Bright Horizons Kingston Victoria Road Day Nursery and Preschool

We really appreciate the effort and persistence the team are making with getting our daughter to eat her meals (she’s a fussy eater). The management team have been very supportive and responsive to our enquiries. Overall the childcare centre is spotless and well maintained, the area is secure and being located on a quiet road really sets this apart from other nurseries in the area that are on busy roads. My daughter has only been at this childcare centre for 1 month but she settled in quickly thanks to her key worker, the lovely attentive team and excellent facilities for her to playtime outside and inside – the sensory room is fab!

It’s very obvious he’s so loved and taken care of by all his key workers.
He recently moved up to the next room, the transition was so easy and he’s thriving!

The facilities and outside space really set them apart from other local nurseries. The team are incredibly dedicated to the kids and parents. The kids are consistently busy working on new skills and being inspired to try new activities, every day they come home telling us what they’ve done and they are very cheerful there. One of the key attractions for us was the impressive structure and setting within the childcare centre and preschool. This supports the kids all the way up to school age and will ultimately make that transition easier. From our first viewing we knew this was the childcare centre for us.

I immediately liked the layout and decor of the premises, with the nicely sized outdoor playtime area and facilities. The childcare centre manager and the deputy manager are very invested in all the kids’s well-being and care. In each class my son attended, he built lovely relationships with the teaching team, key workers and other kids. The childcare centre have consistently been very accommodating where possible and my son has consistently been very cheerful there. I’m so grateful to all the team for giving him the best start in his education. I’ve been so cheerful having my son attending this childcare centre and preschool from the age of 1-4 years old.

They have changed classes over this time as they have gone up a class, and both sets of team that have looked after them have been very attentive and have got to know them both as individuals. The kids eat well and nap well, and do lots of stimulating and varied activities like planting seeds and collecting autumn treasures, that are helping their brains to develop and grow. The childcare centre has an app that allows parents to keep track of how their kids are eating and what they’ve been doing, which is very useful, with photos of them engaged in group activities like yoga and painting, and discovering new things. In the inviting months, they seem to do a lot of outdoor activities in the fresh air which is excellent. There are also great development reports that show how the kids are developing which is really nice to keep track of. Management is lovely too and very supportive. Highly recommended! My two kids have been attending this childcare centre for just over a year and they both adore it there.

They made sure my kid adjusted to the childcare centre settings early on. Now they make sure he is in an setting where he can express himself and learn. I cannot thank the team enough and we have also recommended our friends to this childcare centre. Excellent team who take pride in making sure that your kid is having the best time.

I chose Bright Horizons after being unhappy with a previous childcare provider and I’m so glad. The team and kids are cheerful and kids are clearly well-stimulated. The location and facilities (particularly the gardens) are outstanding. Also to note, my daughter has a hearing impairment and Bright Horizons were really supportive and understanding about how they will give my daughter the additional care that is required.

The team are so attentive and nurturing and create such a lovely setting for our kid to grow and develop. We adore receiving the individual report they send on his development and development, and it’s evident the team truly care about each and every kid. Highly suggest the childcare centre! Our kid also goes to the childcare centre and comes home with a smile on his face.

My son has been at the childcare centre since he was just over one and we have been incredibly cheerful with the care and assistance given and the facilities. Highly recommended. Remarkable childcare centre with attentive and knowledge team.
