Play & Learn Nursery Sutton Coldfield

We were a little nervous, to begin with, however, the crew are all so kind and caring, they instantly make you feel at ease. Our boys have such a lovely bond with the carers at childcare centre, the rooms are all bright and spotless. My twins began childcare centre in July 2018. You can easily see the practitioners all enjoy what they do and the childcare centre is well managed.

My little one has been coming to the childcare centre for around 8 months and me and my wife are exceptionally delighted with the support provided. The childcare centre itself has large spaces which appealed to us and the little ones appear to have a variety of activities to do something new all the time. I’m glad we chose this childcare centre as a lot in our area were full or not accommodating to the hours we required and if we phone about times i.e running late for pick up, the manager and deputy manager is always polite and accommodate this. The nursery setting also planned a trip to Dudley Zoo which parents joined and was a great day. We have noticed a great deal in our sons growth since attending Play & Learn Nursery and the crew have been truly accommodating in meeting his needs and inviting us to the early‑years hub in regards to their plans around helping him develop his speech advancement and keeping us up to date promptly with any new information and what we can do at home.

From the moment that I was shown around the early‑years hub, it was clear that they place the happiness and the growth of each kid at the centre of everything they do. My young lady has been going to Play and Learn for 2 years since she was 13 months old. They place a big emphasis on discovering through games, and in my view, this is really effective. They give detailed feedback at the end of each day, an annual parents evening and regular opportunities for you to get involved with activities which is a nice way to observe your kid in the setting. She currently is enrolled at 3 days a week, but frequently asks to go on her days off! I’m beyond pleased with the rate of my daughter’s progress, but more importantly, she is really delighted at the nursery setting. The personnel are fantastic and clearly enjoy what they do. The setting itself is fantastic, with a nice indoor and outdoor space for all.

The personnel go above and beyond for the young kids under their support and I would wholeheartedly advocate Play and Learn Nursery. The team are always so lovely and caring. They always provide fun, absorbing activities. The whole setting is hygienic, thrilled and welcoming. My 1-year-old girl enjoys her nursery setting days.

I can not be thankful enough to them, knowing that our little one is in good hands means the world to us! Our boy is been going to Play & Learn Nursery for the previous 6 months and he always goes in happily, made so many friends there. The personnel, manager and deputy manager are all lovely, so caring, they do an fantastic job looking after the little ones and on every occasion they’ve been ever so accommodating. As parents, we can tell going to Play & Learn is been helping with our little one’s progress and also with his behaviour. Excellent nursery setting! It’s great to see all of them involved. The personnel organise plenty of activities for kids to help them discover and as parents, we can follow everything on the nursery’s app.

My kids enjoy going there and they do lots of fun activities where they absorb many things and prepare them for school. The personnel is truly caring and attentive. Fantastic settings for my two youngsters.

Highly advocate and have no doubt we will use them in the future if it ever comes to it. As a first time mummy, sending your kid to nursery setting is such a scary idea because you’re so unsure of the unknown. He’s come on leaps and bounds and absolutely treasures going to early‑years hub! Not only has Play & Learn ensured my little boy has settled in so well, they’ve always made sure that as parents we’re informed about everything he does. Play & Learn Nursery is such a fantastic early‑years hub.

There are different activities daily with lots of variety and dedicated outdoor games areas. Absolutely fantastic! All of the crew have been so fantastic and he has settled in well. My young lad started at this childcare centre after lockdown had lifted and we were apprehensive given how long he had been at home and that it was a new childcare centre for him. I can’t advocate the childcare centre wholeheartedly enough, thank you Play & Learn! We needn’t have been.

The team are all fantastic. I also receive photo/video updates to show what he has been up to that day. So I was really stressed as to how he was going to fall asleep as he has always liked to fall asleep on me while being breastfed. But by day 2, he had completely mastered two naps a day, settling himself after a little cuddle by the crew. One of the little things that I enjoyed was a no outdoor shoe policy for team and parents in the baby room and next room up. They had a dedicated area at the quiet end of the room for naps – this was a major thing for me as my boy has always enjoyed a dark, quiet room. I found it extremely hard to find a nursery setting that I felt comfortable sending my 1-year-old to. Receiving a photo on his account to show him snuggled up asleep made my day. I looked at lots and when I found Play & Learn and had a look around I knew it was right straight away. I receive updates daily on his attention on his account from what he has eaten, his nap times and when his nappy changes were.

We had a nightmare trying to find a childcare centre and Play & Learn has been a fantastic find, our little one treasures it, the crew are great. My Son has been going here for the preceding 10 months. I would endorse wholeheartedly!
