When she first arrived, she could only say two words and with the help of the workers, she can now say a wide range of words and sentences. She has had highly low self‑assurance and she is now coming out a excellent deal with her self‑assurance. The team are welcoming, supportive and polite with everything they do. I could not suggest a better place for my little girl to go, it’s incredible. My daughter has been attending for just over a year.

My daughter befriended them highly quickly. They teach her a lot of new things and she is not so shy anymore. The place is spotless. My daughter likes most of the food. Management consistently has time to talk to me about any concerns. Facilities could use an injection of fresh cash. More discovering materials, more modern doors, and gates, improvements in the outside playtime area but the team is managing to playtime with kids with what they have, bless them! An overall lovely and secure place for my kid. I am cheerful for my kid to be here. The girls are outstanding.

She has grown up in this setting and we both have made strong connections with the team, management and other kids. With their assistance and guidance, she has met or exceeded all her development milestones and I’ve certainly learned a few things too! All the team are lovely, attentive individuals. The food is excellent quality, the building is secure and welcoming. To be even better, parents could have online access to their kid’s discovering journey but the team are highly great at updating from day to day. My daughter has blossomed at Castle Nurseries at Dunstanburgh Road Day Childcare centre.

Truly attentive with the kids. My granddaughter loves the childcare centre, has lots of friends, and a great bond with the keyworkers, head team, and even kitchen team. They truly bring kids on with their adore and care and discovering. Maybe it could have more facilities outside for 3/4-year-olds but overall everything is great, no problems. He absolutely loves it. All the team is exceptional. He loves his educators and has lots of friends. Lots of things to do and lots to playtime with He enjoys his dinners and puddings too. My grandson goes to childcare centre three days a week.
