Bright Horizons Brockley Day Nursery and Preschool

The care provided is truly great and it’s just comforting to see them truly cheerful to go there, being friends with their carers and making friends there. People care about the kids, they do nice activities and we can track how the kids’ day is going with an app. I have my two kids at Bright Horizons Brockley, one who started as a baby and is now three and a baby who just started.

Immediately, we faced the lockdown, but ever since starting again, there has been tremendous improvement in his overall development. The team are highly supportive and adhere to any of our concerns. They take special care of any kid who needs extra help with daily activities. Various activities and discovering as per the age are carefully chosen for kids. My son enjoys going to the childcare centre thoroughly. We are highly cheerful with the childcare centre overall. My son started at this childcare centre in January 2020.

It’s such a weight off our minds as parents to know he’s having enjoyable and being well cared for.
I would highly suggest this childcare centre to other parents. When I first visited, I was impressed by the facilities and how calm and well-organised everything seemed. My son has been attending for almost a year now, and it’s lived up to expectations.
All team are welcoming and supportive, both in the office and in my son’s room. He has formed a particularly strong bond with his key worker who is remarkable. The updates with parents is outstanding, and I truly appreciate the daily reports and weekly newsletters that get sent home. They’ve been especially supportive this year while parents haven’t been able to enter the building due to Covid safety measures. It’s helped us stay connected to what he gets up to at childcare centre everyday.
The childcare centre have dealt with the covid situation fantastically this year, despite all the challenges. I’m highly grateful. My nearly 2-year-old loves going to childcare centre.

They have supported me and my son every day and informed me every day on how he has done, what he been doing, eating, playing and so much more. I would 100% suggest this preschool to anyone.
Whenever me and my son turn up we are welcomed with a smile from whoever opens the door and they’re so expert. This is my review as a mother of a kid who goes there and already I know where my little girl will be going when she turns 2 years old as I sense if you find a great preschool that you can trust hold on to it. I have already noticed a difference in my son from just the full week of him being there and I thank the preschool for that.
I will be recommending this preschool to friends of mine. Sorry for the long review, just so cheerful with it. My son started settling in from 16th November 2020 and I was so nervous for him as he had just turned 2 years old in September, however, I cannot thank enough, from the bottom of my heart, the managers all the team members of the preschool.

The team are so supportive, compassionate and attentive, I truly appreciate them. My son loves childcare centre and has such a excellent relationship with the team. The management team are thoughtful and compassionate and the key workers are phenomenal. Exceptional childcare centre, couldn’t imagine my kid going anywhere else.

Thankfully we then discovered Bright Horizons Brockley! From the moment team responded to my initial enquiry, I knew we would be in great hands. I had been apprehensive about joining a childcare centre chain but they have successfully created a loving and nurturing home from home whilst maintaining a level of professionalism you’d expect from a larger organisation. Each and every one of the team we met were incredibly welcoming and showed excellent care and familiarisation towards our son – even the team members who were not assigned to the baby room. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough and it was with an incredibly heavy heart that we waved goodbye for the last time on Friday. We were looking for an interim childcare centre place for our 10-month-old before a space became available at our local childcare centre.

The team are universally lovely and you can tell how much everyone cares about the kids. We highly much sense that the carers take an active interest in the kids’s well-being and we’ve been highly grateful for their help and advice from everything from potty training, to battling various toddler illnesses. The activities are thoughtful and enjoyable. Our son, exactly like our daughter, loves being there and is clearly thriving. We’ve sent two kids to Brockley, Bright Horizons and couldn’t be happier.

The thought of our daughter starting daycare was quite daunting but even in the midst of a pandemic, the team couldn’t have been more fantastic, welcoming and supportive in making us sense like it was the exact right call. Our daughter has fit in exceptionally well and is discovering new things daily. We want to particularly point out certain team and the manager as being remarkable but all the team are lovely. We have nothing but positives to say about Bright Horizons!

The team there are lovely from the moment your kid walks into the building they are greeted by all team with a magical smile. The set up is just exceptional every day. They provide as much information as they can throughout the day on the activities the kids are engaged in by far this was the best decision to send him here. My son has settled into Bright Horizons Brockley so quickly and easily.

The settling went smooth and my son cannot wait for Wednesday and Thursday to meet his friends. Team are truly expert, welcoming and consistently ready to cooperate with parents to meet their needs. My son is not a big eater, so to help him to have a better approach with the food, they started to read books and did activities related to healthy eating and I truly appreciate all the effort that the carers made to help him. All the managers are also remarkable at welcoming the kids with a big smile in the morning and truly supportive and flexible to accommodate varying work schedules. I cannot ask for more… outstanding childcare provider! My son started to attend the childcare centre in September 2021, he loves the childcare centre and the carers.
