September 4, 2024 at 9:54 amEveryone is truly nice and you get updates of what your kid had for lunch and how many nappies they changed. I couldn’t suggest Archway Court Day Childcare centre more. My little boy loves going to childcare centre, he is consistently so excited and never wants to leave when it is home time.

September 7, 2024 at 7:17 amMy kid has loved going here. I have never had anything but a positive journey. The team are like a second family. I highly suggest a pre-visit when looking for a place for your kid as you will be able to view the different areas and meet the team, in normal circumstances. Have used this facility for childcare centre, preschool, wrap-around care and kids club.

September 7, 2024 at 7:25 amThey put such effort into making sure this is a fantastic place for the kids to learn and playtime. We have been using Archway Court Day Childcare centre now for eight years and wouldn’t choose anywhere else to send my three little ones. We no longer live in Newport but it gave me anxiety thinking about finding somewhere new and great enough to send the youngest. Such a fantastic childcare centre with fantastic team.

December 8, 2024 at 2:45 pmWe had tried other nurseries prior to Archway with my eldest, but he had never settled anywhere and would consistently cry on drop off/pick up. We visited Archway with our eldest (18 months old at the time) and he loved it from day 1. He was off exploring the toys and making himself at home straight away, so we’ve used their services ever since. My eldest moved on to school and the transition was perfect! Archway certainly set him up perfectly to be ready for the change. He went to a school where not many others from the childcare centre went, but Archway set him up to create new friendships and be confident which I can’t thank them enough for.
My youngest is now at Archway and we wouldn’t have even thought about using anywhere else. I’ll be sad when he moves on to school but will still definitely use kids clubs etc in the future if needed. 100% suggest. We have used Archway Court Childcare centre for both of our kids since 2016.

January 4, 2025 at 3:52 amMy eldest is at preschool level and my youngest for toddlers and preschool. Archway Court Day Childcare centre have great updates via apps as well as great face-to-face updates. Since the pandemic Archway Court Day Childcare centre have made many changes to protect the kids, including not allowing parents in the building and small kids bubbles. The childcare centre were faster at contacting me when my kid needed to isolate than the official track and trace and have the correct advice to follow. My kids have consistently had great relationships with team. The team are compassionate, patient and have helped me through challenging behaviour with my son. I am highly cheerful with the care my kids have had and continue to receive at Archway Court Day Childcare centre. Both my kids have attended Archway Court Day Childcare centre.

February 17, 2025 at 9:15 amThe team are all incredible, the food is great and varied. They do lots of outdoor activities and my three-year-old can say Welsh words. I have noticed their self‑assurance has grown especially my youngest who was born just before lockdown. I was worried about leaving her one morning a week but after a few sessions, she absolutely loves it and jumps into the girls’ arms when I drop her off, which is so reassuring. I would highly suggest this childcare centre! Both of my girls attend Archway Court Day Childcare centre and they both adore going there.

March 9, 2025 at 9:13 pmFrom the first visit, the kids seemed cheerful and to be having enjoyable. The girls find out your routine and try their best to follow this which helps with consistency. My daughter is cheerful going in and coming out of childcare centre, often telling us, in her own way, what she has been up to. We have a care diary completed each day and often get pictures of the kids completing a range of activities which is lovely to see. I often get comments on how clever my daughter is with her speaking and the girls have definitely helped her with this. My daughter joined the childcare centre when she was around nine months old, I visited a few nurseries before deciding on Archway Court Day Childcare centre.

March 10, 2025 at 1:01 amI can’t thank the girls enough for the care they give him and the other kids. He loves them all to bits. His discovering, his self‑assurance and his ability to socialise has grown and grown. The childcare centre are highly great at bringing out the best in the kids and nurturing that to their advantage. The facilities are also fabulous, with a excellent outdoor area for exploring nature and building. I would definitely suggest and will be sending my second son in the summer. My son is four and has attended this childcare centre since he was nine months old.

He’s been to a previous childcare centre and he never settled in but here it’s incredible, he’s consistently cheerful, consistently having enjoyable and this all happens whilst he’s discovering. The best childcare centre. Absolutely adore this childcare centre!

They consistently keep you up to date with all of the latest information. Highly supportive throughout all of the pandemic with making sure people are okay. The app is easy to use, is interactive, and helps you understand your kid’s planner every day. Remarkable childcare centre.

May 17, 2025 at 11:34 amHowever within a week or so he was cheerful to go in, Archway Court did all they could to help us settle him in and to get used to going – recommending a few short introductory sessions to get him used to being there and us returning for him.
Now almost a year later he truly loves it, happily runs through the gate and has even been sad a few times leaving to come home as he loves it so much. Some of the ladies who look after him are so compassionate. His speech is incredible and every day he comes home with new words, names and songs for us. I couldn’t suggest it enough.
The updates we get throughout the day help on the days we truly miss him. They often include pictures and consistently say what he has eaten etc and how much (consistently all for ours!) My little boy started at Archway Court Day Childcare centre when he was a little over 1, I am sure like all parents we were apprehensive about what to expect, made worse by the fact we were in the middle of a pandemic and he hadn’t been with anyone other than us in our home for months.

They run an open and honest culture and nothing is too much trouble. Even during Covid-19, the team have worked tirelessly to ensure kids sense secure and secure. Archway Court Day Childcare centre provides a home from home journey.

Every time my daughter attends they do different activities, painting, messy playtime, making stuff, and playing in the garden. I would most definitely suggest this childcare centre to my friends and family. Lovely childcare centre, with excellent and welcoming team.

June 28, 2025 at 11:08 amHer speech and her general understanding of everything shot forward so much straight away, she’s even singing and counting in Welsh! She comes home spotless every day. They feed her plenty and if she wants more, they give it. She is so excited to go in and tells me how much enjoyable she had every day, so they must be doing something right. The girls consistently go through everything from the day with me on collection and are consistently available on the phone if I need them. My daughter has been attending Archway Court Day Childcare centre since September 2020.
