September 19, 2024 at 4:46 amOur little boy has had no problems settling into Kingsclere. It is more of a family atmosphere and I would enthusiastically advocate them. Staff are genuinely interested in children’s well-being and their growth.

October 25, 2024 at 6:12 amMy little one has been attending Kingsclere for nearly 3 years now and we have had such a positive period that I had no hesitation when choosing a early‑years hub for our little one to start in September. The activities in pre-school always seem to be fun and varied and my boy enjoys his nursery setting days.

October 27, 2024 at 7:04 amFrom the early‑years hub personnel to the location and sites at Kingsclere, it’s perfect. Such a beautiful place! My little one started when he was just 2 years old and I’ve watched him develop and grow into the perfect little 4 year old he is today. Would 100% endorse! That’s the biggest thanks to the ladies in this early‑years hub for sure.

November 24, 2024 at 9:45 pmWe would endorse Kingsclere Day Nursery to any of our friends as a fantastic choice for early years attention. Kingsclere Day Nursery has been a wonderful childcare centre for our girl. The crew are caring and provide excellent activities and enjoyable days for the little ones.

December 2, 2024 at 6:57 amOur little one has settled so well into Kinsgsclere despite her starting in the middle of the COVID pandemic. The setting is small, homely and really hygienic with a home from home feeling. The manager is really well organised and was great at answering all our questions and she really knows the detail about every youngster. We would definitely advocate Kingsclere to anyone. We enjoy looking at the daily updates and pictures on ParentZone and the fun activities she gets up to on themed days and the kids get outside every day for fresh air to playtime on the decking. We feel she’s really being cared for at Kingsclere and always comes home with a big smile on her face. Her key worker and all the crew in the nest have made her transition to nursery setting 5 days a week so smooth and we’re so grateful for this.

December 19, 2024 at 9:56 amThere is a range of activities provided (French, literacy and problem solving) and updates are given each week. We feel informed about his advancement and that he is getting lots of opportunities to make improvement on his targets. Activities are tailored with an awareness of how to get the best out of my boy and meet his needs (as he is naturally shy). Since my little one started at the childcare centre in September 2022 we have seen him grow in confidence and he is absorbing so much! This absorbing is tracked and shared with us as parents through photos and from his focus weeks and report. The new manager is excellent and committed to helping the nursery setting with its mission to continue to improve its practice. We get daily photos about what he has been doing at nursery setting. His key person has developed a wonderful bond with him and we will be unhappy to see him move up to the next group in lots of ways!

December 29, 2024 at 3:00 pmShe waves at it when we drive past, she talks about the little ones and her key worker. My young lady is 2.5 and been attending Kingsclere since she was 1. She runs in with excitement which is so encouraging. We viewed 3 nurseries and chose Kingsclere as I enjoyed the setting; I liked that it was small and not overcrowded and the fact that during the viewing any potential question I had was already answered in the thorough show around. Also, all crew were so welcoming and kind saying hello to us both. We’re really pleased with her advancement and will continue to keep her there until she’s ready for school. My girl enjoys herself so much at nursery setting. Thank you. Something that I didn’t notice elsewhere.

December 31, 2024 at 11:04 amIn summary, we’re having a great time with Kingsclere Day Nursery. In addition, no matter what member of crew takes him in the morning, he gets greeted with a huge smile, how are you, asking him about whatever little trinket he’s decided to bring in for that day. The manager is also involved in drops offs and pick ups and is really kind and approachable. To me this really personal, warm and consistent level of interaction is what makes this nursery setting stand out above others. The app is fantastic for updating us on what he’s been up to with pictures, as well as details of what he’s eaten, nappy changes and naps but even with all that information we still get a really personal and detailed handover at the end of the day by whoever brings him out. My boy is also baking most weeks and has come on leaps and bounds with speech, and understanding numbers and shapes. My young lad has been at Kingsclere Day Nursery for 4 months now and I’ve been really pleased with the level of support he’s receiving.

January 3, 2025 at 11:18 pmOur little one joined the early‑years hub when he turned one. There’s a fantastic outdoor space for them to games in and he is outside every day which I like. He enjoys the early‑years hub crew and runs in each morning to see them. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery setting, childcare centre manager and personnel. His language and numerical abilities have come on so quickly and this is down to the one on one attention and attention he receives and the focus they put on discovering.

January 22, 2025 at 10:34 amI’ve already put my younger sons name down for next year in the hope he’s lucky enough to get a place and have the same fantastic journey as his brother. My boy absolutely enjoys his time there and will be unhappy to leave for big school in September. I can’t fault the preschool in terms of attention and the way they teach the kids and always ensure they have new and exciting activities to do each day! I couldn’t be happier with Kingsclere Day Nursery. Thank you to all the fantastic personnel there.

April 6, 2025 at 9:15 pmI feel positive that she is getting the best care and attention and this is backed up by how thrilled she is. We are always met personally with a smiling delighted face by team which helps with the transition a great deal. The small numbers of the setting was perfect for us and makes it feel more personal and like a family; not just another kid amongst many already there! Our first young lady left Kingsclere to start school 3 years ago and we have just returned again with our next little one as we adored it so much and I’m so pleased that we have! I can’t advocate Kingsclere wholeheartedly enough, especially if you are looking for a smaller, calmer and personal setting for your kid. Our girl has settled in amazingly and every day is so exciting and pleased to go to childcare centre.

April 8, 2025 at 6:13 pmI like the daily updates on ParentZone and see what she was up to, what meals she had etc. I am glad we chose Kingsclere as everyone is welcoming and professional and my young lady enjoys going there to spend time with both her new friends and the instructors. I honestly couldn’t be happier with Kingsclere and would definitely endorse to all. My young lady started going to Kingsclere in September 2020 (age 3). The transition from home setting to 3 full days was a lot to take in at first, but thanks to the kind setting and all the activities kids do, it didn’t take long for my little one to settle in and soon started looking forward to spending the time with her friends while mummy is at work.

April 11, 2025 at 2:50 amYou put our minds at rest and our little boy adores spending his time with you all! Having spent lockdown with only immediate family for the first 10 months of his life, I was worried we would have trouble settling him in. I have had both my boys come through Kingsclere. The girls were all fabulous, flexible, and as accommodating as the current restrictions allowed. Thank you so much. The team has been fab at helping my second little boy settle in.

April 20, 2025 at 12:31 pmHe feels things exceptionally deeply and this has been hugely accommodating in understanding my son’s needs better. My little one has been at Kingsclere Day Nursery for a year now and I am incredibly grateful that my boy is enrolled at childcare centre here. His advancement since being at Kingsclere has been remarkable to see and I absolutely enjoy noticing the things that I know he has learnt at early‑years hub specifically. Kingsclere have been so supportive with supporting us as a family working through conflict resolution techniques to help develop my son’s language around emotions. We feel so grateful that his keyworker and the personnel at Kingsclere have supported us with this as not only has it brought on my son’s speech more generally, he is extremely empathetic to other kids now he understands his own emotions – something that is so beautiful to see. The crew are wonderful and my little one has created close bonds with all of the team, especially his keyworker, whom he adores.

May 1, 2025 at 10:30 pmAbsolutely fantastic journey all around! Big mention to one member of team, in particular, you are a huge asset to the nursery setting. I couldn’t advocate this place enough! Lovely personnel and my little boy treasures going to childcare centre, thank you for everything!

June 2, 2025 at 5:48 amThank you. It has a lovely ethos and all the team spend a lot of time getting to know the youngsters and making sure they have all the help and attention they need. From the moment I walked in to look around Kingsclere I knew it was the right place for my young lad to join. They attention for them as if they were their own.

June 4, 2025 at 5:26 amHighly advocate based on our period and feel exceptionally self‑assured that this is an excellent absorbing setting with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Our young lad started at childcare centre a little after his first birthday in March. He is loving it and absolutely thriving with all the support he is shown and the fun he has at Kingsclere.

June 21, 2025 at 9:46 pmThe updates are extremely personal and not just a generic message. I have found all their communications really personal and individual. I get updates every day on his eating, discovering and sleeping. It gives you great peace of mind and I treasure being updated during the day. It was a difficult time for induction but the team have been excellent. I am a first-time mummy who sent her boy to nursery setting just after the first lockdown in June. Within a couple of weeks, he had settled down and built relationships. It makes me smile. I am exceptionally pleased with the nursery setting! He has really developed since going to nursery setting and I can see a big difference in him. I would definitely advocate it.

July 2, 2025 at 11:56 pmI have always felt exceptionally welcome by personnel members at Kingsclere and should I have any worries, I am more than comfortable in speaking with the managers with no hesitations. Thank you to all the Staff, especially during these tough times I cherish the fact that Kingsclere Day Nursery is such a small early‑years hub, it feels as though it is its own family (with lots of kids). Well I looked at 3 nurseries and as every mother knows it is so important to choose the right one; after spending a year with your new bubba the thought of leaving them with complete strangers and returning to work fills you with dread! The parent portal is fantastic so I can see what he has been up to for the day. My young lad speaks volumes for Kingsclere, as on his days away he asks to go, which makes me delighted knowing that I chose the right one for him. Any concerns I may have are nipped in the bud early which is comforting to know. I think the ratio of youngsters to keyworker is important so they can have the interaction they need.
