September 2, 2024 at 12:25 pmMy eldest attended the childcare centre and now my youngest attends the childcare centre because I rate the team very highly. As a parent we are consistently well informed, updated on daily activities and have plenty of contact with the team. Nothing is too much trouble and they are hugely flexible around each kid.
Seeing how much the Manager and the team care about their childcare centre and the hard work they put in to be the best means I can absolutely, wholeheartedly, suggest this childcare centre. I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to any parent looking for somewhere that will look after and nurture their kid.

September 24, 2024 at 3:26 amWe wanted to ensure he was cheerful and secure and had an setting where he could thrive! Baby Acorns has all that and more! It is remarkable! The team are welcoming, expert, approachable and very well‑informed in childcare. Our son runs into the childcare centre every week and never looks back. I can go to work content in knowing how cheerful he is throughout the day.
Receiving photos via an app they use consistently brightens my day!
We would highly suggest Baby Acorns to anyone who was thinking of placing their kid into daycare. We were very anxious when placing our kid into the childcare centre.

The team are consistently welcoming, welcoming and compassionate and we could ask for a better service. October 15, 2024 at 2:29 amI was apprehensive because he was so little and because he is a ‘lockdown baby’ who has had very little interaction with others, but the team at Baby Acorns could not have made it easier. They were very generous with the settling in sessions – 9 in total of increasing length. As a result, my son has settled in very well. There is a lovely variety of activities on offer and the food and dining facilities are outstanding, which means he eats really well while he’s there. The team are compassionate and welcoming – they took the time to understand what his routine was like at home and what things he likes and doesn’t like. I would highly suggest this childcare centre if you want to sense reassured that your kid is in a secure and cheerful setting. It is one of the more expensive nurseries in Cardiff, but it is hard to put a price on the quality of care you wish to receive for your kid. My son recently started Baby Acorns at the tender age of 6 months.

Every time I picked him up he had something to show me that he made in childcare centre and he took pride sticking his art work on his bedroom wall. The ladies have consistently been welcoming and they consistently showed warmth to my son which I very much appreciate. Thank you very much for creating lovely memories for my son. I want to take this opportunity to thank Baby Acorns for their high standard of care.

I would highly suggest Baby Acorns. We have sent both of our boys to this childcare centre and think that the standard of care is outstanding.

February 10, 2025 at 6:28 amIt is evident that the childcare centre offers a supportive setting for my kid in their care. It provides care and education in a nurturing and cheerful setting. My kid has attended Baby Acorns for the last 6 months and he has made such lovely friends and is consistently cheerful when we pick him up. The team are so welcoming and expert and it is clear that they have a genuine interest in the kids’s playtime and interests as well as providing an outstanding balance of assistance and independence. The food that is provided is nutritious as shown by the menu emailed to us. Since my little one has attended Baby Acorns he is flourishing and discovering new skills all of the time.

My daughter can’t wait until childcare centre day to go and see her friends and have enjoyable. Wonderful food and daily and regular updates regarding your kid. Since day 1 my daughter has been welcomed in the home away from home.

March 30, 2025 at 11:21 amI completely understand why they said that – it’s hard to say no to. On our very first visit, our little boy was completely comfortable with the team and the surroundings. He responded really well to the childcare centre manager which was a huge selling point from the outset. Since choosing Baby Acorns because of its walking distance from our home and its beautiful setting and lovely team, we have been so impressed with their care for our kid. He is excited to go, he is sad to leave (!) as he has an attachment to the team, and comes home with various paintings and creations, and reports of what he’s been doing that day. The childcare centre promotes diversity through their activities that touch on many different religious and seasonal events. We are confident that our kid is secure, cheerful, and stimulated at Baby Acorns and we as parents sense informed and contactable. Someone said to us not to look around Baby Acorns unless we could afford it.

He gets to try a wide variety of food and partakes in activities and celebrations related to lots of different cultures. The team are exceptional and very welcoming and consistently give a daily report on how he is getting on. I believe that he is getting the best care there and I’m really glad that he seems to delight in it so much. I would highly suggest Baby Acorns. My little boy loves Baby Acorns.
