Village End, Creche, Nursery, Pre School & Mini Camp

We have recently moved our son to Village End and are so glad we did! Our son loves going and is always asking ‘when am I going to nursery’ he attends every day and has made so many friends already!
We are very pleased with how he is doing and would recommend Village End to anyone looking for a nursery!

I am extremely happy sending my daughter to Village End and I highly recommend them to any other parents thinking of sending their child there. As a former teacher, I know that the early years’ education that they provide is of an extremely high quality, with a wide variety of enjoyable play-based learning activities, precisely designed to allow children to explore and develop their learning at their own pace in fun, meaningful and engaging ways. Another fantastic aspect of Village End is the safe, loving and caring environment and “family-feel” that you get there which is, in my opinion, exactly what little ones need. Another aspect I am really grateful for is the option of flexible, short-notice childcare – which is a game-changer for my personal circumstances. If you are looking for a safe, nurturing and first-class educational setting for your little one then Village End is the perfect choice.

Excellent nursery with great friendly staff that our daughter loves. It’s a home from home welcoming environment and the children love it. Lots of daily activities and group interaction. Lots of information on the parents’ app to keep parents involved.

I couldn’t ask for anything more from Village End, ticked all our boxes. From our first visit, I really had a good feeling and didn’t look elsewhere. The staff are friendly and approachable. Most importantly, my daughter enjoys it and I know she’s comfortable. If you’re looking for a place for your child, I’d definitely recommend Village End.

Village End has been nothing but a blessing to myself and my daughter. The manager and the team have helped in so many different ways. The flexible approach and booking app is so easy and the only nursery that has been able to support my lifestyle. Since joining the nursery, my daughter has flourished in both speech and confidence. Being a single and working mother, I am also grateful for the help I have received in successfully starting my daughter’s potty training. I get updated daily on her progress, which really helps me carry on with the training at home. I also receive updates and photos via the parents’ app – which I love to log on and see during the working day. Thank you once again Village End.

Great friendly home feel to this nursery. Great structured play for the children and plenty of time outside. Good staff attrition and flexibility to meet parents needs. It’s nice that all the children are in one room, think it gives the younger children better confidence and social skills and allows them to learn from the older children too.

I switched my daughter’s nursery to Village End back in March. I was worried about the effect switching nurseries would have on my daughter, but I needn’t have been. My daughter settled very quickly and loves attending her new nursery, making new friends and now even asks to go on the days she doesn’t attend. She always comes out of nursery with a smile on her face. The staff are so lovely and friendly and always happy to answer any questions I may have. The children enjoy a wide range of activities and I think my daughter benefits from being in a free flow setting with older children. Using the parents’ app I am able to see what my daughter has been up to and it’s a nice touch to see uploads regarding her development. The flexibility of being able to add adhoc sessions is a fantastic option, something I often make use of. I’m glad I made the switch to Village End and wish I had come across this nursery sooner.

The Village End, Manager and the whole of the Village team are family to us. My daughter was previously at another local nursery which was very much micromanaged, with separate rooms which my daughter did not prefer. She stopped eating, so I had to find another alternative as she clearly was not happy. I was recommended the Village End by a family friend who has used the nursery previously for her son nine years ago. I went to take both my 3-year-old and 2-year-old daughters for a taster session and they both loved it. The open area with different stations, the warm welcome and the dedication to each child was immensely supportive for my daughters further development. My husband and I are both emergency front line police officers and we couldn’t recommend this nursery more for flexibility, affordability and management. Keep up the great work!

I could honestly not recommend Village End enough! If you want your child to thrive and develop then this is the nursery for you. My son has been going to Village End for almost half a year now and the amount he has developed since going is amazing. He has learnt to be kind, to sing and dance, to share and to make friends. The way that the owner and the girls run the nursery is just brilliant. They take their time to really understand each child’s needs and support them with their learning and development. Their flexibility with ad hoc is a godsend for me with work! I always feel that my son is in safe and caring hands and I feel so lucky to have found such a brilliant nursery. Village End, Creche, Nursery, Pre School & Mini Camp has made such an amazing difference to my family!
My twins have thrived since going there, they were suffering from separation anxiety at first as they had not had much social interaction before due to being lockdown babies and the cost of paying double for baby groups.
The relaxed atmosphere at Village End and the patience of the staff meant my twins have now settled well and love going to nursery, they are thriving and have grown massively in confidence.
The flexibility and the convenience of being able to book ad hoc hours or extend bookings last minute have been a huge benefit to us as my husband and I are both shift workers and can have unpredictable hours. It gives me great piece of mind to know that my children are happy and well looked after while I’m sleeping after a very busy night shift in a&e!
I cannot recommend Village End enough!
