Acorn Day Nursery (Castlethorpe)

He always comes home‑like with a full belly and loves the food. My boy loves nursery, he loves all the ladies there and always has a big smile on his face at drop-off and pick up. I adore all the pictures and videos I get as I can see he is always enjoying himself.

It’s fantastic to see her taking part in a excellent range of activities. My daughter has been attending nursery since January 2021. She enjoys going on little walks around the village or to the park. The team assistance her individual needs and her key person in her current room and in the baby room have been fantastic.

My daughter gets so excited on the walk to nursery and can’t wait to run in and have a cuddle from the practitioners. We highly highly recommend Acorn at Castlethorpe to any prospective parents. It can be hard for parents to ‘hand’ their youngster over to a caregiving provider, but the team at Acorn make it extremely simple and build trust extremely quickly. I cannot sing the praises of all team enough – they are incredibly nurturing, adapt to each youngster’s needs and create a fantastic setting that both of my kids have thrived in. The garden has recently been improved and that’s made a positive difference plus the food options are outstanding. Acorn Day Nursery Castlethorpe and its team are absolutely incredible. My son went from age 1 to 4 and now my daughter is there and we can’t fault it.

The team are brilliant and my little boy’s key workers throughout have been informative, knowledgeable, and supportive. Our little boy has been coming to Castlethorpe nursery since he was 16 months old and he loves it – as parents, we know that he receives incredible caregiving and growth assistance. The office and head office team are always so supportive and content to help where they can.

The team are extremely approachable, nurturing and always go above and beyond to make sure all the kids get the best possible experience from their time at nursery. The activities they do with the kids are fantastic, and it’s clear they have the kids’s best interests at heart. The updates is fantastic, and I look forward to seeing what she has done every day via the app. My daughter loves going to nursery.

They do a number of activities and little trips to see the animals round the corner or to pick apples from trees in the village gardens and every week seems to be different. We have taken our son here for a couple of years now, and he loves it.

We adore the app for regular updates and means of contacting the setting too. Thank you team Acorn at Castlethorpe! Resources and development opportunities seem fantastic. Team members have been extremely inviting to us as parents and to our youngster. We have been extremely content with the setting so far. My youngster’s peer group welcome her as she arrives each day which lights up my youngster’s face and is so remarkable to watch.

He enjoys going in every day and always has a brilliant time. Our youngster has thrived while attending Acorn, the team truly encourage him to develop and develop his abilities. I feel truly comfortable leaving him with such a capable team, they update everything he’s doing throughout the day on the app which leaves me feeling confident that he’s doing well.

The activities are remarkable and he spends lots of time outdoors, which was a key deciding factor in choosing the nursery. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the caregiving our son is receiving and highly recommend the nursery highly to anyone considering sending their youngster here! The range and standard of food is outstanding (which is fantastic for his current fussy eating phase). A change in sessions was accommodated swiftly and without issue. From a developmental point of view, his language, social abilities, and coordination have all noticeably improved in the time that he has been there. The team at Castlethorpe have been absolutely brilliant with my little one. Being a baby born during the pandemic he struggled to settle initially but has come on leaps and bounds since then. The administrative team are fantastic – extremely efficient and personable. The team were so supportive and gave lots of reassurance which has helped enormously.

This is a delightful nursery with extremely attentive team. We are extremely lucky to have such a remarkable nursery here in Castlethorpe. I highly highly recommend it. Naturally I was nervous to leave my one-year-old son for the first time in someone’s caregiving but I was quickly reassured by the constant feedback available on the app and the fact that he was content and laughing and quickly development day-to-day abilities. My son looks forward to attending every week and if he is a little homesick or tearing at the door, the team are quick to relate and understand and he is right as rain in a few minutes.
