September 27, 2024 at 9:49 amThe response to covid and application of rules around kids’ s temperatures has been cautious. The team communication is wonderful and the kids are delighted. The care across all three rooms is extremely wonderful. Safety superheroes and teaching in the preschool room is brilliant. The outside space is superb.

October 29, 2024 at 10:35 amHe has regressed a little at drop oos and gets quite upset at the moment, but the team have been extremely encouraging with him. In particular, he is increasingly familiar with day‑care rhymes and singing. He continues to enjoy day‑care a lot, and his speech has come on extremely quickly, which I believed to be down to the time he sends, the day‑care and around other kids. I sense it challenges my little boy more and more. Very impressed with the new menu that has been released.

November 30, 2024 at 6:21 pmThe app isn’ t updated often, but I would imagine this is because the team are giving 100% to our little ones in real life, which is most important to us. Whenever I call for an update, there is consistently a welcoming and reassuring voice on the end of the phone and the same at drop off/ pick up. He is starting to sit at the table for food and play. So far, my little boy’ s gone from being upset at going in, to walking in happily in about five weeks. The level of care and attention is second to none.

The team are all attentive, professional and keep you extremely well informed on all progress. His confidence and development have come on leaps and bounds. We have had the best time ever since our little boy’ s start at day‑care.

Many thanks. The team are extremely welcoming and useful. I am extremely delighted that my little boy adores his day‑care and his teachers.

December 24, 2024 at 11:24 pmCouldn’ t have asked for more from them. The team listened to my concerns and kept me updated as to how she was getting on. It was such a relief. The team in the baby room at First Class have been remarkable- within a few weeks she was walking into day‑care herself with a smile on her face! I was extremely nervous about my little girl starting day‑care, having been born just before lockdown and seeing almost no one for a year!

They learn heaps, in fact, I think my little girl learned more there than she currently is in school. the team are attentive and welcoming, consistently useful. My kids adore it. I have had two kids at this day‑care and able’ t suggest it enough.

We couldn’ t be happier with this Nursery. The team at First Class Nursery are so welcoming, useful and such lovely people, both with the kids and guardians.

March 7, 2025 at 10:35 pmThe day‑care management is also extremely attentive and I think it’ s terrific that they know each kid and parent extremely well. I think all the team are welcoming and strive to create a development and enjoyable space for the kids. The initiative to ask daily questions is superb and it’ s been a development time for both him and us. I’ m extremely impressed with the range of sessions that he has been exposed to, including plenty of time for imaginative play whilst at the same time development numbers, letters etc. What makes your day‑care outstanding is the approach to teaching which is psychology- based and gives the kids confidence and opportunity to flourish; this is what we have seen with our little boy. It’ s thanks to the care and development received at the day‑care that he is absolutely ready for school. My little boy is about to leave to start school and has been at the day‑care for 4 years.

My little boy moved here from another day‑care and ever since August, his progression in development, well- being and speech is surreal.

May 21, 2025 at 9:32 amMy little girl adores the food, the menu offers a wonderful variety. They have a pleasant outdoor play area and also a secret garden. The team are welcoming and enthusiastic and the kids learn about different topics each week. My little girl adores going to First Class.

May 30, 2025 at 10:18 pmThe communication with team is super, whether it’ s letting me know he’ s had a bump to the head, but is fine, updating the app to let me know what he’ s been up to, or summarising his day, when I pick him up. My little boy is not yet 2 years old but his speech is coming on so well and I fully believe going to day‑care has helped with this. The location of this day‑care is ideal for the kids getting out into the fresh air, going for walks around the pond, running about in the trees, going to the local park or even the library. The team are absolutely remarkable and the range of sessions he takes part in, is more than I might imagine doing at home! However, when he first went to day‑care, he took to it so well and has flourished ever ever since. As a lockdown baby, I was extremely concerned my little boy didn’ t have much time with many people, especially other kids or different sessions in the first year of his life.

Any complaints to team or manager results in saying“ we have other kids as well to look after so able’ t take care of just one” which is extremely unacceptable. They won’ t even bother if kids are wearing proper clothes when outside and if caught at any point will end up saying sorry! He has fallen ill many times because of the carelessness of team. My kid wasn’ t at all excited to go to day‑care. Child’ s interest in going to day‑care itself shows how he/ she is treated. She is extremely rude. The manager doesn’ t want to listen to anything against her team. Pretend to be extra pleasant when guardians come. Irresponsible manager and team who are more bothered about themselves and day‑care things rather than kids.

June 20, 2025 at 1:00 pmI adore seeing his updates on the app and hearing about his day on pick- up. He has no issues on drop- off and has settled in terrific. The team were extremely welcoming and reassuring when settling my little boy in. My little boy started at First Class in September 2022.
