The personnel are extremely warm and welcoming, informative on any changes and give feedback on the little one for the day. Would really suggest Building Blocks – Handsworth Wood – it’s fab. We are so delighted with this early‑years hub. She has really come out of her shell since she started preschool. My girl treasures coming to nursery setting. I’ve seen a big difference in my young lady since she started in the Tweenies room.

My oldest is now three, and my youngest turned one previous month. All the personnel who have looked after both the kids have been extremely kind and exceptionally helpful. My little one has suffered from skin problems since before attending, I asked the team to apply some creams, and they were delighted to do that. His updates and language abilities have always been extremely high, and that is due to childcare centre. The managers at the childcare centre are always supportive too. If I ever call to check if the kids are ok, she would be thrilled to speak to me and reassure me that they were fine. Both my kids have been attending Building Blocks since they were nine months old. We do a lot at home but nothing as much as in the early‑years hub. The assistance they both have received from the personnel is incredible. They have both learnt a lot and built lots of competences through their time there.

Staff are always cordial, especially two members who reassured us our young lady is thrilled and secure. I am also pleased with activities undertaken which positively engage our girl. Our little one has was enrolled at this nursery setting for a few months and we have noticed a positive change in her advancement.

We were worried about transferring our kid due to the language delay but the incredible personnel did so much with him from the day of his first visit. If you’re a parent wondering about placing your little ones with this nursery setting, don’t hesitate! Staff have consistently demonstrated a genuine, caring attitude towards our little one and this has added brilliance to the start of his educational period. The childcare centre manager, along with the team and SENCO have gone above and beyond, even while negotiating the pressures of the pandemic and creating new absorbing opportunities. Thank you all! It’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made for them. The childcare centre manager is never too busy to take a call, answer questions or offer suggestions. Our kid is always delighted to go to childcare centre. If I was allowed to name individuals, I would refer to every single member of team as excellent!

Building Blocks is a fantastic childcare centre. The crew are kind, patient and useful. My kids have really developed educationally and personally. The premises is always immaculate and I treasure the variety of the activities. Can’t speak more strongly of my time.

Both my little ones came here and both had their hair combed when I didn’t get enough time, had breakfast even if they just missed the time, had everything from their key worker as they would from me. I’ve enjoyed picking my kids up here and having their reports. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A big thank you to the commitment of the personnel here and for making the kids of tomorrow. It’s downhearted to know It’s over.

His progress has come along well and he adores the personnel at the nursery setting. The childcare centre is organised, hygienic and approachable. My youngest boy has recently started nursery setting and the transition was well managed. My little one has was enrolled at the childcare centre for over 3 years and enjoys it.

The SEN personnel are fantastic and so accommodating with getting things put in place quickly and explaining any new developments/ keeping parents informed on any updates. As a mother, it was scary sending my young lad to people I don’t know, but seeing how delighted he is and how much advancement he’s made, definitely shows why we picked that early‑years hub. He’s gone from being extremely quiet and shy to vocalising a lot more, being bubbly and joins in on the activities they do. Can’t suggest them enough. The food is healthy and a nice variety. My boy started in September 2022 and I can honestly say the personnel are incredible with him. The updates between crew and parents is excellent, the early‑years hub itself is the cleanest I’ve ever seen and the headway my boy has made in the five months he’s been there, is incredible. He struggles with being around other kids and certain noises, so it was a massive step for him to go there, but the personnel have come up with little ways of making it easier on him and he adores it there.

I have had two of my youngsters go to this childcare centre and both have become extremely self‑assured. The little ones treasure going to nursery setting. All the team are caring and kind. I am truly pleased with this early‑years hub. The team really support for the kids and always go beyond.
