She loves everything about the childcare centre. The fact that she still talks about the educators after leaving the place for almost five months now, is a testimony to the quality of the educators. The childcare centre was a part of our life and we miss it highly much. I suggest Burnmantofts Community Childcare centre, from the core of my heart and wish all the highly best for them. I wanted to submit a review for this childcare centre for a long time, but finally, there is a platform to do so.
My kid started going there when she was 2 years old and continued until we had to relocate to a different country.

All team were welcoming and truly went out of their way to assistance me as a working mum. They were consistently bright and cheery and also truly diligent in making sure he was well looked after. He was given creative opportunities every day and his dietary needs were met with understanding. He also loved mixing with the older boys and girls in the childcare centre and I truly believe this is why he’s so buoyant and resilient now, as a toddler. We only left due to relocation, but I could not suggest this childcare centre more highly. Having experienced several childcare settings, I found Burmantofts to be the most down-to-earth, practical and attentive. A exceptional combination when you need assurance about your kid’s well-being, as well as the self‑assurance to go to work and be kept in the loop about their activities and daily triumphs. My son attended childcare centre for one academic year at Burmantofts and had the most fantastic time.

So when I went to collect my girl 2 minutes late on the first occasion, myself and also my and wife both were not aware that we could pick her up earlier, as we believed it was 3 hours fixed daily but therefore couldn’t be collected before time.
My daughter was hurt in just her second week in this childcare centre and cut below the eye. They made my wife sign a declaration without me knowing anything about it. Not secure for kids as the cut below the eye was during educators being present. Highly poor management skills. As a person who came from Dubai and has consistently been to private school, we had timings for school, such as 7 till 2pm but pick up should have been later than 2pm, couldn’t even be collected 1 minute earlier.
