We have absolutely adored having our little one in Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery and Preschool. The crew made the huge transition for us as a family so much easier and we always felt we were putting her into such protected hands every time we brought her in. They really do put the kids first and it shows.

September 20, 2024 at 8:49 amThey have kept it running smoothly for the kids and us adults all through Covid. My little one has been going since he was 6 months and I couldn’t fault the childcare centre. 100% trust them with my youngster! They welcome and treat the kids like their own!!

October 20, 2024 at 2:41 amI would just suggest a bit more regular contact to parents about the advancement and childcare centre. The toddlers always look delighted and comfortable when dropping off and picking up. I see the personnel providing empathetic help to toddlers, which is exceptionally comforting and encouraging to see. Very good set up of the early‑years hub with clear rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-school. My own toddler had an incident (injury) and the crew handled it extremely well. I can see the team put a lot of effort into planning the day for the toddlers with new activities laid out every morning and afternoon. My toddler was not put off and, in fact, was eager to go back to early‑years hub – I don’t believe this would have been the case if it wasn’t for the care she received.

We look forward to sending our second kid here next year too! He is so excited to go to early‑years hub each day and we can see how thrilled and comfortable he is with the personnel. They do so many activities with the youngsters that we would never think of doing, which encourages his creativity.

I’m extremely pleased that my little one goes to this early‑years hub. The nursery setting is remarkable, it is a dream wonderland for every kid.

December 22, 2024 at 4:05 pmThey have good space in the childcare centre with a lot of toys and conduct various activities for kids. I would wholeheartedly endorse Bright Horizons nursery setting. Thanks. Also if you have any issue as a parent they tried to solve it asap. My kid really enjoyed it there and learned so much. Plus the whole crew are warm, kind and exceptionally caring.

December 23, 2024 at 9:32 pmFriendly team, variety of activities on a daily basis and delicious meals. We have befriended numerous kids and parents and the crew feels like a family. The mobile app tracker is also extremely useful because I can see how much my kid ate, nappy changes, pictures etc. My girl started going to Bright Horizons at the age of 1 year old and she absolutely treasures it. As a first-time parent, this means a lot to me.

We have been really impressed with the range of activities provided day to day, it really stimulates our daughter’s progress. Our girl has developed a strong bond with the team which is great to see. Our girl has settled really well and thoroughly enjoys her days at childcare centre.

April 13, 2025 at 7:35 pm(We felt the £150 joining fee for our second kid was unfair). We trust the crew and that is a huge contributory factor for parents. We feel the crew attention about our little ones and really do have their best interests at heart. We have every confidence in Bright Horizons Wokingham. Since management has returned from maternity, the organising, team happiness and knowledge and knowledge about everyday running of the childcare centre has better. We feel they are understanding about how families are different from one another and are adaptable and flexible within her abilities.

April 29, 2025 at 8:51 pmThe personnel are exceptionally caring and personally make it there mission to ensure the kids are thrilled. My little one is also exploring to write his name at the age of three and has started recognising different letters of the alphabets. My little one has been attending the nursery setting since the age of one and has thoroughly enjoyed it and making friends. They have now come back stronger and we are really seeing a difference in the teaching and activities they are doing with the kids. The team have worked really hard to turn the childcare centre around and me and my husband are really seeing the change. Even though the childcare centre was shut for a few weeks to update training for all crew this year, I was truly impressed by the way they made plans for my boy to join another setting within the company for two weeks. We are also receiving weekly updates which is great.

He’s well prepared for school, which was one of the main reasons I wanted him to enrol at preschool so I’m really thrilled he goes to. The personnel are lovely and they do such a variety of things – encouraging and supportive. I absolutely enjoy discovering about what they’ve been up to. I receive regular updates throughout the course of the day as to what he’s eaten and any observations they’ve made.

Staff are always delighted to talk through his day with us when we pick him up, as well as answer any general questions we may have about his growth. The team have been great with our kid, making us feel comfortable and relaxed from the truly beginning. Our young lad is and always has been, exceptionally delighted at the early‑years hub and that is testament to the approach the team take in making it a home-from-home for him.

Our little girl has settled really well and has a great relationship with her key person. Knowing she is delighted when we drop her off is truly reassuring.

June 1, 2025 at 11:55 pmHe adores it. He’s developed instrumentally in the previous 9 months of being in the school. You want peace of mind, choose the manager’s team. He’s learned to share, count, speak better and we’ve enjoyed and continue to enjoy the personality he has since developed. We have fallen in treasure with Bright Horizons Wokingham each and every day. Although we’ve hit a few speeds bumps in an attempt to know each other, I wouldn’t and couldn’t have chosen a better school for my boy.
