Bright Horizons Enfield Hilly Fields Day Nursery and Preschool

Our little boy is now 3.5 years old and has been attending since he was just 7 months. The team are compassionate, attentive, nurturing and provide assistance for parents/carers too. His transition from room to room has consistently been well managed and the team have worked hard to ensure our little boy has settled with ease. His Key Workers have consistently been supportive and often go the extra mile in supporting our little boy’s development and providing parenting advice too – so supportive! Activities and opportunities for him to develop and development are well planned and photos and discovering he brings home evidence he is accessing extremely high-quality EYFS provision. Our little boy could not be happier here and has positive relationships with all team as well as having an ever-increasing group of excellent friends. Enfield Hilly Fields really is a special place and our little one loves the food too! Enfield Hilly Fields is just perfect for our little boy and I would highly suggest it to all parents.

He loves the structure and routine of his days at childcare centre and he has made some lovely friends. He is progressing well with his discovering and social skills, and we have really noticed how far he has come, especially in the last 6-months of moving to the pre-school room. The initial settling in period was thorough, and the team have consistently worked hard to ensure that his transitions from room-to-room have been smooth. The team are exceptional, compassionate and nurturing; they all know each kid by name, and it is so reassuring to leave him knowing that he will be so well looked after. He consistently comes home cheerful, and its such a fantastic feeling knowing that he has had a fab day! I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to all parents for their childcare needs; it is a fantastic place! Since my daughter joined a little over 3 months ago, she has excelled in her social skills. After never having been around other kids due to the pandemic she was luckily immersed in to what is a very inviting and attentive setting. The team are all absolutely remarkable, and so attentive. I sense at ease to leave my daughter in their care. The photos and updates received daily are so well thought, and considers the discovering stage my daughter is currently at. The team teach the kids to be compassionate and I would 100% suggest this childcare centre. What a fabulous job they do! I have only positive feedback to describe Bright Horizons Enfield Hilly Fields Day Childcare centre and Preschool.

My son has been really cheerful since joining the room and has really developed his self‑assurance and talking.
All team are very supportive and no concern that we don’t see the key worker, due to hours, as other team keep us updated all the time. Excellent journey of all the team in childcare centre room.

The management are incredible, consistently so compassionate and supportive. When I collect my daughter they consistently take their time to touch base and inform me in detail about her day. The team are compassionate and really make my daughter’s day so enjoyable, she consistently comes home so cheerful and excited and consistently has so much to tell me. 10/10 service. I adore this childcare centre so much, so does my daughter.

The cost is far more than all nurseries in the vicinity so we would expect the highest quality provision for the preschool kids. On the whole we are cheerful with the preschool room although there does seem to be a lack of direction/management in terms of discovering abilities in preparedness for school.

The app has been remarkable, allowing us to keep in touch with what our kid is doing on a daily basis. The handover at the end of the day is consistently thorough and the team consistently make time for us whatever the query. Thank you. We are so pleased with the childcare centre, the team know our kid well and have helped him develop immensely.

We were very anxious about putting our son in childcare centre as young as 7 months and having seen several in the area before coming to Hilly Fields Bright Horizons, we knew within 5 minutes of walking into the big, bright and cheerful building and talking to the manager, that this was the one. Childcare centre’s a real financial commitment for us, but seeing the beaming smile on his face when he arrives every morning, and seeing how cheerful he is in general: the best money we ever spent. They seem to think harder than most about everything – what music the kids listen to, what they learn about, what they eat, what activities they do. It is a compassionate, inclusive and intelligent childcare centre in our journey so far. Our little fellow adores his key workers and everyone else there by the looks of things! If he gets a bump or scrape (very rare) they monitor every ten minutes and send us a report. Regular photos/emails/FB updates about activities etc. Just ace. We have been absolutely blown away by the team here.

There is a nice balance of indoor and outdoor activities with discovering through playtime encouraged The team at Hilly Fields are exceptional, their care for the kids is obvious, and both our kids have grown in self‑assurance as well as mental ability.
