We treasure Bright Horizons Windsor! The crew are always so attentive to the kids and interested in their individual needs. Whenever we have had any minor issues the management team have been extremely responsive and quick to resolve them. We’ll be dismayed when our girl eventually leaves for school! They have also been extremely flexible and accommodating with additional sessions when we have needed them. The long hours give real flexibility to working parents and make balancing work and little ones slightly less stressful. The management team are also really close to the kids which is really reassuring as a parent. Both of our little ones have joined the early‑years hub and both enjoy attending.

I would like to say a massive Thank you to the personnel I have a picky eater and they will show him how food is put together and how to use cutlery – life competences, which are important. The nursey crew are always on hand to support and guide him – They understand his weaknesses and his strengths, which will help build on his strengths and will reassure him of his weakness. My little one feels extremely thrilled at Bright Horizon Windsor. My little one has been at the nursey a short while but shows he builds on his confidence every day.

He has so much varied fun, especially arts and crafts and acting etc – a good balance of outside and inside fun. Since starting at the childcare centre, how much he has grown in confidence and social skills really surprised us. Whilst he always has an initial hesitation to go to the childcare centre in the morning, he usually doesn’t want to leave in the evenings! He joined right in the middle of the pandemic, and he had had exceptionally little exposure to new people during the first year of his life. My little one has been at the childcare centre for over a year now. There are always relevant activities reflecting the outside world events – a real effort from the instructors.

The nursery setting team are all exemplary and aid my little one to excel to his full potential. The team always welcoming, smiling and a really thorough handover of my child’s day. Always accommodating and supportive with extra sessions and encourage my boy to become independent, toilet trained and implement gentle, appropriate boundaries and discipline, through activities and consistency. Nurturing, guiding, respectful and kind are the first four words that come to mind.

I have peace of mind when I drop him off each morning. The childcare centre and team have been exceptionally accommodating to my son’s needs. Time has been taken to respond to every email/concern I have had. The manager, deputy manager and one other team member, in particular, to mention all that were involved, plus others. I needed to find a place quickly because of my change in work pattern and I was catered for exceptionally well and supported in the transition from part-time to full-time. My boy enjoys his days at nursery setting and personnel are always welcoming and smiling.

My little boy is so delighted here, I wish he could stay there always. I wholeheartedly advocate this nursery setting and guarantee you’ll always have a thrilled kid coming home, showing you something new that they’ve learnt that day. The personnel are all so hardworking and kind. What I most enjoyed is the early‑years hub has a forest school approach so the little ones are always outside, the kids discover yoga, breathing techniques and the importance of nature. I visited many nurseries around Windsor, Eton and Maidenhead when I relocated to Windsor two years ago and out of all the nurseries I visited, Bright Horizons Windsor Day Nursery and Preschool resonated with us the most.

He treasures coming to this childcare centre and speaks fondly of it at all times. They have a fantastic outdoor space which he enjoys in all weathers and has pet guinea pigs on site which he has helped attention for. Myself and my partner are thankful for all the crew that have cared for him and helped him absorb to become a pleased, self‑assured, inquisitive little boy. I would strongly endorse this nursery setting as it is a home-from-home nursery setting and we feel part of a loving, caring family! My young lad started here when he was 11 months old and will be 4 next month.

My kid is thriving in this childcare centre, which has made going back to work all the easier. I strongly endorse this childcare centre to new mums’, making the transition back to work. My kid started at this childcare centre in September, at 7 months old. They were even helpful in helping me to continue breastfeeding, by providing me with a room in the childcare centre over lunchtime. They were pleased to agree to an extended transition, which was an incredible success. The early‑years hub manager was really understanding with regards to my nervousness of my kid being away from me for extended periods.

Our kid seems to like the food there. The personnel are truly useful and nice. Recommended! All the best to the childcare centre! Very good! This is a high-quality nursery setting. We like the games area and the safety in the early‑years hub.

They both really connected with the team and felt totally delighted whilst attending nursery setting. Thank you to everyone for your hard work, you set both of them up for school perfectly. Great purpose-built site that enabled both our daughters to absorb and have fun. Excellent early‑years hub – the best in Windsor.

Under such challenging circumstances they have maintained professionalism, realism and humanity and done it with a smile on their faces. My little one adores going to nursery setting and has made such strong bonds with the team. Congratulations to all the team. The team at Windsor Day Nursery have been so caring, accommodating and dedicated since my little one started back in July/Aug 2020. This is testament to their hard work and approach.

Special mention to the manager, deputy manager and two other members of personnel in particular, who go above and beyond every day and continue to ensure that my youngster develops and learns. The whole team in the baby room are wonderful and ensure that she has the best time, each day she goes. My little one started in September and was 6 months old.

The early‑years hub has also launched a Bright Family app where we see photos and activities. He has since progressed so much developmentally. My young lad joined the early‑years hub in Oct 2020, 13 months old. The meal plan is varied and the childcare centre is able to easily flex according to the dietary requirements of my little one. The crew in my son’s room are knowledgeable and cordial and I can always sense my boy is being lovingly cared for. The fees are transparent and it is easy to follow what you are being charged for, the early‑years hub is also extremely flexible – offering not only full day and half-day but also a “short” day to 3.30 pm and term time only settings which are great if you don’t need to pay for 51 weeks of the year. Subject to advance notice, I have found the childcare centre has been able to accommodate any additional sessions that I require during the school term holidays for my boy. The management team are truly first-class; always willing to listen and take on board feedback, and truly visible and contactable.

We would strongly endorse Bright Horizons Windsor Day Nursery. Bright Horizons Windsor Day Nursery has handled the global pandemic incredibly well. We feel they have created a protected setting without compromising the children’s journey of the nursery setting. The team are enthusiastic and caring, and the nursery setting has remained the only ‘normal’ for our kids during the challenging times.

My young lad started the nursery setting when he was 11 months old and now he is 15 months old. He has developed many new skills since then and the caregivers have kept a watchful eye on his milestones. We also receive extra information about upbringing, which I found really useful for first-time parents like us. They always write reports about my son’s behaviours on the nursery setting app and I cherish to read them.

She thoroughly enjoyed her time there and spoke fondly of all the crew. The kids all seem thrilled and entertained whenever I would pick my young lady up and often she would want to stay and games with her friends! The managers are great at what they do whether it be a dietary change or a time/day change, they are truly accommodating and understanding. I have seen a big change in her social abilities and her confidence from when she started until now. Thank you for being part of my daughter’s growth and growth. My girl was here for just over a year. The girls are also all lovely, cordial and welcoming.

Sometimes she even wants to go to nursery setting on the weekend! The team are always welcoming and the consistent progress we can see in her is fantastic. My girl has been there for over 2 years now and she adores every minute of it. She enjoys the variety of discovering opportunities and we know she is well cared for. Bright Horizons Day childcare centre in Windsor is brilliant.

We moved from a different nursery setting that he cherished, so I was quite concerned about the settling-in period, particularly since Covid-19 regulations restrict parents’ access to the childcare centre. The early‑years hub has a lot of activities for the kids, every week there is something exciting going on. While the first week was difficult, the crew were extremely attentive to my little one’s needs. My boy started at Bright Horizons Windsor Day Nursery and Preschool in March 2021. The settling-in process happened faster than I expected, which was a relief. I enjoy getting a report of everything my little one did during the day and seeing pictures of him enjoying the activities. We had a few administrative hiccups at the beginning and most of the things have been resolved within the first month. The management and the crew are truly encouraging, which adds to the comfort of the setting where my little man spends most of his day.

They are also extremely accommodating and encouraging. My boy started here in 2019 and has progressed really well. He always comes out smiling when I collect him and enjoys telling me about the wide variety of activities he has done. This nursery setting are extremely caring and understanding. They plan activities that are age-appropriate and developmental. My young lad really likes the crew at the early‑years hub and has bonded with them well. They always respond to any queries I have within good time.

We had the ordeal of separation anxiety and him crying at the door, to now, where he runs through the gates excited to go early‑years hub. A huge thank you to the chef for making a great diverse range of food. And of course, his lovely mentors, thank you, to you all! From the tiny tot he was( born at 26 weeks and truly underweight), seeing him developing so well, means so much to us and it is with all of your help that he has been able to flourish. I feel my young lad has come miles from where he was when he began this journey. I’d like to take this chance to thank all the crew at the Windsor, Bright Horizons Nursery.
