Bright Horizons Hyde Park Day Nursery and Preschool

We only recently starting sending our daughter to Bright Horizons Hyde Park but have already seen her benefit from the interaction with other children and learning activities. We have been impressed by how quickly the staff get to know the children and tailor the care to them. Initially, we were a bit apprehensive about sending our daughter to nursery but now feel extremely happy she is there.

As a parent, the first thing that comes into our minds is safety and care and Hyde park provides it well.
The management and staff are amazing, they always go above and beyond and my daughter loves them all and is very happy to be at nursery.
I am very pleased with her progress and I would highly recommend 100%.

My son was around 10 months when he started and he has been very happy there from day 1. The manager has been amazing, always willing to help and accommodate us. I definitely recommend this nursery.

I’m extremely happy with the quality of care my daughter gets at Bright Horizons Hyde Park – all of the staff know her well as an individual, take her development seriously and care about her wellbeing. I love hearing about the news skills she picks up – there is an enormous range of activities that I would never be able to replicate at home and we also enjoy the chance she gets to participate in occasions such as World Book Day and celebrating holidays from all different cultures. The manager is an excellent leader and is continually thinking of ways to make the nursery even better – she’s also kind, full of experience and thinks about parents as well as the children. Food is excellent and although the outside space doesn’t include much greenery (no surprise in central London) they are so close to Hyde Park and go regularly enough for trips I don’t think it really matters.

Our son has attended the nursery for the last six months and we are very happy with the quality of service and the level of care offered by the manager and her whole team. There are a lot of different activities for young babies, there is a high ratio of Care person per child. Our baby son is very happy over there and always smile and is in good mood before and after a day at the nursery, we can feel he enjoys his stay over there. The Team and the different caregivers are very focused on ensuring the children are happy and well taken care of, and a great manager for the place who also loves spending time with the little ones. The team is flexible and if we have a last minute arrangement or change of plans, they always manage to accommodate. Our son has done tremendous progress in the last six months and this has helped him to play with other babies and socialize, and also focus more on specific activity than before. We are overall very happy with Bright Horizons Hyde Park.

I sent my first daughter to Bright Horizons and she was very happy. So I have now sent my second daughter and she also loves it. It has gone from strength to strength and I believe the nursery manager has played a huge part in this. The staff and nursery teachers are all so lovely and my daughter is so fond of the teachers that she talks about them all most evenings. So many of the faces are the same as when my first daughter went there, which I always think is a great indication of morale and teamwork. At all times the management and staff are so helpful and accommodating. The meals are excellent and food is very important to my daughter, when I hear about the meals they have, I am most impressed with the variety and high standards. They have introduced some lovely new schemes, like loaning books out every week. These books are an excellent idea and have made our family story-time even better. It is a really great nursery and I am very happy that I sent my daughter there.

My little boy has been at the nursery in the baby room for almost 4 months now. He has just turned 1. I cannot fault the staff here, my boy is absolutely in love with all of them and lights up every time he gets dropped off.
Since his settling in sessions, they have made me feel so secure and put all of my worries at ease. I am constantly updated on his progress and what he gets up to in the day! Loads of pictures of messy play and constantly keeping him active. They are really flexible with dietary requirements and are always on hand to make things work for you and your family. We had a few issues with napping but they were so willing to help my son overcome this they went above and beyond!
The only negative is that my son seems to get upset when I pick him up as he doesn’t want to leave!

As soon as the door opens and my daughter see’s two the manager or a particular member of staff, she can’t hide her smile! We’re extremely happy with Bright Horizons Hyde Park Day Nursery and Preschool. They really care about our child, every single day she comes back home having learnt something new. We’re really grateful for the guidance and support we receive. When going to collect her, we see happy parents and happy children. Without any doubt, we would definitely choose this nursery again and would highly recommend it!

My daughter attended Bright Horizons Hyde Park from Nov 20 – May 21 in the Baby Room and then May 21 – Sep 21 in the Toddler room. She attended 5 full days a week. The only reason she is no longer there is due to us relocating back to Australia. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff were kind, caring and it was obvious by the way my daughter happily went off to Nursery every day that she was happy and comfortable in the environment. As a parent, I always felt well informed and up to date with how she was going.

Can’t say enough about this great nursery and its lovely people, from the manager to the teachers! We will be forever grateful for the love and care they gave our daughter! Only left because we moved abroad and if we could, we would have taken them with us!
