They clearly care about the kids’s wellbeing and put a lot of effort into their discovering and development. Our kid absolutely loves going, which says everything about the facility. Our kid has shown constant improvement in all aspects of their development, especially with using Makaton to aid updates and discovering to be more independent. The childcare centre’s updates is excellent with the introduction of the new app, so we can now easily see how our kid is doing throughout the day. The team at the childcare centre are very welcoming, consistently welcoming us with a smile.

She loves all the team and I adore seeing the observations of what she gets up too. My daughters key person has such a great bond with her and seems to really care about how she’s getting on and how she can help assistance us. My daughter started really unsettled which I found really hard not being able to see and comfort her but the team in her room are so lovely and have helped her come on leaps and bounds since joining.

Her key person is consistently on top form keeping me updated with the things she gets up to. The hand over is consistently a delight. The girls know exactly who I am and consistently say “here’s nanny” which makes me sense fantastic. My granddaughter is consistently discovering something new and consistently amazes me. She is a quick learner and the girls who look after her do a exceptional job. Thank you ladies. The girls at the childcare centre who look after my granddaughter are absolutely incredible.

Moreover, finding out that he has a little group that he plays with and that he even has a close friend is very encouraging. I hope that he keeps doing well and am very cheerful with all the assistance that he receives. I have been cheerful to see my son developing very well at childcare centre and hearing about how social and independent he is there.

They have both had a fantastic journey there. When I pick up my daughter, my son still loves seeing the team. The team are lovely, so welcoming and expert and easy to talk to. Both my kids had hearing issues but the team were so accommodating to their needs and helped with their developing speech. Like most nurseries, the prices are not cheap, but I do think this place is worth the money. The food is nutritional and accommodating for dietary needs, my kids never come away hungry. The garden really encourages exploration and if my daughter isn’t dirty then I wonder what she has been doing all day! It will actually be sad when my daughter leaves to start school in September, but I know she has had the best time. My son started going to this childcare centre back in 2016 and my daughter started in 2019.

My daughter has been going for the past year and a half and has really bonded with the team. The childcare centre is consistently spotless and they ensure the kids have plenty of activities to help them develop. Couldn’t say a bad thing about them. Absolutely outstanding service from everyone in the team.

My daughter started it when she was 2 years and 2 months old. She has never been to any other nurseries before and I was worried she would be crying every time I drop her, but after just a few weeks, she started loving it and now even at the weekends, she wants to go there. Her eating has also improved a lot and I am very grateful for it, to the childcare centre. I am very satisfied with the childcare centre.

My son started back in February and the development I’ve seen in his understanding, speech and socialisation skills are incredible. He’s been counting on his fingers, showing a massive interest in reading and eating foods that I would have had to plead him to eat at home. I look forward to seeing what new skills he’s learnt each week.
Never once have I felt worried in regards to his safety, just taking a tour around the childcare centre before we enrolled, you could see the safety protocols they have in place. All the team are so incredible, especially the toddler room manager and the childcare centre room manager. Nothing is ever a pain for them, when I messaged to see how he is, there’s consistently a speedy reply. My son talks about his key person all the time and knowing he feels secure and cared for by her, is all I could ask for. I cannot express how pleased I am that I chose Bright Horizons as the childcare centre to send my little boy to.

All the team are so welcoming, accommodating and supportive! When we had issues with our son’s sleep before starting, we were given lots of advice and felt like the room leaders really were working with us so we could establish a better routine. The extra level of care and consideration given is so reassuring and puts my mind at ease when mum-guilt creeps in. Our son’s vocabulary has come on leaps and bounds, he gets excited by all the new activities that might be in store each day and has built a excellent relationship with his key person. Our son has thrived since joining at the end of last year and has been building remarkable relationships with the team.

They have supported her settling in, as well as us parents. She loves going in every day and there is consistently enjoyable activities set up for her to delight in. Team are so attentive and attentive, we couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre! We have just attended a excellent open day and the range of activities set up was incredible. Our daughter had excellent enjoyable and we loved being able to speak to the team as well as exploring the other rooms. Our daughter started in March 2022 and the childcare centre have been incredible!
