Bright Horizons North Cheam Day Nursery and Preschool

I would suggest this childcare centre to other parents. The childcare centre has the benefit of being part of a network of nurseries, so it has excellent policies and accounting systems in place – they didn’t get bills wrong, unlike other nurseries my kids have attended! Despite, being more corporate, they have managed not to lose the fact that the team truly care about the kids they look after and have a great bond with them, like what you would expect from a smaller childcare centre. They have a nice variety of food available for the kids, outstanding attention to discovering and playtime, with well trained team. Only downsides are, they do not have much outside space and seemed to have a regulated nap time, which didn’t work so well when my son was a particular age, as he didn’t need to sleep much. The childcare centre is highly flexible with timings and didn’t charge extra for early drop off. Both my kids attended Bright Horizons, North Cheam and I have been highly pleased with the care they received there.

I was a highly anxious mother, and I had a lot of mum guilt about leaving my kid when it was time to return to work, however, the team were incredible at reassuring and comforting, both me and my kid. I’ve seen such a growth in my son’s self‑assurance and development. My kid has been attending this setting for over a year and it was the best decision I made.

He settled in straight away and has bonded with all the team in his room. He consistently has a smile on his face and the team are excellent with him and us (his parents).
Overall, such a lovely journey bringing my son here. My son hasn’t been attending the childcare centre for long but absolutely loves it!

My son thrived there and the setting provided the best start to his life. The same is happening for my nearly 3-year-old now. The team are outstanding – compassionate, affectionate, but firm when needed and the whole place has a enjoyable, but calm vibe for the kids. I adore walking past the fantastic discovering stations set up for preschoolers! It’s interesting even for us parents! The app used to update parents on their kid’s day/development, is outstanding. I adore that I know when and what my kid did during their day. Seeing photos and development updates consistently make me cheerful too. Again, their food must be incredible, as my picky eater gobbles up almost everything and then has seconds too. So thank you to the kitchen team that we don’t consistently see! My daughter has made new friends as have I and is consistently cheerful at drop off and pick up. Thank you to the incredible team at Bright Horizons, North Cheam! Bright Horizons in North Cheam has been a home away from home for both my kids over the last
five years.

Everyone seems truly well‑informed and I consistently receive great feedback about what’s happened in the day.
My son has settled in truly quickly and seems to truly delight in his time at childcare centre. All the team members I’ve spoken with have been truly attentive and invested in the kids.

We have had two kids attend, and the current one is truly enjoying the toddler room. I fully trust the childcare centre to keep my kids secure, cared for and stimulated with all the discovering and activities they have each day. My son comes home cheerful and smiling every day because he enjoys childcare centre so much, and that is all we can ask for as a parent. The teams genuinely care for kids, and spend time getting to know each of their personalities. The updates in the app are remarkable, it truly makes our day to read what our son has been up to and to see the photos.
The childcare centre is highly spotless and well maintained. The management team are highly welcoming and consistently willing to help when we have any questions.
I genuinely believe that because of attending childcare centre when it comes to school transition it is much easier because of the teaching and discovering they do at childcare centre.

Drop-off and pick-up are excellent because I can see how much enjoyable the kids have. The childcare centre itself consistently looks spotless and highly well run. The team care so much and work highly hard and are all so engaging. I can tell they adore what they do and all the kids that attend. There are so many creative activities and ideas for discovering which is shared on the app, so parents can see what their kid is up to. Updates is excellent and I consistently sense informed. My son consistently comes home telling me how yummy his food was and who he was talking to and playing with. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. My son attends childcare centre here and he is exceptionally cheerful.

We’ve genuinely been impressed with every member of the Bright Horizons team that we’ve encountered. There is a real warmth from all members of team, which was immediately welcoming and has continued throughout our son’s time using the childcare centre. He has had three key workers during his time at Bright Horizons and has developed a true bond with each of them, which has helped us to understand how much he is enjoying childcare centre, particularly during this Covid period where we haven’t been able to enter the site. All of the team have exceeded our expectations on a number of occasions, which has been appreciated. Updates from Bright Horizons has consistently been great, but particularly now we have the Bright Family app, it is easy and enjoyable to keep up with the day’s and week’s activities. Finally, the variety of food is outstanding as well. Thank you to the whole team. Our son joined the childcare centre aged nine months and has been through the baby room into the toddler room over the last 18 months.

Everything you could possibly want from a childcare centre, Bright Horizons, North Cheam, provides. All the team are incredible and it’s clear to see they truly care about all the kids under their care. Both my kids have built strong bonds with the team and look forward to coming every day, they would come at weekends if they could! Both my kids have developed truly well since attending and I cannot thank the team enough. The childcare centre is truly well managed, and they have been truly accommodating when it comes to needing extra days. Both my kids have thrived since attending and it’s been truly lovely to see. The team consistently have time for the kids, and it’s been truly lovely to see. They encourage sibling bonding by regularly taking my little ones to see one another. The updates are regular and consistent. The childcare centre manager is truly attentive and shows an interest in all the kids who attend. I have two kids that attend this childcare centre, and both have had the best experiences.

First my daughter and now my son. From the moment I walk through the door, I am greeted with a smile from the lovely manager and one other member of team in particular. They chat to my daughter and make us sense like family. The team in the room fill me in on his day and update the app regularly. Nothing makes me happier than receiving a picture or a video of my son happily playing and reaching some incredible milestones with the help of the fantastic team. Another team member has turned the horrible feeling of mum guilt, from leaving my kid behind, into a enjoyable journey. I adore the smile on his face when he sees her. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough, it has made our lives so much easier and we are exceptionally cheerful with all the team, even from other rooms, who greet us with fantastic smiles and let’s not forget the free parking should you need to leave your car to catch the bus to work! I’d give it more than five stars, if I could. Bright Horizons, North Cheam, have been providing childcare for my family since 2019.
