The team and educators are attentive and look after my son quite well. I can see great development in my son is discovering new things and life skills. Management is also great, initially the days I was looking for childcare centre days were not available but the management team managed to give me these after some days. Thank you to everyone in the childcare centre. We are cheerful with the service provided by Bright Horizons, Hounslow Childcare centre.

All the management and team are welcoming. The management and front office reply to any queries promptly. My son adjusted to the toddler group very well and looks forward to going to childcare centre. He has gained a lot of skills in a short period of time. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. Bright Horizons, Hounslow is a excellent childcare centre.

I still cannot believe my son who is used to very continuously the few weeks at school, has now become so confident, so independent ad has grown into an admirable toddler. He has learnt so many skills and talents at school. The entire team at Bright Horizons are doing a tremendous job, they are trying innovative ways to bring up our kids. The team goes the extra mile at every event they organise. They provide a secure, attentive and discovering setting for the kids. You all take care of my daughter since the very first day, with kindness and I am very cheerful of the care provided. In the few months he has been going to the childcare centre, he is becoming more confident and cheerful to be around other people. The team are very welcoming and expert at all times. The setting is consistently spotless. I get regular updates about my son’s development. We sense so cheerful that we chose this childcare centre, it feels like our second home. Very thankful to the team who looked after her so well. She was consistently cheerful singing and dancing every time she returned from school and would consistently tell me what she ate and what activities she played. Incredible team with so much heart and attentive mindset. The educators really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individual way. It’s fantastic seeing our son get excited about going to preschool. I can see the growth and discovering everyday! Our son is cheerful and that makes us cheerful. My son loves this place.

The level of care given to him by all the team and the attention to his discovering and development has been outstanding. Super welcoming expert team all the way through. Helped with potty training and other major milestones. My daughter is now here too currently in childcare centre and is thriving too. Highly suggest. The manager and team run a very attentive and expert childcare centre. My son started in the baby room at 10 months old and was here all the way until pre-school.

Our kid absolutely loves attending. This has been a excellent relief to know she enjoys attending, as well as developing. The individual target plans are clear, focused and well communicated with us, which puts our minds at ease when discussing strengths and interventions. The online app is also a excellent way to keep in touch with daily updates, where images of the activities are shared. As well as this, lovely different open days are arranged. It was a lovely touch when they organised a coffee morning with pastries (and grab and go bags) for Mothers Day. The team at the childcare centre are very welcoming! We really appreciate all the hard work our key person, and everyone else does with our kid. Highly suggest this childcare centre!
