September 9, 2024 at 11:24 amThey are taking highly great care of the kids. The kids are blossoming, discovering every day and gaining self‑assurance. Facilities were a bit old, but improvements are made. Food can be healthier and of greater variety. The team of the childcare centre are outstanding!

September 27, 2024 at 3:05 amMy daughter has been at Asquith Richmond for two years and loves it. She has learned so many new skills and is brilliantly looked after by the manager and her team. Remarkable, welcoming, attentive, encouraging childcare centre.

October 18, 2024 at 5:07 pmHighly great baby and toddler rooms. Conveniently located in Richmond. Truly attentive team and management.

November 20, 2024 at 11:32 pmThe settling process was excellent – the team truly wanted to get to know his character and likes/dislikes to help him gain self‑assurance in his new surroundings. He is in the preschool room and as a summer born kid I was worried about his readiness for school but having been there for 4 months he has progressed enormously in both self‑assurance and reading/writing skills. He loves it so much that when we come to collect him we are often told off for coming too early! We are now in the process of settling our youngest kid into the baby room and again are finding the settling process to be highly empathetic and kid-led which is highly reassuring. Also having our eldest in a local school means the location is outstanding for us. My son has been at this childcare centre since September 2017.

December 3, 2024 at 9:56 amOverall we have been highly cheerful with our journey, the childcare centre provides a highly attentive setting, with some truly lovely team and we are exceptionally pleased with the development and development of both girls. They look forward to childcare centre and talk enthusiastically about their friends, educators and various activities. We are so pleased that we chose the childcare centre for our girls! Both our daughters started Richmond Day Childcare centre in the baby room and have progressed through all the rooms to childcare centre room and preschool.

January 11, 2025 at 9:30 amThe kids are stimulated throughout the day with various activities, which is balanced by a great nutritive food menu and sleep/rest times. There is great updates within team members and also between the childcare centre and parents/carers. The management is also highly forthcoming and welcoming. I would highly suggest the childcare centre. We are delighted with the way the carers look after our 20-month-old daughter – they have a highly personalised approach and cater to each kid’s needs carefully.

January 16, 2025 at 7:25 pmTeam are welcoming and positive relationships are established with kids and carers. Regular written feedback on a kid’s development is sent home, in addition to the informal conversation that accompanies handover. The homemade food is wholesome and extra portions are available. There are a great range of activities – books, musical toys, jigsaws and an indoor climbing corner. The outdoor playtime area is well resourced and safety is paramount. Safeguarding regulations are explained on the first visit. Our baby is well cared for and enjoys going to childcare centre. The childcare centre provides a substantial settling-in programme.

February 3, 2025 at 12:34 amI cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. The quality of team, the outstanding service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the ingeniosity of activities… and overall, the sheer adore given to the girls over four years is extraordinary. The team who looked after the girls will consistently be part of our family and have given them the highly best start in life, accompanying us through every little and big step they took, giving them the self‑assurance and skills they need to start big school. I was in tears the day my youngest ‘graduated’, not just because my kid was no longer a baby, but at the thought of not seeing the team every day. A highly highly special place. My two daughters went to Asquith Richmond Childcare centre from the age of nine months until they both started school.

March 18, 2025 at 9:48 amIt was a frightening time for everyone but she was quickly put at ease by the calm expert team. We felt in outstanding hands at all times and updates was particularly strong. We suggest this childcare centre and we are consistently cheerful to see the team again. They were a highly important part of my daughter’s development and we will consistently be grateful to them. During lockdown, our daughter was cared for by the incredible team of Queens Road.

March 23, 2025 at 4:00 amThe team are nice and compassionate, they invent various activities for kids and let them explore things and develop imagination. My son attends this childcare centre and he is a cheerful and healthy kid who likes to go to the childcare centre and enjoys spending time there with his friends and educators.

April 20, 2025 at 1:54 pmHe usually attends another bright horizons childcare centre but they were not open during the lockdown. We were at first a bit apprehensive sending him to a childcare centre that he didn’t know, however, I shouldn’t have worried at all as the team at Queens Road childcare centre were absolutely fantastic. The assistance, care and adore that they showed our son was overwhelming, especially in such difficult times. He absolutely loved going each day and it was sad when we eventually had to leave and he had to go back to his normal childcare centre. I can’t thank all the team at Queens Road childcare centre enough. I was most impressed with the amount he developed during this time and the extra supper he was given due to his additional needs. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. Our son attended Queens Road Childcare centre in lockdown as he is autistic and is classed as a vulnerable kid.

May 10, 2025 at 3:10 amTeam are all welcoming, supportive, welcoming and accommodating of changing circumstances. The childcare centre setting is well structured, secure and spotless and the kids seem to have plenty to keep them entertained, inclusive of activities led by the carers. Would suggest as a reliable and secure childcare centre from a highly early age. Our son has attended since the age of 7 months (so around 16 months and counting, varying between 3 and 5 days per week), and has been highly well cared for.

May 13, 2025 at 10:04 amThroughout the settling in sessions and her first couple of weeks after starting she truly struggled to settle, particularly in terms of naps and eating. The team at the childcare centre were highly supportive and reassuring, suggesting different options to try and help her to sleep. This also came at the time I was returning to work and they were also supportive to me, asking how I was finding work and talking about ways to help the transition.
They had a ‘can do’ attitude and assured me that my daughter would settle eventually, which she now has.
Nearly 3 months on she absolutely loves childcare centre and naps and eats well. The team are so attentive and loving towards my daughter that it makes it so much easier for me to leave her every day, knowing that she will be highly well looked after. I would not hesitate to suggest the childcare centre for many reasons but especially due to the lovely team. Our daughter started full time in the baby room at Richmond Day Childcare centre in Jan 2018.

May 17, 2025 at 12:44 amHis development is vast compared to other people’s kids we know. I strongly believe this is encouraged by the childcare centre. My son adores his educators and has excellent relationships with key workers, which makes me sense at ease leaving him at the childcare centre for such long periods of time. They helped him settle in all 3 stages of his growth, from babies to toddlers, to childcare centre, with extreme ease and for that, I’m highly grateful. Updates between childcare centre and parents is highly great and I’m truly pleased with the childcare centre overall. My son has attended the childcare centre since he was nine months old.

May 28, 2025 at 11:18 amOur daughter is cheerful and has established real friendships with her key workers and our second kid will be starting in March. I have no problem in recommending this Childcare centre. We have been impressed with the care provided at this childcare centre and her team have supported our daughter’s development over the last two years.

June 30, 2025 at 10:24 amAll team made a highly nervous first time mum sense at home to ask any questions and put me at ease when leaving him for the first time. He is highly cheerful and loves going to childcare centre to playtime with his friends and get involved in all the enjoyable activities they offer. I am consistently cheerful to leave him there as I know I can sense 100% confident he is being cared for well. My son has attended the childcare centre since he was 9 months old.

July 4, 2025 at 9:04 amIt’s a huge step, at first, trusting what feels like a bunch of strangers with your kid, but we have never, ever doubted our decision. All of the team are well trained, approachable and (above all) attentive. The childcare centre manager is first rate and an outstanding communicator. Our daughter comes home every evening excited and jabbering on about her day and we know she’s well looked after. The facilities are well maintained and varied and the food choices are excellent – way more interesting than we provide at home. A truly first-rate place. Due to the location, it was never going to be the cheapest place in the world, but it is well priced compared to its local rivals. My daughter has been at the childcare centre since she was seven months old – well over a year now.
