The Wigwam Day Nursery

My young lad started in this early‑years hub when he was just a year old. Then he moved to the toddler’s room where he had fun with his French and dance classes and lastly to the preschool room. The nursery setting is like my second home and I would definitely suggest this place. Thank you Wigwam Team!! The carers are incredible, trustworthy and cordial. He was in the baby’s room for a year – the best part of the babies room was the sleeping arrangement in the garden, so unique. My little one enjoyed it a lot. During these 4 years there were lots of challenges with my little one but the nursery setting always supported us in every way.

I am exceptionally pleased with the choice we made regarding the nursery setting for our little one. On this portal, we could see notes, videos and pictures of our son’s adventures at the nursery setting. The team were always exceptionally accommodating, caring and cordial. After 3 years, our little one has developed a lot of attachment to the team and other kids that enrol at this childcare centre and I’m sure he has built exceptionally good memories from his time there. I really liked the focus youngster weeks, where we had the chance to discuss our child’s progress and to work together with the team on the support mechanisms and new goals to nurture the advancement of our little one. During the 3 years that our little one stayed at the Wigwam nursery setting, the team really spent a lot of time and effort to understand the needs of our boy and to adapt the activities and food offering to those needs. They organise different activities throughout the year and also I found the parent’s portal to be exceptionally useful.

I will choose this childcare centre again if I have to. The personnel keep you informed of all the improvement your youngster makes. Very accommodative. Fantastic and hardworking personnel. Polite and takes time to explain things to your understanding.

My daughters both enjoy Wigwam and have a good bond with crew. Staff are flexible and supportive. The option to book in until seven and have Saturday morning childcare centre sessions on an ad hoc basis is truly useful as a working parent.

My little one started at Wigwam when he was 11 months old, and continued on to 4 years old before he started school. He made some good friends and couldn’t wait to see them every day. The early‑years hub is exceptionally good at matching key workers and youngsters. We were extremely delighted, downhearted to leave. He enjoyed playing on the indoor climbing frame and he napped outside in a covered buggy. I was reassured that they would support for him and make sure he enjoyed every day. The childcare centre has its own kitchen and he had all his meals there. He never came home hungry and cherished sitting at the table with the other little ones. Before we joined the childcare centre, I met the key team and visited a session, one of the team came to meet me at home to see my boy. He joined in the dancing and french lessons. One of the reasons I chose Wigwam was the wide period of the team. He settled exceptionally quickly, the personnel were kind and caring. He enjoyed the outdoor activities area. He started on 3 days a week and we increased this to 4 days in his prior year.

Still, he was welcomed to the Wigwam with open arms and we got to brainstorm with the personnel a tailor-made menu to suit his dietary requirements. My boy really had the best time there. I am particularly grateful with the crew assistance considering my son’s story: He started at the Wigwam day nursery setting in September 2016 at 1 and a half years old. The team will remain an important part of his childhood and their genuine care have helped tremendously to make him the person he is today. Fast-forward 3 years, my young lad always looks forward to going to the early‑years hub, have plenty of friends (including team) and has no more developmental delays or more allergies. The kids do plenty of activities inside and outside the nursery setting and the settings of the room is perfect for kids of all age to enjoy their day. My young lad was already showing worrying signs of developmental delays and was allergic to pretty much every food.

This makes us feel secure, as parents, that our kids are in good hands and they keep us updated with everything. I wholeheartedly endorse this childcare centre to everyone and of course, if we decided to have a second youngster, this would definitely be the childcare centre that my little ones would be in. My young lady joined the childcare centre when she was a year old and now she has turned 4. I want to say a huge thanks to the manager who manages the early‑years hub so well. Also, I want to mention all the crew, thank you so much for taking attention of my little one and for your patience and especially the correspondence in the past 3 years as this is so important to us. Please keep doing what you do guys as you are brilliant. Time flies and it’s so hard to say goodbye.

My girl started her childcare centre this August at age of 2.5 years and she has never been to childcare centre before. My little girl is so pleased and energetic in the morning to go to the early‑years hub and even in the evening when I pick her up. She has bonded truly well with some of the crew in her group. She has picked up English exceptionally well in the prior two months considering we speak a second language at home, as well as her capacity to interact in English with us and other kids have enhanced. She had just moved to the UK from India and everything looked different to her then – the people, language, the food and the place. I personally feel the crew at nursery setting did a great job of helping her settle into the new setting. I enthusiastically endorse the nursery setting.

My boy started to join Wigwam early‑years hub this year and it has been an remarkable journey. Thank you to all the personnel. My only wish is I wish I had found you earlier. Friendly and helpful personnel who always greet you with a smile. I have only good things to say about Wigwam. This childcare centre definitely has a family vibe. Professional childcare centre educators who have been so great with my young lad.

The crew are just incredible, exceptionally kind and caring, extremely supportive and understanding. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this early‑years hub for my little girl and have always been pleased to send her. The kids are well looked after and always go in and come out delighted. The crew always check in on days my child’s not there to make sure she’s doing alright.
