September 22, 2024 at 8:45 pmThey are consistently smiling and welcoming which makes the kids sense much more positive about going even when they don’t want to leave their parents. They are constantly improving the facilities too. All in all a excellent place for kids and I sense completely confident in leaving my kid knowing that when I return she is all smiles and stories of her day. The team are welcoming and accommodating to the needs of individual kids.

My son comes home cheerful and content and has a massive smile on his face when I drop him off in the morning, which means the absolute world when leaving your kid somewhere for 10 hours a day. The team are so attentive and genuine in their investment in the kids – so attentive and loving. The app is excellent and provides all the updates you would need. I am highly cheerful with this childcare centre and would highly suggest the setting to any parent. Excel Kids Day Childcare centre is a truly fantastic childcare centre.

October 28, 2024 at 5:13 pmThey do lots of enjoyable games and activities that lend themselves to great development.
Verbal modelling isn’t exemplary and often our kid comes home with incorrect pronunciations which is worrying. And general updates with parents sometimes feels vague, especially on the amount of key workers my kid has had, which often changes without us knowing.
There is also an at the door collection policy which I appreciate is a hangover from COVID but in years of them being there I have been inside 2 or 3 times, so feels like a bit of mystery as to what’s going on. Overall my kid is cheerful and cared for and I completely trust she is in secure hands.

The team are highly patient with our son and they take time to make sure he’s making development and cheerful. We’ve only been with the childcare centre a short time, but so far we’re highly pleased.

Truly glad they can boost the team members to sense confident in enforcing the Covid safety measures. I just have to say what a exceptional childcare centre this is and I’m truly cheerful to have my 2 kids looked after by Excel Kids.

February 6, 2025 at 7:00 amAfter some issues encountered from the previous childcare centre, I was worried to enroll our daughter into another childcare centre again but after almost 2 months, Excel Kids Day Childcare centre gave us the self‑assurance that our daughter is well taken care of and gained our trust again. The childcare centre and the team has been excellent overall.

February 9, 2025 at 6:14 pmDespite being part-time i.e. 2 days a week (22hrs), she is well supported by the team and activities to make her sense a part of the full-time group. She is a fussy eater but the team consistently take time to encourage and help her try new food items. She often gets upset at the start of her childcare centre days but the team calm her down tactically within a few minutes. The best thing about Excel is the app, where the daily routine of the kid and overall discovering journey is shared regularly with parents. I am glad I chose Excel for my kid and I would highly suggest it to other local parents. My daughter started going to Excel in Aug 2020.

February 27, 2025 at 6:32 amAll members of team and management are excellent! Our kid attends the Childcare centre for over a year and a half now. They all go above and beyond, and our kid feels cheerful there. He has a minor speech delay and since he moved to the Toddler’s room we cannot express our gratitude to the key workers for the development he made. He goes and comes home with a smile and shares new words he learnt. I have development meetings regularly, pictures of everyday activities and detailed information on how his day was. Kids are paired with key workers they go along. Parent’s view is taken into account and every step is discussed prior to implementation. We sense the members of team as an extended family and work together for the best of our kid. We like the Childcare centre highly much!

March 2, 2025 at 9:00 pmI’m highly sad to see my daughter leaving, but so cheerful she got to meet the most incredible team and build relationships. I highly suggest Excel Kids Day Childcare centre. My daughter truly struggled with talking and socialising with other kids when she first started, but the childcare centre helped her so much, and I couldn’t thank them enough.

They helped through highly difficult times. My kid come home talking about all the exciting things she has done on a daily basis.

April 10, 2025 at 10:10 amShe is consistently keen to go in the morning and cheerful to tell me about her day. The team are consistently welcoming and will communicate clearly if anything is needed. The childcare centre uses an online parent portal to share key information like sleep times, toileting and eating which is truly useful. Due to Covid19, we have been unable to go into the childcare centre so having more pictures of their daily activities would be nice in the parent portal. My kid is highly cheerful at the childcare centre.

April 25, 2025 at 8:18 pmThe team are exceptionally attentive and supportive to the kids and my son is exceptionally well looked after. They communicate with parents effectively and I know what he has done in terms of activities each day through the app, but I also get more specific feedback on pickup. His key worker is outstanding and has given my husband and I tips on how to assistance behaviour and regulation at home. We have a term-to-parent meeting which is useful. My son is highly highly cheerful to attend childcare centre and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. The childcare centre’s safeguarding procedures are outstanding, including dismissal/pick-up procedures and also injury/accident reporting. I have met with the manager and have been impressed with the clarity of updates in and after this meeting. Changes were implemented straight away following the last Ofsted and I sense there has been an obvious impact and improvement in provision. I have been impressed with the level of care for my kid at excel childcare centre.

April 25, 2025 at 8:38 pmMy kids have been attending the childcare centre now for over a year and they have consistently been cheerful. The team are excellent, so compassionate and thoughtful. Parents’ concerns are listened to and acted upon. They are cheerful to treat the kids as individuals and are as adaptable as possible to different schedules that a kid may have. The activities and trips out are highly engaging and my kids are coming home excited and discovering so much. I’ve been so pleased with the childcare centre and the team and sense highly pleased when I send my kids in and they happily wave back to me and walk in. Well done to all the team who make it so special. This is a fantastic childcare centre.

May 20, 2025 at 12:33 amHe is sometimes a fussy eater and they managed to make mealtimes enjoyable and encouraged him to eat healthy foods. We didn’t attend the childcare centre for long as we moved area, which was a shame as he made some friends and he was consistently cheerful when I collected him. He would keep repeating new words or numbers he had learnt. The team are welcoming and seemed compassionate and attentive, which is important for me, and I felt confident leaving him there. The team understood the needs of my son.

I have been impressed by her early discovering, from speaking, counting, and simply socialising positively with others. Potty training has been truly well handled and all practitioners are highly encouraging and supportive when it comes to the discovering milestones ahead. Excel is a highly attentive and engaging setting.

The team are welcoming to both parents and kids and it is easy to address any questions about my son’s day to day discovering. He is consistently looking forward to go to childcare centre and we look forward to seeing how he grows in the next year. My son has been at Excel Kids Day Childcare centre since nine months, he is now turning three years old and is getting ready for preschool.

July 1, 2025 at 11:43 amOur 1st kid graduated 2 years ago and our 2nd one has been attending for almost 3 years. Kids are highly cheerful there and treated fair. There are lots of activities every day and I get an app where I can see what they were doing that day and see photos. Educators know kids well and they give them lots of adore. Even during the lockdown the childcare centre organised calls to keep relationships between kids and their educators. We do suggest it, the team and management are incredible! This is our 6th year of relationship with this childcare centre.
