They know my family well and they make our journey personalised. I sense that this makes us as a family confident that our kid is being cared for well and is in a secure setting. She loves it too. When things don’t go to plan I have been well informed and involved. Absolutely remarkable care and remarkable team. The team are all welcoming and have built up a excellent relationship with me and my daughter.

The team have consistently been welcoming, welcoming, supportive and nurturing and have made considerable efforts to get to know our daughter and us, and we sense they have formed strong bonds with our whole family. Our daughter can be rather shy and emotional at drop off, but I have been impressed with the care she has had in every room and the effort that has consistently been made to make experiences she finds challenging as smooth and positive as possible, including room transitions. Her key workers have been incredible, as has office and management – thank you, Busy Bess, you deserve high praises! We have been exceptionally cheerful with the nature of care our daughter has received, and we now have no reservations about sending our second kid also.

At each stage the team fully catered for my kid’s needs.
There is a great level of experienced team and team turnover is low. The childcare centre ensures that there is great transition between all rooms and as a parent you are kept fully informed. Parents evenings are held regularly.
Nothing is too much trouble even when I had to ring to ensure that my kid had settled after being upset at drop off.
There is great updates between home and childcare centre from the baby updates books to the verbal feedback received daily from the key workers with regards to food, what your kid has been doing, enjoying.
The preschool team truly helped prepare my kids for getting ready for preschool.
At each stage the key workers tailor activities to the interests of the kids in their care e.g my youngest loves to make things out of junk so I have lots of models created during special activity times. Both my kids have gone through this childcare centre from babies to preschool.

She went there as my son did from 2010 to 2012, what can I say except they are remarkable. My daughter still talks about it and her key workers. They encourage discovering and are just highly welcoming. Highly recommended. My daughter was at this childcare centre from February 2017 until August 2018 and they are just excellent.

Consistently patient with the kids. Highly suggest this childcare centre. All transitions through different classrooms have been done with patience and care. Potty training has been complimented with how I’ve been doing it. The team are highly welcoming and welcoming.

My boys have been looked after to a high degree. The team take on any guidance on routines they follow and likes and dislikes and I have felt at complete ease with my boys attending here and I would not go anywhere else. The childcare centre has accommodated our working patterns and flexed the hours where possible for us, allowing us to manage the kids and work with no worries at all. The boys have learnt so much and are consistently so cheerful to be there, it’s an absolute credit to Busy Bees. One of the team in particular who not only looked after our first in the baby room but also our second, took it upon herself to take my youngest in the elder boys room from time to time so they could say hello during the day. This especially warmed our hearts and is so exciting for the boys to see one another at childcare centre. Thank you. This childcare centre is highly well staffed with welcoming and patient carers.

My Son loves coming to the childcare centre because of them. Highly welcoming atmosphere. They cook decent meals with a great variety. He is constantly encouraged at childcare centre, so is becoming a highly confident little man. Girls in the senior preschool room are absolutely incredible.

I must say it’s been the best decision I made for her. She absolutely loves being there.
Members of team are so supportive and exceptional, they make her sense so welcomed, and she managed to pass the fact that English is her second language and she now thrives by each day.
I would like to thank you for having such excellent team at Peatmoor that make my daughter’s days so bright and joyful. I sincerely believe that my daughter’s success and integration in their hand, so nevertheless, I would like to say a big thank you for all your hard work. My daughter has been at this childcare centre from January 2020.

She can’t wait to come into the childcare centre and see the team. Her key person is incredible and goes above and beyond for my kid ensuring that all her needs are met every time she is in. I get a full rundown of what she has been doing every day and what she has eaten. They were truly supportive when she went through the challenging stage of potty training. They gave me lots of supportive tips of things to do at home and never complained when she had accidents at childcare centre. If it wasn’t for the assistance of the team I would have found toilet training truly difficult. I think the garden is incredible and she has so much room to run around and explore. She truly loves the bug hotel and picking up all the insects and she loves the giant sandpit area in the Preschool garden. This is a childcare centre I would definitely suggest to anyone. My daughter attends the 2-3’s room and she loves it.

I was truly nervous about leaving my baby in a childcare centre but the team are so understanding and accommodating with my needs. I felt reassured from looking around the childcare centre and settling in visits to our first day. I felt the team were never too busy to sit and reassure me when I got upset and I adore the coffee bar they have in the reception area it’s a truly nice touch. The baby room is highly welcoming and they do so many lovely activities with the kids. I loved getting my first painting that is now displayed with pride on my fridge. I could not suggest this childcare centre enough especially if you are feeling a little nervous about leaving your kids. Thank you so much. WOW, what a remarkable childcare centre.
