We were highly pleased with the activities the childcare centre offered. The team were consistently informative and pleasant. Our daughter absolutely loved this childcare centre and we wish she had consistently been able to go there. As soon as she started there, she blossomed in areas where she had failed to in her last childcare centre. The childcare centre had outstanding procedures for covid-19 and we never felt our daughter was at risk within the childcare centre. This is the second childcare centre our daughter has attended and the placement was for a highly short period (approx 7 weeks).

The team are so welcoming and she is developing truly well, doing so many varied activities every day. Our daughter loves going to Alphabet House Day Childcare centre.

Our kid is cheerful, well cared for and enjoys his time at childcare centre.

They arrange a lot of activities for the kids. The food menu is highly great and our kid seems truly cheerful to attend. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. Team are inviting, welcoming, welcoming and expert.

The team have been highly supportive and welcoming and I can’t wait to see them grow while being here. My two kids have just started at Alphabet House a month ago and I have been so impressed at how well they have both settled in already.

The team made a real effort to ensure our daughter settled in her first few weeks and were patient and understanding with us as parents. The team in the baby room seem to have genuine and attentive relationships with the babies and notice and report on little things which are reassuring. We have been impressed with the range of activities creative, discovering, outdoor and our little girls truly looks forward to being there which says it all. We have been highly cheerful with the childcare centre so far.

The team are stellar and the childcare centre has a real great sense about it. There are lots of toys/activities for the kids. I am so pleased that the kids also visit the local farm on a regular basis. My daughters key worker is fantastic and I would certainly suggest this childcare centre to friends. I am truly pleased with Alphabet House, I sense that my daughter is highly cheerful and developing well.

But the team at Alphabet House were lovely. They put us all at ease and made the transition so easy. My daughter absolutely loves it there and has seemed to settle in beautifully. The team in the baby room have been so great at meeting her needs and send lovely photos on the app, so I can see how she’s getting on. I would suggest anyone who is looking for childcare to contact Alphabet House. It’s perfect. My daughter has just started at Alphabet House in Lowdham, I was truly worried about how she would settle in due to being a lockdown baby and not been socialised much.

He is visibly excited when we pull up outside the childcare centre in the morning. The variety of activities they do with the kids is exceptional and they have all formed a excellent connection with my son. Their procedures and management is simple and supportive, no issue or question is too excellent. This childcare centre is a second home to my son and I sense so comfortable leaving him there. Remarkable childcare centre my son has felt at home from his first day.

The transition from his last school has been excellent. The Manager and all the preschool team were welcoming, attentive and went out of their way to ensure that our son settled. The variety of activities is truly excellent and the kids are able to both learn and be nurtured. The food is served is super yummy too and is excellent knowing they eat healthily every day. We have recently moved to Lady Bay and our little boy has started preschool 2 days a week.

He has consistently enjoyed going, especially on the days he has taken part in yoga, dance, forest school, french, outdoor playtime and messy activities. The food consistently sounds incredible, it smells excellent when I come around at meal times. The team have consistently been welcoming and easy to talk to. The online discovering journey makes seeing my sons development easy and I like that I can add to it too. My son has attended Alphabet House Day Childcare centre in West Bridgford for one and a half years.

She communicated my childs targets highly clearly and advised me on additional information to enhance her development at home. She clearly talked me through the daily routine and advised me on how she measures her progression and development. My daughters keyworker is highly supportive in meeting my daughters needs.

Lots of different activities out for my son to explore, from painting, pretend playtime, storytime, outdoor playtime. After my son had an unsettling time at a different setting it was exceptional to see him so cheerful, interacting and talking lots and truly being himself.
The team and childcare centre are exceptional and I thank them for being so excellent especially with a nervous mum. My son started childcare centre in February and settled in truly well straight away, the team was excellent with reassurance and shown me lots of photos of him playing.

My daughter also says she enjoys her time and says she loves going. My daughter developed loads since being here and loves coming.

Both our kids adore attending, as every day is different and they have a excellent rapport with their key members of the team (pre-school and toddlers). We’ve been highly impressed with the childcare centre team and range of activities they offer.

Over the past four years, the team have been extraordinary. He has absolutely flourished, the activities are exciting, well-organised and educational. The French, dance and forestry sessions are such a fantastic supplement to an already exceptional stimulating day. I have consistently felt that he feels secure and loved and the team are remarkable in feeding back to parents. Thank you to Alphabet House our little boy is becoming a confident and independent school by and we could not be more grateful. Our son has had such a fantastic foundation in Alphabet House.

He has developed so quickly since he started attending this childcare centre. The food is healthy and varied, and the kids are encouraged to make their own choices by self serving food (at an appropriate age). Updates from the team attentive for my son each day is remarkable. This also applies to any updates with the manager, with quick replies to any queries. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre highly enough. The team are outstanding and make every day varied and enjoyable for my kid.

She has settled so quickly and seems to have made some great development development in the short time she has been there. She is cheerful to attend, tells me lots of fantastic things that she’s done, and even better the childcare centre regularly updates development through an online system. Thank you for making us sense so welcome and making the transition so easy. From day one I knew I had made the right choice. After an unsettling time for my little one whose previous childcare centre was highly suddenly closed, I chose Alphabet House.

Our daughter is 16 months old and truly enjoys going here. She has truly bonded with the team and enjoys a variety of activities. The selling point for us choosing this is the outside space. Even at this age, they take them outside, which we adore. I’d truly suggest this childcare centre to anyone, especially those keen on getting their kids outside. Both myself and my wife adore the team at the childcare centre, how they interact with us and how they interact with our daughter.

I can’t thank the manager and her team enough for all their assistance and care. They have worked amazingly with us and our daughter’s needs. We truly have no concerns about the childcare centre. The manager and her team are remarkable and so welcoming. My husband and I are so cheerful with the childcare centre.

We’ve been so impressed with the childcare centre, in particular, the team have been excellent. Not only at making our daughter’s time at childcare centre enjoyable and rewarding but also at reassuring us as parents that she’s in secure hands and they genuinely care about her. My daughter has been going to Alphabet House for the last 5 months since she started at 8 months of age.

The team were remarkable at helping him to settle in, with the same people each day he quickly became familiar, comfortable, and cheerful to go to them each morning. We had one occasion where he was under the weather and I needed to fetch him but it was over an hour before I could get there. The team were incredible, reassuring me and looking after him as if he were their own until I got there. Couldn’t suggest them anymore. My son started with Alphabet House in Oct 2021 at 10 months old.

The team, from the management down, are all exceptional. They provide a inviting, attentive and stimulating setting, and it is clear that the kids thoroughly delight in themselves whilst there.
My eldest is particularly shy, and they spent lots of time getting him comfortable at childcare centre and truly tailored their approach to changes etc, knowing his particular needs.
We consistently had self‑assurance our boys were in secure, capable hands here, which was highly reassuring. Thank you, Alphabet House. Alphabet House is a excellent setting.

Also through different ways exploring sensory items and interacting with the other kids and going to the farm. The food provided is all at an outstanding standard and I adore the parent’s breakfast mornings/evening and the tapestry. The childcare centre are consistently looking at ways to help the kids learn and develop.

My son loves going to childcare centre and I sense he gets so much out of his time there.
His key worker in the baby room is excellent and he consistently has a huge smile on his face as soon as he sees her.
My work schedule often changes and the childcare centre is consistently highly accommodating. The manager and the team are excellent.

He has difficulty with his speech but this has not held him back. With the assistance of his key worker and the other team, his speech improved and became more clear. I cannot thank the team enough he never wants to come home at the end of the day. My son has attended the preschool for over a year and his self‑assurance has improved no end.

Highly suggest. Has built my sons self‑assurance, social skills and academic skills. He has made friends for life with team and kids. Excellent childcare centre.
