February 28, 2017 at 12:00 amExcellent nursery overall. We feel like our daughter is well taken care of, she learns a lot and the nursery staff are very loving and caring. They encourage them to progress throughout. Excellent communication from staff; I get an excellent amount of feedback from the nursery every day. My daughter loves it there and can’t wait to go every morning.

April 3, 2017 at 12:00 amI have twin boys at the nursery and I always wanted to ensure they would be treated as individuals and this has happened to the highest level. Each of my sons have weekly planned activities that take into account what their interests are and each day excellent feedback is given by staff. My sons love to bring items from home to share with the staff and the staff use them during the day. The level of care and nurture at the nursery is excellent. My sons are always eager to come to nursery to see what the day holds for them.

September 18, 2017 at 12:00 amMy daughter started in the Owls room at 14 months and left at 25 months. During that year I couldn’t be happier with her development. She is a shy child and her key worker who was also the room leader was excellent in making sure she was comfortable and learning new things. I never felt uncomfortable leaving her and knew she was well looked after and like the way she rarely came back dirty like some nurseries where children come back with food everywhere. All the staff are friendly and good at their job. I would definitely recommend Hallfield First, the facilities, staff, activities, structure and attention is brilliant. Rooms are not too busy and they really focus on developing little ones’ character and teaching them to be independent whether in eating, dressing or walking up the stairs etc.

February 7, 2020 at 12:00 amFriendly, helpful accommodating staff, not just child’s keyworkers but all staff members. Exceptionally helpful when there was traffic chaos and nearly 2 hours late for collection. Offered shelter, food, etc which went above and beyond. Knowledge about each child is fantastic and also the tailored teaching based on child’s level and needs. Very good documentation of the day and feedback. The ‘homely feel’ of the rooms are great and the attentiveness of the staff.

March 13, 2020 at 12:00 amThe best nursery in the region by far. The staff and facilities are excellent. My eldest son attended the nursery and is now part of the school and my two youngest sons currently attend the nursery. All three loved/love their time here. The Hallfieldfirst and Pre-Prep staff are very attentive and have excellent knowledge of individual children.
