Ashmoor Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Shipley

My baby is so cheerful to be dropped off and her face lights up when she sees her room’s team. She has evolved so much since she’s been there, I can tell they’re doing lots to help the kids’s development. The team is super lovely, I adore chatting with them about my baby at the end of the day. We get a detailed report about her day and they are highly attentive to her mood and health. Moreover, I can see they clearly care for my daughter, and we are cheerful to know she is cared for by this team during the day. Could not suggest enough! I am so cheerful we chose this childcare centre!

I have one toddler and one baby at Ashmoor, my toddler loves his team and time in preschool and my baby beams when I mention his baby room team names. There are many positives to this childcare centre, the team being the stars, the garden, the food and the creativity of some team with activities. There’s the occasional bit of chaos but with so many kids around it’s bound to happen. My toddler had some speech delay issues this time last year and the deputy (along with the 2-3 room team) made small changes to the room setup to help with his – and the self‑assurance of the other younger kids in the room. Within 3 weeks he’d started talking. They understand our kids and they take the time to make a big impact. In the baby room they do a massive amount of activities! So lucky! Most importantly, I genuinely believe the team adore my kids.

They provided settling in sessions in a Covid-secure way that worked well for me and my son and they were highly great at dealing with my son’s initial distress about going to childcare centre (especially as he has spent most of his life in lockdown) and helping him adjust. He now absolutely loves going and gives big smiles whenever he sees his key workers. All the team we’ve had contact with have been highly welcoming and approachable. They have been highly flexible and accommodating to our childcare needs and we’re delighted with the team at Ashmoor. Ashmoor Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, Shipley have been incredible at welcoming my son into the childcare centre despite the current circumstances.

She has progressed so much, so quickly and we can’t not give credit to Ashmoor for assisting in this development. Our daughter started childcare centre at 9 months old and has received nothing but adore and care from her workers at Ashmoor.

I delight in that they consistently have tasks set out for them and allow them to playtime outside often.
My kid consistently seems to delight in the food based on what they advise us and they consistently have a range of different things on offer.
We delight in the regular updates and parent’s evenings however would like more upfront information for example we only received information on the price increase a month prior to this coming, which I don’t think is enough time for people to consider their options.
There could be improvement on the process of moving rooms on their ages as it seems slightly unorganised and based on whenever they could arrange for him to visit and not a structured handover. I would also like more flexibility on days.
The front door of Cherry Chestnuts is highly inconvenient and sticky, could do with replacing. Our kid has a excellent time at childcare centre, the team in the Cheery Chestnut room consistently fuss over him and make him sense special.

It retains the family home sense even though it’s a business, which has consistently been important to us. Both our daughters attended or currently attend Ashmoor Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, Shipley and have loved it. We find the team are exceptional, they clearly care about the kids a excellent deal and are expert in every approach. I’ve often said that I’d like my daughter’s keyworker to actually be my keyworker too. Although we can’t enter the building currently due to restrictions, I delight in the interaction with my daughter’s carers at pick up and drop off. They have handled new restrictions and guidelines so well in my opinion. It feels like, with the manager at the helm, the place is doing truly well, she consistently makes time for parents and I can only imagine it’s been truly hard of late but that has never come across. Truly looking forward to a time when hopefully we can venture into the garden or childcare centre again for pickups. Ashmoor Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, Shipley is a welcoming, welcoming setting set in a lovely building with a super garden.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. Outstanding value for money for the care and attention he receives. Home cooked meals three times a day. What more could any kid want. Remarkable childcare centre, all the practitioners are so lovely and attentive towards my little one.

He loves going to childcare centre and has developed massively from interacting with the other kids and team. The team have all been absolutely remarkable and genuinely care about the kids as well as being highly responsive and reasonable when we have a query. I couldn’t suggest Ashmoor more highly. Our son has been at Ashmoor for sixteen months and has been in the first three rooms.

The feedback on a daily basis is detailed and also entertaining for us!
If where she goes to childcare centre comes up in conversation and we say Ashmoor Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, the response is consistently how lovely it is!
We can certainly sense how much more confident she has become and her development through the activities and discovering has come on considerably!
The conscientious approach to working parents in terms of managing ailments etc. rather than have us pick her up straight away is also a huge help and a excellent trait of the childcare centre.
Overall we couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre, not least with how our daughter couldn’t be happier! Our daughter has such a fantastic time at the childcare centre, to the point she is genuinely excited to arrive!
The guys in the baby room are lovely, and we can tell she is at complete ease with all in there.

The garden is a excellent outdoor area for all kids. My three boys have all attended this childcare centre and have been cheerful whilst there and progressed well into school. Ashmoor Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school, Shipley is a lovely childcare centre and has a home from home sense.
