Ashbourne Day Nurseries at Oxley Park

It has been more than a yr now. I have seen my daughter growing in this nursery. The Ashbourne Day Nurseries is 2nd home for her. All the staff are very friendly and caring. She has joined in baby room it took some months for her to adjust but now I can say she has grown up to a very confident baby. She interacts with her friends, eats herself, communicates perfectly, expresses her desires, she is happy to be at nursery and what not. I am truly grateful to the Ashbourne Day Nurseries team for taking care of my child and making her so confident and strong. They perform various fun time activity games helping children to interact with each other. This is a fantastic nursery and it helped to build a strong foundation for my baby. I would recommend it to my fellow mates.

The staff at Ashbourne have been amazing over the last few months. My daughter came back to nursery in June after being closed due to Covid, and the care for her has been exceptional. The staff have been really attentive, understanding and supportive. She is always happy to go in when we drop her off.
The individual staff members seem to really know her, her interests, likes and dislikes which gives me huge confidence. She’s moved rooms and been potty trained during this time – which has been handled really well by her keyworker staff.
My only comment would be that the staff need cleaners so they are able to focus on the children and activities solely. Also, the meals served are great but it would be great if there was more variety with the pudding – not necessarily all sweet. Great offering of fruit always.
Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this nursery, they’ve been looking after my daughter since she was 1 year old and seeing her develop and have fun there is just great!

Excellent care. Staff are amazing. Trust the staff completely and my son learns so much. Preschool really acknowledge his interests and build on these.

I’m a father of two children that have attended your Oxley Park nursery, one of which is still currently with you. Our son moved to first school September 2020 and his transition was made a lot smoother with massive support from the nursery send-co, she ensured the school knew everything there was to know about my son and that measures were put in place to make sure he settled with ease. Our daughter attended from September 2020 and couldn’t be happier, she has settled well and is achieving beyond her age. On collection, the staff will give me a complete break down of her day with an added personal touch and not just your standard “been ok today”. During the pandemic, the nursery have put their all into keeping the children and nursery safe and their standards have never faltered we are regularly updated about the changes in government guidance via social media, newsletters and Eylog which puts my mind at ease knowing my child is in a safe and secure environment.

My little boy is 4 and has been attending Ashbourne Day Nurseries since he was 10 months old. We are extremely pleased with the nursery and the best way for us to gauge the level of care is the smile on his face when he enters and sees a member of staff each morning. The employees at the nursery know each child by name regardless of which room they are working in and it is nice to see the same faces that were there when he was a baby are still working there 3 years later. We know that he is thriving at the nursery by the facts, arts and little stories that he talks to us about each evening. I would recommend this nursery to any of my friends.

The nursery has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the staff are fantastic, supportive and caring. My son loves the activities he takes part in and his learning and development is improving daily. He also comes home talking about the delicious food he has on a daily basis.

Ashbourne Day Nursery at Oxley is a very good nursery. The staff are very lovely and dedicated to their jobs. Even during the pandemic, they worked tirelessly to provide a normal and fun atmosphere for the children. My daughter started attending the nursery when she was 9 months. She was very attached to me and I was very nervous about going back to work and leaving her at nursery. Fast forward 3 years later, my daughter is very happy at this nursery. She has blossomed into a confident child and I thank the lovely staff at this nursery for this. And now I am happy for my 6-month-old will be starting at the same nursery.

If I could give the staff and manager at Oxley Park 6* (Stars) I definitely would!
The team are great with our son, extremely helpful with any queries we have and very informative with our child’s progress and how his day has been within the day nursery.
We have a restricted dietary plan for our son, and the manager at Oxley Park and the chef, have been extremely accommodating with this at all meal times, and keep us informed at what meals he has/has not been eating, which is great to know.
We can tell our son is having a great time at Ashbourne Day Nursery and is always excited to go inside when the staff open door and greet him.

My Grandchild has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery, she is confident in everything she does. The staff have been amazing with some medical needs and gives my daughter the confidence to leave her in safe hands, the communication with the manager is above expectation and the manager will always go above and beyond to help.

I can’t praise this nursery enough, they have helped my grandson settle in quickly after a very disruptive time in his life. Management and staff have gone above and beyond to make this very stressful and emotional time in his life, a little easier. He comes home and tells me all about his day, especially enjoying the garden area. I would recommend this nursery to friends and feel confident that the best care is given.
