They are highly loving, attentive and gentle with my daughter. Supportive, understanding and willing to assist in every way they can. I gladly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. I just want to express my gratitude to the team. My daughter loves the team at Building Blocks Childcare centre.

What makes my kids cheerful to go to Building Blocks Teddington day after day are the enjoyable and nurturing team. They make huge efforts to create stimulating activities and put a lot of thought into the setting. Before the pandemic the kids had regular trips for ‘forest school’, swimming or just a walk to the garden centre/local train station etc which I truly valued. Weekly menus have consistently impressed me and the kids truly delight in the food. It’s well managed from the office admin side too. Where I’ve wanted key carers to pay particular attention to something they have been highly supportive. The outside space isn’t as big as I would like but they co-ordinate and rotate well amongst the rooms to make it work well. Building Blocks has been a excellent start for my kids, thank you. My daughter attended full-time from 2yrs to school age and my son is currently in the pre-school room having been there since the age of 10months.

Does anyone know if there was a breach of care here? After-school club only:
They left my autistic 8yr old at school because they missed him off their register.
I had to leave the office to collect my kid.
They graciously refunded the fees for that day and “apologised for any misunderstanding and inconvenience caused”.
    Disgraceful!

Through the continued care and commitment from their team, many of which are long standing, they have flourished and are confident learners. Two home cooked meals is a excellent assistance, along with the recipes we follow at home too and a big range of extra curricular activities such as forest school and swimming are weekly favourites. Web cameras provide a reassurance and connection if we wanted and for grandparents too. Highly suggest. Both my daughters attend Building Blocks Childcare Teddington.

We had a highly thorough settling in period and the team went to excellent efforts to make both my son and I comfortable in difficult circumstances given that it was during a lockdown. Since attending the setting he has flourished into a confident and cheerful boy. We truly value the excellent efforts the team go to to ensure that the days are varied and stimulating, from swimming to baby ballet to walks in nearby parks. I also appreciate the regular feedback and input on what he is working on/enjoying. My son has attended the childcare centre for 5 months, since he was 11 months old.

Our youngest just finished this summer as they will be going to the same school. We have nothing but a positive journey with the childcare centre and it will sadly be missed. Many of their peers are moving onwards to the same schools which gives them a nice transition to their next journey with the foundations set so well by Building Blocks Childcare. Both our sons were cared for by Building Blocks Childcare since 2016.

The team are highly compassionate and thoughtful, I’m consistently impressed at all the activities they provide and it seems a genuinely lovely setting where my daughter’s self‑assurance has truly grown. My daughter consistently has a fantastic time at Building Blocks Childcare Teddington and even though she’s only currently attending once a week, she consistently asks if she can go more often!

The settling in process is thorough and the team and team truly make you sense at ease and confident in leaving your baby with them, they truly take the time to get to know your kid. The activities my kids take part in daily are enriching and exciting and my four year old doesn’t stop talking about what he’s learnt! Building Blocks Childcare Teddington also offer a range of extra curricular activities, such as forest school and swimming, which is a huge bonus. It’s highly clear to see how much they are both benefiting from their time here. The team are all exceptionally skilled, well‑informed and attentive with a clear passion for early years education. My two kids are currently attending Building Blocks Childcare Teddington and they both adore it.

However the carers at Buildong Blocks Childcare Teddington ensured that she was eased into her new surroundings gradually and made to sense welcome. Academically, not only has her vocabulary come on staggeringly but she’s making so much more effort to express her needs and feelings every day. We can also see a massive improvement in her self‑assurance and the way she interacts with her brother at home, which is highly clearly a direct reflection of the encouragement to engage with others at childcare centre. Her enthusiasm to learn grows more each week and it’s just been an all round pleasure to observe. We’re so grateful for the effort and dedication that’s put in and my daughter adores all of the team. Thank you so much, Building Blocks Childcare Teddington. My daughter began preschool in January 2021 and due to lockdown, had been in contact with highly few kids.

Made me and my kid at ease every day, consistently there for anything. Extra resources were brought in for my disabled kid, whatever he needed. My son has truly improved and progressed massively within the 2 years he has been there. Incredible, compassionate, lovely, loving team.
