Thank you so much, and keep up the remarkable work, ladies! I can suggest Pennies Day Childcare centre as a loving place for your kid or kids to go to. Our daughter is simply a shining light, and I firmly believe the team at Pennies Day Childcare centre playtime a huge role in that.

She enjoys the creative activities, the outdoor activities, playing with the different ages of kids and the trips. She also enjoys the food, which is great for a fussy eater, including vegetarian and vegan options.
The team are consistently welcoming and obviously attentive. They are inclusive of dads not just mums, which is important and not consistently the case in our journey.
Pennies do their best to stay open in extreme weather conditions, on one occasion managing without electricity for part of the day.
The hours are great for our work shifts and although out of our way we are cheerful to do the extra mileage as Pennies are so liked by us and our daughter. It is well run by expert, supportive and attentive team. Thanks Pennies! Our daughter loves going to Pennies Holiday Club.

The team go above and beyond, keep the kids well entertained and teach them lots of valuable skills through playtime. They helped my eldest so he was well prepared to start school. There is a fabulous garden for the kids to run around in whatever the weather (they will be dressed appropriately for the weather by team) and they also provide a nutritious menu. Pennies is a fantastic childcare centre.

She’s made friends and has such an incredible relationship with the team there and her key worker. She’s learns something new every day and is coming on leaps and bounds. They playtime outside a lot which I think is extremely important for kids. I couldn’t fault Pennies one bit and would happily suggest them to any family. Pennies Day Childcare centre is a remarkable childcare centre, my daughter has been going since she was a year old and her speech and self‑assurance has grown and grown.

He is nearly three years old and has attended since he was ten months old.
He has built exceptional relationships with the team, who show the utmost care for the kids. They offer advice when looking at his development and really work with us to assistance him.
He is building excellent relationships with other kids and is so confident in social situations. Again, really supported and developed by the team.
He has nutritious meals and consistently comes home telling me what he has eaten.
We really adore the home-from-home setting and outside space. By far an incredible setting for our little chap who loves to learn outside. They go out in all weathers and he loves this. My son attends Pennies Day Childcare centre – Mark Cross three and a half days per week.

Hes now 4 years old! He has flourished at Pennies Day Childcare centre – Mark Cross and become the attentive little boy off the back of the childcare centre. The team form such a lovely relationship with the kids, parents and each other which leaves the atmosphere to sense very much like a family unit. My son has built excellent relationships across the childcare centre and hopefully continues to do so in afterschool/breakfast clubs. We are so pleased he went to this childcare centre as his personal development and discovering has been remarkable. There really is no other childcare centre that we would consider to put our second kid in! It really is a no Brainer! Well done to all the team at Pennies Day Childcare centre – Mark Cross for all that they do. You guys are truly incredible and should leave every day feeling proud at the legacy you’re leaving for the kiddies in preparation for big school and the development they have accomplished. Thank you! My son has been going to childcare centre since he was 17 months.

Everything you’d want in a childcare setting. The outdoor space is just fab and the kids are out there in all weather unless they don’t want to go out. We’ve used Pennies for about 3 years and suggest it to everyone that listens. Lovely team – firm, encouraging, enjoyable and welcoming.

She is very shy, quite nervous and they took her under their wing and made her sense so welcome. I am so impressed with all of the team and how compassionate and thoughtful they all are. My daughter loves it and is consistently coming home with all the little arts and crafts that she has made. I could not find one fault. I am so lucky to have found Pennies. I could not fault Pennies Day Childcare centre and their fantastic team who look after my daughter at after school club and during the half terms so that I can work.

I was apprehensive about going back to work but they have made it easy and I know our kid is in great hands. My husband and I delight in reading the daily reports and getting pictures through the tapestry app so we can see little one enjoying themselves and making friends. Their approach is both attentive and educational which we have found reassuring. The team are approachable and easy to chat to. We look forward to watching our kid grow and develop at Pennies Day Childcare centre. Pennies have been fantastic in transitioning our little one into the world of childcare centre.

They have both attended from 3 months and their self‑assurance and development is a true credit to the team. The childcare centre has a positive and welcoming aura and all the team are so supportive and really care about the kids’s development. The childcare centre has a fantastic big garden for the kids to delight in with an array of climbing frames and toys. All meals are included, nutritious and I know they are getting everything they need for the day. A remarkable childcare centre both my son’s absolutely adore!

We now have both our kids at Pennies and we couldn’t speak more highly of them. The assistance that they provide to the kids and the parents is exceptional.
Our son has built such lovely friendships with the team and loves walking in the door every morning to see everyone. He loves wearing everyone out asking for ‘more’ of every enjoyable activity. Not to mention all the crafting, sensory and outdoor time that he gets to journey.
Our daughter has only started last month but already thriving, smashing her naps and now munching down on all the fantastic food. As she has a dairy allergy I started off concerned about how this would be managed but have been so reassured and confident that they have everything in hand.
Pennies provide a fantastic setting that I could never dream of creating at home. I’m so glad that we decided to place our kids in their care.
To all the Pennies team, thank you What can I say other than wow what a childcare centre!

I did not have to ask any questions as the team told me everything while we walked around. Our son really loved his first session, there was a scene when we told him he had to leave Pennies and come home! We have now chosen Pennies Mark Cross for our son after a show-around.

The reason why we chose Pennies Mark Cross was because everyone looked very cheerful to be there from kids to carers and that was lovely to see, and I was getting choked up about how much our son would adore it there.

The facilities are great, especially the extensive outside area where they encourage the kids to spend slot of time. I’m very cheerful that my kids are here. Pennies Day Childcare centre offers incredible care and the team there are incredible – very switched on, upbeat and seem to delight in what they do.

We know the kids are secure, well and cheerful there. The weekly day trips are an absolute highlight. The team are a excellent bunch. Extremely cheerful to suggest. The kids absolutely adore going to Pennies Kids Club during the school holidays.

The younger kids adore going but there are not many older kids (year 3 and above) so they can struggle a bit. Recently fees went up approximately 50% and although I appreciate minimum wage is going up and some other costs will have increased this is a much bigger increase than anticipated and with only one month’s notice has been very difficult financially for a lot of parents. Unfortunately, the management also didn’t even respond to a lot of emails regarding the issue.
The team on the ground try to provide a lovely setting for my kids. It can be hit and miss with some team better than others, and some sending kids home after not eating their tea but also not offering a sandwich as an alternative. The cost is now prohibitive and out of place in our location where the other local school charges far less for their after-school club. The management team have also not dealt with the recent issues very well. My kids go to the after-school club.

He loves going to childcare centre and whenever we’ve had a chance to watch him without seeing us, he has seemed cheerful and content and interacting with all the team. We delight in seeing what he’s been up to on the app.
Our family are vegan and our son has a soy intolerance so we were really unsure if he could be catered for but the kitchen does a fantastic job at providing a variety of choices for him.
We started him at Pennies as my husband works at the primary school next door and had heard so many fantastic things from other parents but more importantly, the kids who had been to Pennies for childcare centre, or still attend the after-school/holiday club.
My only criticism is that it is very irritating to pay for bank holidays when the childcare centre is closed. This is because he attends on a Monday but if he attended on a Wednesday for example, he would get the days that we pay for. Our son started at Pennies at 10 months old just over a year ago and we have been very cheerful with the care so far.

He loves the home-cooked meals prepared in-house and he has made some really lovely friends. I would suggest Pennies Childcare centre to anyone looking for a secure, playful and reliable setting for their kid.

Really look no further. This is my son’s second year at Pennies Day Childcare centre and he has just excelled in all development stages thanks to the team at Pennies.

Both my little boys attend and thoroughly delight in it.
My eldest is two and Pennies has taught him so much, he’s been there for over a year now. At first, he cried at every drop-off but everyone at Pennies was so lovely and compassionate and now he goes walking in with no problem! He has developed so much with his language, counting, colours and shapes. He has made so many friends. Sometimes he’s had such enjoyable he doesn’t want to come home at the end of the day!
My youngest is eighteen months and also loves it. His separation anxiety has improved a huge amount and has really helped me at home too all thanks to Pennies! He loves to explore all the new toys and activities and of course all the extra attention!
The food is lovely and the boys eat so well, they have catered amazingly for one of them who is milk and soya free.
Team are a welcoming and approachable and they don’t keep changing! We struggled with this at our previous childcare centre but they’ve been so constant at Pennies. We adore Pennies Day Childcare centre.

He’s been there for a year now and has made some lovely friends and has a strong bond with some of the team. They’re a lovely team and consistently welcome him with a big smile Pennies were remarkable at helping our son settle in.

Our son loves to go. The team are consistently compassionate and attentive towards him. He is slightly behind his peers and is also very picky about food. Team have made a referral for extra assistance for him and have been keen to find out ways to assistance him further. We have appreciated this going the extra mile for him.
We have struggled to get extra sessions for him because the childcare centre is so popular and busy but this hasn’t been too much of an issue as he would likely struggle with longer days at the moment. We have had a excellent journey with Pennies Day Childcare centre, Mark Cross.
