Alpha Kindergarten Fletton

During the current pandemic, they have provided a secure and welcoming setting for the kids to have some sense of normality perfectly. Alpha is an incredible childcare centre, my daughter absolutely loves attending and her days are filled with lots of enjoyable and discovering.

Settling my daughter on arrival and updating me daily. We got to the point where my daughter didn’t want to leave. She came on in leaps and bounds with her discovering and most of all a fussy eater has been cured. Highly recommended. During the stress of Covid, I can honestly say the team were a shining light.

Alpha is a very warm, welcoming and inclusive setting and I sense extremely confident leaving my kids in their care.
I receive daily updates on my kid’s activities, needs and meals via an online portal, this also includes pictures which is lovely to see. Observations are regular and I can see how my kid is developing. I have recently started potty training my youngest and all team have worked with me to assistance this process, they have listened and reassured me with any worries that I had.
The level of care is consistently high and team are consistently expert and approachable, they take time out to go the extra mile, for example when we got back from our holiday last month one of the first things that a member of team asked was if my son had a nice holiday and if he enjoyed his birthday. Little touches like that go along way. I have used Alpha Kindergarten for over 9 years now and they have consistently provided an outstanding level of childcare for all three of my kids.

They have gone above and beyond in some instances to assistance my kid’s development. They have paid attention to our individual needs and delivered high-quality care for our kid. All in all, I think they have done an outstanding job. The team at Alpha Kindergarten are very well trained.

Got a space. Two weeks before the term starts he has his induction day. Not even 10 minutes we’re told no despite saying previously they can deal with non-verbal kids. Now I have to scramble around for another place last minute with no effort or help. How can you assess a kid in 10 minutes? Sorry, my kid isn’t great enough for your childcare centre. Accepted our application.

My granddaughter has been going for two years now and absolutely loves it. Every day she asked if it is childcare centre today and when I say no she is devastated. The team are incredible and the updates is remarkable. I sense secure in the knowledge that my granddaughter is looked after perfectly. My granddaughter has come on leaps and bounds in the last two years, she has made so many friends as well. It will be a sad day when she leaves in July but thanks to the childcare centre she is school ready. Thank you all

The team are very informative and have clearly had first-class training and the assistance from all colleagues, they offer a first-class holistic, team setting of which everyone associated with the childcare centre can achieve. From the team to my kid’s development the services are first class and consistently putting the kid first.

The caregivers are so welcoming and so attentive that she absolutely adores going. She talks about all the friends she’s made there and she runs in. She loves it so much she throws a tantrum when she’s not going. My daughter is lactose intolerant and they consistently cater to her needs and she has plenty of areas to learn and playtime.
I would definitely suggest Alpha to any parent. They’re so understanding and so attentive that I can completely trust them with her. Just take a tour and you will see so many cheerful faces – team and kids alike. My daughter’s development has come on leaps and bounds whilst being at Alpha.

She is so excited in the morning when I tell her that it is a childcare centre day. All the team there are extremely welcoming and have helped her settle so well, especially in these Covid- 19 times, as she has not been to a childcare centre before. A excellent childcare centre, I would definitely suggest. My little girl has recently started at Alpha Kindergarten and is so cheerful to go.

We’re raising our kids bilingual, and the childcare centre was excellent in supporting this. When we started, they asked lots of questions about the words we use for certain things at home so that they can continue using this at childcare centre. Very pleased with our journey! We’ve felt really well supported since moving to Alpha.
