Our two sons both go there and our oldest has been there for over two years. The team are so attentive and expert and our sons have built such a strong rapport with them. What I adore most about the childcare centre is the family sense, it feels so much more homely than some of the bigger, more commercial nurseries. It also is in a lovely rural setting and the boys adore going out walking in the woods. I’d highly suggest it. We absolutely adore Bunny Run Childcare centre.

They work in partnership with parents and genuinely care about the kids they look after. The childcare centre are consistently organising enjoyable activities for the kids to give them the chance to explore and learn.

Team are compassionate and responsive, and know her well. The setting is spacious yet homely, with lots to explore. Free flow to secure outdoor space, which is used for discovering, pay and picnics is excellent. My baby is very cheerful to go Bunny Childcare centre and we adore the atmosphere and care she receives.

I couldn’t believe how quickly she settled in. The team couldn’t be nicer greeting her with a inviting smile every morning and I adore hearing about all the new friends she has made and the activities they get up to. I adore being able to see how they are getting on throughout the day with the Famly App. I would definitely suggest the Bunny Run to anyone looking to place their kid there. I was nervous to send my four-year-old daughter back to childcare centre after the lockdown and the Bunny Run was a different childcare centre to the one she had attended.

What made me choose this childcare centre was that my son loves the outdoors and to be creative, and it is exactly what he is getting there. The team are inviting-hearted and welcoming and have excellent attention to detail when creating exciting, educational and enjoyable activities for the kids. I received a lot of assurances and assistance through the settling in period too, which can be emotionally very challenging for both kid and parents. Our firstborn son joined the Bunny Run Childcare centre a month before lockdown and is now back having a excellent time.

Handled covid challenges very well. Lovely countryside setting. Great varied food menu. There are a couple of very welcoming members of team that our son is very fond of. A reasonable number of photos and written updates on the family app in a typical week. Price is reasonable compared to other nurseries. That being said, there has not been a significant move away from the practices put in place during the pandemic, i.e. there has been no official return to parents being able to go inside the childcare centre, which is not the case for other local nurseries, so we sense that we and our son are missing out. No childcare centre events, such as at Christmas, or parents’ evenings. Therefore, been little opportunity for parents and kids to mingle. Team turnover has been high, which is not specific to them, however, there have been instances where they have been slow to update us on new team members starting. Our son is very cheerful at the childcare centre and enjoys his time there.

Every day she comes home talking about what she has been up to or the walks they have been on to see the animals. The childcare centre is set in the heart of the countryside and all of the team are so inviting and welcoming. This is such a lovely childcare centre and I can’t suggest it enough! My daughter loves Bunny Run, she can be a bit shy but since joining, she has really become a social butterfly.

The team are welcoming and attentive with an easy system of updates and invoicing via the app. The team are responsive and know my kid very well, understanding her needs. The team help to action what we are trying at home (potty training and nap durations). Given the location, we would like the kids to take more walks and engage in outdoor pursuits like forest school. We would like to be informed of the plan for each day as team are not consistently aware. We delight in updates about our kid as much as possible and would like clubs to return. We are generally cheerful with the childcare centre. Remarkable, idyllic location with lots of fresh air.

She has really flourished there and grown in self‑assurance and is now staying permanently. She goes in happily, spends plenty of time outdoors and is consistently beaming when we collect her. The childcare centre is in a lovely rural setting. We are regularly kept up to date on the Family app so we can discuss with her what’s she has been up to on the route home. Initially, we sent our daughter to Bunny Run temporarily due to her previous childcare centre closing because of Covid.

I was impressed with the standards of provision given in what must have been an extremely challenging time for the management and team.
My little boy settled in extremely quickly. He had left another setting not connected to Bunny Run and after frequent refusal to attend, emotional times when leaving and collecting, just knew that he was not cheerful there. I decided to move him to Bunny Run and followed my mother’s intuition and have not looked back. There has been no tears or upset at all and we are greeted with a very cheerful little boy every day. He has also come on a lot in terms of development and is much happier within himself.
I really can’t find any faults with the childcare centre.
I really appreciate nappies, creams, wipes and sun creams being supplied and included within the fees. It saves a lot of extra stress and daily organisation which means I have one less thing to worry about. My little boy recently started at the Bunny Run beginning of June 2020, during the lockdown period.

The childcare centre is set on the edge of the lovely countryside so the kids can go on secure, supervised walks to see horses and sheep, which we often get reports about. There are lots of enjoyable educational activities, themed weeks (like this week’s one on eating healthily), cookery, Forest School, gardening, dressing-up, water playtime etc. The kids are provided with a varied, nutritional menu each day including a hot meal at lunchtime. The childcare centre has outstanding, approachable management which has dealt with the covid-19 situation extremely professionally. Parents evenings are held on a regular basis and the childcare centre is very great at informing parents of current activities, feedback development and any areas of concern. All the team are positive and full of enjoyable and the adore, care and warmth shown to kids at the childcare centre is second to none. We are so cheerful we chose Bunny Run Childcare centre for our daughter as she has really blossomed here.

Leading up to it, we had spent months comparing nurseries in Tunbridge Wells, letting him stay for a couple of hours in each, hoping he would settle in. It is only when we discovered Bunny Run that all of us knew we had found the perfect setting for our son to thrive in. He instantly took to it during the trial and I watched him as he explored all the toys, aquarium and opened up to the educators. It feels like a home from home setting, calm and mature and the carers, most of which seem to have been with the childcare centre for a long time, could not be more loving, patient and engaged. I watched our little boy over the past year and a half turn into a very confident, curious, creative and social little toddler, with excellent manners, compassionate and carefree and we have Bunny Run to thank for it as he spends 4 long 10 hour days with them. The food is outstanding and varied and I am able to watch his development via the app! Our son joined Bunny Run shortly before his first birthday.

She consistently looks forward to going. The team are really engaging and super compassionate and attentive. The team ensure that the kids’s days are full of enjoyable activities. They frequently go for walks in the woods. The location of the childcare centre is one of the highlights of it being surrounded by countryside, horses, sheep and often deer.
The kids are well fed on great healthy food and there are updates daily on how much they have eaten and nap times. They download this onto a useful app so you can keep up to date with what your kid is doing.
During Covid-19 the childcare centre has gone out of its way to ensure kids are secure whilst providing care for kids of keyworkers.
I can not fault this childcare centre and the team. I highly suggest! My daughter loves bunny Run!

I am so very impressed with the level of activity and attention to such that is received. The team are fantastic and nothing seems too much; a excellent place for our daughter to learn such key early skills and move through milestones. Our daughter has been at Bunny Run for a little over a year, in which time friends have been made and much joy had by her.

I adore the drive there, through stunning countryside; when you come out of the childcare centre, the view over fields, woods, horses, is breathtaking; but most importantly the people are remarkable – everyone from the team that work with the kids, management, the owner. Despite having a difficult situation and not being able to give a set start date, they were so understanding and flexible. The educational activities are well thought out, they focus on different topics each week. And I adore that they walk the kids over to the nearby forest when they can. But the best review comes from my daughter when I pick her up who is consistently so cheerful. Recently moved to the area and this childcare centre was the thing I was most excited about for the move.
