Thank you for all that you do. The day‑care manager and all her team are a credit to Bright Horizons. The day‑care and team are an remarkable warm and attentive family, providing a secure space, lots of fresh air, development, enjoyable and terrific food. The team extremely carefully organised the reintroduction of the kids back to the day‑care after lockdown so that it was a gentle start to being away from home after so long. My little boy adores being at Treehouse.

I would not hesitate to suggest this to other people. The day‑care has made my kids develop with confidence and security. The team are outstanding and extremely welcoming and approachable. I able go to work knowing that my kids are both extremely secure and delighted. Both my kids have been to this day‑care and it is superb.

I cannot thank Bright Horizons enough for giving my kid such a superb atmosphere and family to grow up with. My kid consistently comes home with the biggest smile, has a superb safety net of day‑care teachers that he is extremely close and at ease with, and is being provided with an outstanding development space in which he continues to thrive in. Bright Horizons day‑care has looked after my 4- year- old for almost two years now, and I am consistently astounded by their thorough care and adore for looking after kids.

Overall, I am extremely delighted with the service that we receive. Emails and questions on the family app are not consistently acknowledged or replied to. The only area for improvement that I able note so far, is in communication. My little girl adores going to day‑care and has come on a lot, particularly in terms of her communication and sociability around adults and other kids. The biggest draws to the day‑care for us, were the facilities, remarkable outdoor space and lovely green location. Really lovely and professional team, who genuinely know and care about my little girl.

Discussions are easy, the Treehouse team listen to our routines and aims for our little boy where they help him excel, be it in walking, being gentle, napping and many more. The team go above and beyond to make my little boy and us, as a family, sense welcome. He gets excited in the car when pulling up outside too. He adores all the team in the baby room making drop off extremely easy. My little boy started at 12 weeks old and has recently turned 1.

Our boy adores the day‑care team and enjoys his breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day! Excellent day‑care- have recommended to friends and family.

I would strongly suggest Tree House to anyone looking for private childcare. Pre- school have done a first class job getting my eldest prepared for school transition and my youngest spends his days having lots of outdoor time in the baby garden and getting his creative juices flowing with engaging sessions. The team are attentive and terrific enjoyable, the range of sessions is superb and the food is outstanding! They both literally run in when we arrive which is so comforting as a parent/ carer. My boys are in pre- school and baby room at Tree House and absolutely adore it!

I wouldn’ t hesitate to suggest Treehouse to others. He enjoys playing outside and visiting the allotment. He also speaks of other kids whom he is welcoming with. My kid gets on truly well with his key worker and the lead of the room. Staff are welcoming, positive and welcoming. All three of my kids have attended Treehouse( with my youngest currently still there) and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I am truly delighted with the care provided at Bright Horizons Treehouse at RGU I would not hesitate to suggest I sense valued as a parent and my suggestions or queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. She adores day‑care so much and through lockdown would ask daily when she might return The sessions they have organised for getting ready for school have been truly terrific, they have managed to involve guardians even though we cannot go into day‑care just now. My kid’ s key person is her best friend, they are so close and have formed such a special bond. The team are engaging attentive and extremely present, every member of team cares about my kid from the managers to catering team, they know her name and greet her when they see her.
