The team are so welcoming and are consistently cheerful to speak to me about any concerns. Her key worker is incredible and consistently makes me sense confident about her development. She consistently comes home with a smile on her face and the care sheets let me know what she has been doing so if I’m in a rush I don’t have to sit and wait. The childcare centre itself is set out lovely and is consistently spotless. My daughter consistently comes home with artwork that she’s done and it’s consistently well presented and age-appropriate. She seems to have come on loads since she started. I’m confident in the care she receives and believe she is well cared for. As a first time mum I was nervous to leave her but after a few short weeks I’d built the trust with team to leave her with no worries, but any time I do worry I know the manager is consistently on the other side of the phone cheerful to go check and give me an honest answer as to how she truly is. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre since October last year she she loves it.

We cannot thank every member of team enough for their care, attention, enthusiasm, updates and genuine approaches for all ages and stages. All team go above and beyond, including management!
Our girls adore attending, they sense cheerful, secure and welcomed. As do we as parents. Any question or element of advice is shared with empathy, understanding, time and commitment. All members of team are expert, nurturing, understanding and have utmost respect for the kids in their care and parents.
From day one, through covid measures and since we have felt valued, included and kept up to date with every element of personal, social and emotional development, food intake, changing (when in nappies), activities undertaken and in terms of assessment using the relevant ages and stages in the early years foundation stage curriculum.
My husband and I as parents and myself as a teacher suggest this childcare centre to all families! Our eldest attended here two to four years and our youngest from one to three (currently attending).

They have helped her shape into the lovely little girl she has become. All the team have been fantastic throughout her time here since 2020. She has flourished in self‑assurance over the years with the help of the team at Mazehill.
From childcare centre until preschool, she’s had a fantastic time. It’s incredible how creative they let the kids be. The manager is a fantastic manager. I wish my kid could have stayed but it’s time for big school!

My kid attends and does a lot of playing and drawing, but in that time they are watched, monitored and encouraged to learn. They send home assessment sheets for us to look at, sign and return, on this it discusses your kid’s behaviour, where they are and what they hope to encourage. The childcare centre consistently does things for world book day etc and it is consistently lovely to receive a card that they have made for you at Christmas and Valentine’s Day. I would highly suggest Mazehill Childcare centre. Mazehill is a lovely childcare centre, the team are highly supportive and welcoming.

It’s lovely to be able to enter the building and seeing all kids playing safely outside and having a wide variety of toys and activities to playtime with. My nephew is reaching all milestones due to the incredible assistance of all the team within the childcare centre. We as a family couldn’t have wished for a better childcare centre and set of educators for our little bundle of joy. My nephew attends Mazehill Childcare centre, I’ve consistently found team to be truly supportive and informative, when on arrivals for picking up my nephew.

Every single member of team cannot do enough for the kids in their care. The service they provide is, without doubt, exemplary. We have received nothing but assistance and adore and most of all a sense of humour. We would consistently suggest Mazehill to anyone asking which childcare provider they should choose for their kid. We adore Mazehill so much that we decided to keep our eldest there when we moved out of the catchment area! For the last eight years, Mazehill has been an incredible childcare centre for both our kids.

As soon as we walked into Mazehill Childcare centre both myself and my husband knew it was the right place. The team are compassionate and welcoming and offer a range of activities that follow the national curriculum. Both myself and my husband call during the day to check in on how our son is doing and it never seems like we’re causing an inconvenience. They are remarkable there and our little boy has truly enjoyed attending so far. He’ll be back in September after the summer holidays and I know he’ll continue to go from strength to strength with the assistance of all the team. As a first-time mam and dad, it was so important for us to send our son to the right childcare centre.
