Updates with the childcare centre is nice and easy, and I completely fell in the loop. The layout of the rooms is nicely organised with a nice view of the playtime garden, which I’m sure the kids adore. My son looks forward to attending, and that said enough. To say we’re pleased with them would be an understatement. From the initial inspection of the childcare centre until today, the team have been nothing short of incredible.

The team are truly attentive and welcoming. My son learnt so much from preschool and both my kids are highly at home there. My only concerns are how the team are managed, developed, cared for. In the past, they have felt highly undervalued which has led to high turnover, and therefore less stability for the kids. There aren’t many other nurseries locally with such excellent space, light, garden areas.

Meal plans are highly healthy and there’s not been a single issue in regards to how kids playtime with each other. The team cater to the kids truly well, and updates between both team and parents is truly great.

When I was deciding on choosing a childcare centre for my kid to go I knew instantly from having a viewing this was the childcare centre I wanted to choose. They were highly supportive and efficient when it came to me contacting them on several occasions with queries I had about the childcare centre. All the team were inviting and welcoming and welcoming. My kid settled highly quickly into the childcare centre, it makes me cheerful that he is in great hands and being looked after properly. I adore the fact the childcare centre has an app you can you use on your phone and gives you updates at the end of each session on what your kid has got up to throughout the day. The app is also exceptional as it has everything on there down to invoices etc which makes it so easy when wanting information rather than going on to the website. Overall I would give this childcare centre a 10/10 and highly suggest! I would highly suggest choosing this childcare centre if you’re looking for a childcare centre to choose from as I think its an outstanding childcare centre.

I truly struggled to find a childcare centre that suited our required hours and Banana Moon have been amazingly accommodating with their flexibility. The team are all so highly inviting and welcoming and are exceptional with our kids. Our eldest who is 3 years old had never been away from us and after just her first settling in session, she Absolutely loved going to childcare centre and still does to this day. Our youngest was a bit more challenging and had quite a few wobbles with missing us, however, Banana Moon has consistently been so patient and attentive towards his needs and he now loves him every minute of childcare centre. Also, a HUGE plus is they allow you to provide your kid’s own packed lunch instead of childcare centre meals which have been exceptional for us. Would definitely suggest Banana Moon Childcare centre to all parents! Banana Moon Childcare centre is a fantastic setting for both my kids.

My daughter has attended since January 2020 and has grown in self‑assurance so much after previously not settling as well in a previous childcare centre. A big thank you to the manager and her key person for being consistent with her and challenging her in order to reach her full potential! Incredible team at Banana Moon!

Setting is never messy and consistently get feedback about my daughter’s day. My daughter settled in the childcare centre only after her first week. Highly welcoming team, consistently sense comfortable and confident that my kid is looked after accordingly.

The childcare centre is highly spotless. They have a lot of activities and interactions for the kids. I sense assured that my kid is ok. I’ve been to a few childcare centre placements before choosing Banana Moon and they stood out to me the most. They are highly different compared to others. When you know, you just know and my heart felt compelled to send my daughter here. She’s content. The team here are highly pleasant and supportive.

The team is welcoming, great listeners, give great advice. From not wanting to step through the doors to come out singing now, my kid has settled well and I sense at ease. Adore the security at the entrance, parents have to scan their fingerprint to gain access to the premises. The app is a great tool to keep parents up to date on the kids’ activities. It is highly easy to communicate with the team and raise issues or questions. I 100% suggest this place. Nice, spotless, secured and spacious place.

Watching him become more independent and discovering his 123 and ABC. He loves the chef’s cooking and has consistently eaten more than one portion. The team are understanding, hands on with potty training, sleeping pattern and will accommodate the needs of the kid. The manager is outstanding and has a funny sense of humour. The lady that owns the building is lovely and is consistently smiling. The childcare centre is only 5 minutes from Clapham Junction station which is excellent if you need to commute. Their security is hands-on. My son has been coming to Banana Moon for 1 year and he settled in quite quickly.
