My kid likes this childcare centre very much. He misses this childcare centre. All the team are very nice, attentive, loving and supportive. Management of childcare centre is very nice. All facilities are outstanding. My kid’s first language is not English, but all team assistance him. Now he can speak and understand English very well. I will suggest to my friends and family. For the assistance given to my son throughout his time at Sunbeams, you’ve honestly made his time there 1 in a million, the care, adore, affection and guidance and every more you’ve given him truly has made him who he is now so thank you! Couldn’t suggest you guys enough consistently go the extra mile! Massive shout out to three lovely ladies for the work you’ve done with my son – keep smashing it guys! All I can say is thank you guys!

She has loved it since day one, and the team in Peach Patch have helped her grow in self‑assurance and ability, and the genuine care and affection they have for the kids in their care radiates from them. She recently joined Plum Patch, and we have been amazed at the way her updates skills have blossomed in the short time she’s been there. We will consistently suggest Sunbeams to anyone looking for a childcare centre in Shipley, and we’ve consistently been 1000% cheerful with them. Our 2-year-old has been attending Sunbeams since she was nine months old.

My son started when he was 10 months and has come along leaps and bounds over the last year and a half. He loves going to the childcare centre and has a excellent bond with all team members. His development and self‑assurance have also come along, which childcare centre has a huge part towards. Would highly suggest – all team are welcoming, and it feels like one big family. Remarkable childcare centre!

Being lockdown babies, they were a bit nervous about new situations and people, so we were a bit unsure as to how they were going to take to be in a childcare setting. However, the lovely, welcoming team at Sunbeams have helped them to settle in truly well, and we have seen our twins thrive and learn so much in the past few weeks. Our twins adore going to childcare centre, and we sense truly reassured that they are secure and cheerful at Sunbeams. We are so pleased that we found Sunbeams for our 2-year-old twins.

Everyone is so supportive and compassionate. My youngest joined when she was 9 months old. I was worried that it wasn’t going to be as personal as a childminder, but everyone was excellent, and the results are exceptional; she has truly thrived here. She is now confident and outgoing. The kids make such a connection to the team, which is excellent to see. One of my kids has just left to go to school, and she will miss everyone so much. She loved her pear patch and everyone in it, and they made sure she was ready to move up to school, which has made the transition so easy for us all.

All team are super supportive, welcoming, and can’t do enough to help my little boy. I sense like he is looked after by them like he is one of their own. Lots of enjoyable activities done daily, and photos can be seen on the app throughout the day. My son has been attending for just over a year now, a really pleasant journey.

My daughter absolutely loves it here; she used to dislike leaving me in the morning but now walks straight in and comes home talking about her day with a huge smile on her face. She has progressed so well since starting childcare centre in all areas and is becoming highly independent. I am highly thankful to all the team for all their hard work and assistance. My daughter attended here from two years old, and after having such a bad journey at her previous childcare centre, I was nervous for her to start, but within a few weeks of her being there, she was so settled and thriving so much! The team were highly reassuring and helped her flourish and grow! I honestly couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough, team and management are a fabulous team! Absolutely remarkable childcare centre.

Since he’s started, I’ve noticed a change in him; already he’s trying to walk now. He’s discovering more things every time he goes. He loves the team, and I consistently sense comfortable when I pick him up! I’m really cheerful with my little boy’s childcare centre.

The team are lovely and we have never had any issues or concerns. The meals are nutritious and varied and the activities are enjoyable and educational. Our son has learnt so much in his time at Sunbeams and I have no doubt he will be well prepared for school next year. I can’t rate the childcare centre highly enough. I consistently felt my kid was secure, cheerful, and nurtured by team, delighting in her achievements. Team are nurturing and go over and above. Lots of enjoyable activities throughout the year and regular visits to the park and library. Lovely setting with a lot of thought and care put into the playtime areas and rooms. My kid attended Sunbeams Childcare centre in Shipley from 11 months until she started school at age 4.

The childcare centre is consistently tidy and spotless, and the activities planned for the kids are in keeping with their discovering journey and seem to keep their interests! They do themed days too, which is excellent for dress-up and special occasions. The menu is varied, healthy and balanced. I would highly suggest Sunbeams to other parents. They keep us up to date throughout the day via the app, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I’m very pleased I chose to send my son here; he has excelled in all aspects since joining Sunbeams. The team at Sunbeams are very welcoming, they are consistently cheerful to hear about the kids’s weekends, and if they’ve been off, they ask how they are.

They didn’t pick up his autism, they left him playing on his own, not knowing where he was on more than one occasion at pick up. They shared confidential health information with my son’s grandparents, which although they knew about, the ‘childcare centre’ doesn’t know this.
The manager is totally unprofessional and argued with me over email and then told my next-door neighbour confidential information about me and my son.
I’ve since spoken to parents at my son’s school who had similar issues!

All members of team were so welcoming to both of us. My daughter has settled in full time now and absolutely loves it! She tells me every day what she has been up to and consistently talks about the girls who take care of her, especially one member of team. It’s so nice to know she is part of such a welcoming setting where she is clearly being stimulated constantly as her speech and development has come on so much in such a short space of time. I cannot thank the team enough for everything they do for her to make her cheerful. Seeing her go in with a smile on her face every morning, clearly shows she is so comfortable which in turn leaves me feeling comfortable too. Thank you so much guys, what a remarkable team you are! My daughter started here in March this year, I was so worried as she has been with me everyday until she was two and a half.

When we went to go look around Sunbeams, I could instantly tell how well the kids were cared for. Also, the baby room is also the whole of the top floor comprising of a physical room, a calm room and an activity room, which I also loved. He did a couple of settling-in visits, and by the end of his first week, there were no tears. He attends mornings only, and while I’m at work, I will often get 2-3 updates/observations via the app updating me about all the exciting things he has been discovering that day. You also get a sheet at the end of each session, which states how many nappy changes, how much he has eaten and what he’s been doing that morning. He is about to start in the toddler room soon, and I can’t thank the team enough in the baby room for all they have done for him.
