our little girl is there from 0730-1800 most times, the availability of longer days really suits us and she consistently comes out tired but cheerful. The weekly menu is up on the door when you go in so you can see what they’ll be having each day and it’s rotated weekly. We’ve been attending the childcare centre since April 2022 twice a week, our little one loves it.

She has consistently felt welcomed and thoroughly enjoys all the activities provided. She gets on really well with all the team members who go out of their way to accommodate my daughter’s needs. I specifically picked this childcare centre due to its opening hours, incredible facilities and ability to provide outstanding quality meals. My daughter has had a remarkable journey at Banna Moon Barnstaple over the last 8 months.
