Angels at Play - Park Road

I have three girls all attending at the moment, and they all adore it. The team are compassionate, attentive and compassionate to both the kids and parents. At handover time, the team show a real interest in the kids and seem to really understand them. The updates we get throughout the week via the app are clear and paint a real picture of what our kids have been up to. All three have allergies/intolerances, and the kitchen team have gone above and beyond in ensuring they have food that they delight in throughout the day. I cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough. Angels at Playtime is a super childcare centre.

The team genuinely care about the kids (and the parents too – I suffer from extreme separation anxiety with my little girl and the manager and team have literally gone above and beyond to look after me too! They have been compassionate, empathetic, compassionate, and so patient with me and I cannot be more grateful). My daughter skips in there and genuinely loves her keyworkers and has a bond with them. It is spotless, easy to access, laid back, cheerful, big and the facilities and Montessori-style playtime stations for the kids are unbelievable. So much to do. I have been in early to get my daughter before I pick her up at nap time and see the team patting the kids’s backs and comforting them while they sleep – they just care and it shows. They are informative, keep you in the loop, include you, and are very efficient. Cannot fault them. Can’t fault this childcare centre and all the team here, honestly sense quite lucky that I managed to get my daughter into such a lovely, inviting, welcoming establishment.

My daughter will be leaving childcare centre soon in readiness for school and can honestly say she has enjoyed every day she has attended childcare centre. The team are attentive, creative and know the kids so well. Both kids have a blast – they get messy, creative, dance, and all sorts! A member of team in Kindergarten is particularly terrific! Both my son and daughter started Angels at Playtime at 10 months of age.

The girls are consistently so welcoming and reassuring. I was so anxious about my little boy starting and they have really set my mind at ease. He settled in so well and that’s down to all the team. Any questions or queries are consistently answered and updates is outstanding. Thank you all so much. Have absolutely loved our journey at Angels at Playtime.

My little girl loves going there so would highly suggest to anyone looking for a local childcare centre. The app helps me keep on track with her sleep, food, and other key information. Incredible childcare centre with remarkable team.

The team in each area are extremely loving and attentive and work in partnership with families to get the best out of the kids. The childcare centre manager is so approachable and extremely supportive if you ever need anything. My kids have attended Angels at Playtime since February 2018 and I could not rate them more highly.

The level of care and compassion from all team has been absolutely outstanding throughout. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they work in partnership with families in all aspect of the kids’s development. Team are passionate about their jobs and genuinely care about every kid. The facilities are outstanding, we adore how each room has outside space and the kids spend as much time outdoors as possible. The activities are remarkable and updates is faultless both via the app, email and in person handovers. Our youngest has additional needs and wears hearing aids. I can honestly say the level of assistance we have received has been incredible and has made a difficult time so much easier. Adaptions have been made and excellent care and attention has been made to meet his needs and ensure he is cheerful and settled. He is now thriving and we can’t thank everyone enough for everything they are doing and continue to do. We highly suggest. Both our boys attend Angels at Playtime Park Road.

I viewed six nurseries in my local area and Angels at Playtime Park Road was actually the furthest from our home! But the team are simply remarkable; they have been meticulous in managing my daughter’s allergies. It never fails to amaze me what a bespoke and personalised journey my daughter gets, given the amount of other kids in the room. They really get to know each individual kid and their organisation is truly inspiring. I get regular photos via the app and this is so lovely because you don’t want to miss those special ‘first moments’. One of the standout things for me about this childcare centre was the designated sleep room in the baby room; I didn’t see this in any of the other nurseries. They also have a lovely sensory room and the baby room was the biggest space I saw for my daughter’s age group (3-24M). Our daughter LOVES her time here. Sending your kid to childcare centre is really daunting but I cannot imagine a better place to have experienced this transition for our family.

The team are really welcoming and care a lot about the kids. I consistently get an outstanding handover at the end of the day, so I know exactly how my daughter’s day has been as well as regular updates about her development. The different activities they do each day are excellent as are the facilities, especially their outside spaces. I’d definitely suggest! My daughter loves attending childcare centre here and I know she is consistently cheerful and secure.

The team perfectly balance professionalism and real heart, providing a secure, nurturing, and enjoyable-filled setting, as well as challenging the kids to explore their favourite topics and skills. The team are consistently up to date with the latest kid development and education knowledge, which as a teacher myself, I know is so important. My son doesn’t like leaving me in the morning but whenever I pick him up he’s happily playing and it can be difficult to get him to leave! The team have been so welcoming, so supportive and so loving and I can’t thank them enough for the 3 years my son will have spent with them. It will be sad when his journey ends this summer! I couldn’t be happier and more confident about leaving my son at Angels!
