Couldn’t thank them enough. My son loves going to childcare centre, even if he does get upset in the morning, as soon as I’ve turned my back he’s having lovely cuddles being comforted and is playing so well. Really lovely childcare centre, all the team are so supportive of the parents and the kids, keeping you informed all the time, whether that’s a phone call or on the app.

Her keyworker is very attentive and we really value the bond they have. It is very reassuring to talk to the room leader/key worker on pick up and drop off. We adore receiving updates throughout the day, particularly photos. All the team are very accommodating and as first time parents, to have our worries put to ease, means a lot. Seeing our daughter go into childcare centre cheerful, is the best feeling. We are very cheerful with the care our 17-month-old daughter gets from all the team.

The days are filled with enjoyable, creative and educational activities. The food that is served is very varied and healthy. I would suggest this childcare centre to any new parent. All of the team at Bright Horizons are remarkable.

My son has been attending since Sept 2020. Although he was scared at first being a covid isolation baby and we could not do any settling-in sessions, he did well. The girls helped reassure me that the tears didn’t last very long and he consistently seemed cheerful on collection. Eventually, he got to know the team and bonded with one of the team members and then when moved up groups later with another member of team. But even in their absence, he was cheerful to go on in. They now have an interactive app which allows me to see what he has been up to whilst there and also monitor his nappy/sleep patterns which was a huge help when we potty trained and it took him a week to go completely dry. You can also share pictures with the team of birthdays and special occasions and keep up to date on his development and needs. Really great childcare centre, team and flexibility.

They give the kids so many activities and she’s consistently doing something new., They are very attentive towards the kids and she consistently comes back cheerful and wanting to go. My daughter goes and she loves it.

They have and still do, tend to her needs and keep me informed with any issues. My kid is now 19 months old and has come on leaps and bounds. I couldn’t fault this childcare centre in any way. Since starting the childcare centre at 7 months old, my kid has had the best care from the team at this childcare centre.

Both kids adore coming to childcare centre and have excellent relationships with key workers. We have especially exceptional care from three members of team in particular. The cost can be difficult as I pay for two kids, four days a week, but knowing they are cheerful and well cared for does make it worth it. I think more opportunities for trips/walks outside childcare centre would be nice if I could change anything. Having both kids in this childcare centre, the care both kids have received has been exceptional.

My first one has been through all stages and now the second one is in the toddler’s room (made transition from babies just recently). We truly adore this incredible childcare centre and preschool for adore, care, but also I sense like I trust the team – to me this is the most important aspect when somebody else is looking after my kid. From transition now I see that age developmental needs are considered and quite frankly my daughter is smiling and being so pumped to go back, is the best testimony. I want her to have a excellent time and that is what she does. I also see how much childcare centre loved on with times (I have the pleasure of actually witnessing it); so my adore for tech and ability to record the journey of kid, send me updates and all nuances around her development – adore it. Last, it is people who make this childcare centre so incredible. People who adore kids and people who I can trust. Absolutely incredible childcare centre – our family in fact.

At the beginning, we were worried about his adaptation to the team and to the new setting, since we (parents) are international students, who had limited understanding of the childcare system in the UK. Nevertheless, with the help of the team, our son bonded with the team and happily goes to the childcare centre every morning. As a result, we gladly extended his time at the childcare centre from three half days, to five half days. Thank you very much for your care and assistance! We are cheerful with the level of the care and assistance that our two-year-old kid gets from the team at the childcare centre.

Great updates from the girls in fireflies, who look after my daughter. They have sup[ported me and my daughter with her settling-in sessions and her first few days at childcare centre. Also, the team in bumblebees have helped my daughter settle into childcare centre. The childcare centre team are all very welcoming and the management team are cheerful to assist you in any queries you have.
