February 28, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child started at Primrose House during the pandemic so we were unable to visit the setting before she started but we were offered lots of information and reassurance in advance and over the first few months. My child loves to attend nursery the two days a week they are there. The feedback in the book is always helpful and we enjoy receiving photos of what they’ve been up to during the day. The smaller size of the nursery is a benefit and the staff seem to really care and get to know the children and their families.
Over the pandemic, I felt the nursery was doing everything it could in difficult circumstances. They were really helpful, easing my worries and also helping with settling my child into the nursery when they had previously had very limited time away from immediate family. I would recommend the nursery to anyone looking for somewhere to send their child, as it was recommended to us.

February 28, 2022 at 12:00 amI have two children at Primrose House, a two-year-old and a four-year-old. Both love attending nursery. The staff at Primrose House are kind-hearted and warm and always extremely professional. It is a very nurturing environment for my children with a wide variety of activities to support their learning and development.

March 22, 2023 at 12:00 amBrilliant nursery all round. I initially worried that the premises was a bit small but my child comes home every day happy and without complaint. The teachers are wonderful and really supportive. I feel that the nursery is very honest and offers everything my child needs.

March 22, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child absolutely loves this nursery. She has attended from 9 months old and is now 3. She always comes out with a smile on her face telling me the amazing activities she’s done that day and showing me artwork she has made. Staff go above and beyond and management are amazing and professional would highly recommend.

March 22, 2023 at 12:00 amWe are thrilled that we ended choosing Primrose House Montessori for our son, and I think he’s just as happy! He meets the wonderful ladies working there with a smile each morning, and he’s even given a small squeal of delight when being dropped off for the day. I love the updates that we get with photos and I definitely feel that he is safe, cared for and entertained. It’s a lovely little nursery, we’re very happy.

March 22, 2023 at 12:00 amA truly remarkable setting. My son has been attending for the past 2 years and has absolutely flourished under the care of the Primrose House staff members.
The meals provided are all home cooked (through outside company) and nutritional, he eats better than us!
The nursery has an incredible family-like feel and the staff care for all the children as if were their own.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

March 23, 2023 at 12:00 amAll three of my children attend and have attended Primrose House. The care the team deliver is outstanding and they are all lovely too! My twin girls skip into nursery every day they are there.
All the staff care for and adore the children. I am very happy with the care provided – they really are all so lovely. The nursery itself is well looked after and clean.
Thank you for looking after my babies!

March 23, 2023 at 12:00 amI have sent both my children to Primrose House and have only good things to say. The staff are very friendly and professional and I have completed trust in them taking care of my children. We get great feedback at the end of each day and frequent updates about their physical, emotional, and educational development. They also provide a great level of early learning which is way beyond what most other nurseries provide. I would highly recommend Primrose House.

March 24, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little granddaughter has complex needs. The staff at the nursery have been so supportive and engaged not only during her time spent at nursery but also contributing to the necessary reports and questionnaires required for her future education. I have been impressed with the care provided and the communication and feedback with the family. The atmosphere at nursery is positive and encourages learning and progress. We are so happy we chose Primrose House Montessori.

April 10, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter absolutely loves Primrose House Montessori. I can not thank the manager and her team enough. My daughter runs into nursery and never looks back. On pick up she goes round hugging them all goodbye! I personally prefer the smaller setting to its sister nursery, it feels more homely.
My daughter has learnt so much there, she comes home with drawings, new songs and stories of her day and has learnt many Makaton signs which she loves showing us.
My daughter idolises her key worker and the team and I really can’t fault them, staff turnover seems pretty low so the children really get to know and bond with them all.
The only downsides if any is their outside area is pretty small but they have certainly done what they can with that and do alot of outside play regardless and the “uniform” policy. It is so dated for girls, I don’t see why girls can’t just wear the same t-shirt and jumper as the boys however this isn’t a reflection on the nursery itself.
