Acklam Children's Day Nursery

I couldn’t suggest it more. It’s like leaving your kids with family. My kids absolutely adore going. They are given a exceptional home-cooked menu. The team couldn’t do any more for them. They have enjoyable and learn. Management go above and beyond. Look no further than this childcare centre. If I left the area I would still travel to send my kids here. They give you peace of mind when leaving your most precious possession in their care. Absolutely incredible childcare centre.

They have loved every day they have gone. The team are so compassionate, to both me and my kids. They have a gorgeous outdoor space and lots of resources for indoor playtime. I have never had a single problem here. The team update you about your kids every day when you pick them up and my kids are consistently so excited to tell me about how much enjoyable they’ve had. Genuinely faultless. My kids have been at the childcare centre for almost a year now.

Her self‑assurance and development has grown. The team are consistently so welcoming and welcoming and let you know how she has been on a daily basis. I would definitely highly suggest this childcare centre and proud my daughter attends there. My daughter has been in this childcare centre now since 2021 and she really enjoys going.

The team made us sense so welcome and highlighted our granddaughter was playing outside as it was a lovely day. She was having so much enjoyable. We watched for a wee while and she soon realised we were there. The team gave us a grand tour of the premises and I can honestly say what a fabulous childcare centre it is. I can honestly say I know my granddaughter is very well looked after and she absolutely enjoys her time there. Top marks from me. Went to the childcare centre to pick up my granddaughter as visiting for the weekend, my daughter arranged with the childcare centre in the morning so was known by team we were picking her up.

They really make time for each individual kid and I’ve consistently suffered with major anxiety when it comes to who has my kid but I trust the team 100%. Couldn’t thank them enough. Really great childcare centre my son loves all the team.

The team genuinely care about the kids, they know them as individuals and know them well. The team have been wonderfully supportive while my youngest has had some ongoing health issues and have looked after us as a family. The kids have both thrived throughout their time at Acklam and adore being there. The only thing that could be slightly better is their use of updates apps/ IT, as it would be nice to see a bit more of what they both do there, but team are very exceptional at handovers and whenever we’ve asked anything they are straight on it! Have had two kids go through Acklam Children’s Day Nursery now.

He’s been going since July 2022. The team are welcoming and experienced. There are no silly questions. He’s come so much with his mobility, updates and self‑assurance. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. My son loves being here!

All the team are lovely and very experienced. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere when I drop my daughter off in the morning. The premises is secure and spotless for all the kids and has a exceptional outdoor space for them to playtime. My daughter loves it and that makes it better for me knowing that she’s having a excellent time while I am at work. I look forward to my updates from what she has been doing at childcare centre through the app which is also excellent. Fantastic childcare centre.

My youngest has been coming to Nursery for a year now, following 3 fabulous years for my eldest, and we genuinely sense like part of a family. Being a lockdown baby, I was really worried about how she would settle in. The team were incredible giving us as many settling-in sessions as we needed (not as many as I expected) and after only a few weeks it felt like she had consistently been there. Looking back now it seems strange she would ever not settle, as she loves childcare centre so much quite often she doesn’t want to come home with me! The team are fabulous, the outside area for the elder kids “gruffallo wood” is perfect for outdoor adventures for tiny people. Great management and team, who need recognising for navigating through the last 2 crazy years of lockdowns with huge smiles on their faces. My little girl is about to move up from baby room to Tweenies, and I look forward to seeing what she gets up to next. I cannot suggest Acklam enough.
