November 9, 2024 at 6:38 amWhen asked why such increase was told it was in line with local nurseries but on investigation this is not the case (local nurseries are much cheaper before such increase) and when I explained this was told “okie dokie let me know what you decide” this is not a expert response. I was also invoiced incorrectly and when I queried I was told it was correct when in fact it wasn’t and I had to explain why for it to be resolved. I hope the team that do the attentive are getting a decent pay rise with such an increase in fares but I doubt this is the case. team looking after my daughter are really nice but will be leaving due to increase of childcare centre fees by 20%.

December 27, 2024 at 2:50 pmShe started in the baby room at 10 months old and worked her way through all the rooms. I highly suggest this childcare centre, the care in all rooms has been remarkable, the team are welcoming, inviting and attentive. There are outstanding facilities and the baby room has its own garden. The range of activities provided in the preschool room was extensive and varied. My daughter enjoyed her childcare centre days so much. Tapestry is a exceptional tool and it’s lovely to get photo updates via this when you’re at work. The food and menu are varied and healthy. There are regular parents evenings and other events including the annual summer enjoyable day which is consistently enjoyed by all. The car park can get busy (particularly at pickup time) and I often found myself parking in a nearby road and walking to childcare centre, but this is a small inconvenience for a fabulous childcare centre. My daughter has just left Fennies Purley, after 4 years.

February 3, 2025 at 11:09 pmThey have been so well looked after by their key workers and it’s such a lovely setting, the team are very welcoming and they have really great activities planned for the kids every day. Tapestry is a nice addition, so you can check in and see pictures of what the kids are up to. Their key workers also leave notes to let us know what they’ve been working on, particularly great as my twins have been slow to talk. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. Fennies has been remarkable for my twins.

February 10, 2025 at 12:11 pmMy daughter has been attending since she was 10 months old and I has really got on well with all of her key workers and other team members. I can see that she is discovering and cheerful. She tells me her new phrases and I loved listening to her sing childcare centre rhymes and gesture as she sings. My daughter is nearly 2 and when you spend so much time as a work, it feels reassuring to know that such positive and inviting people (both catering and caretaker team) are surrounding my daughter. welcoming, inviting, welcoming team.

April 18, 2025 at 9:23 pmThe team are so devoted and nurturing. In return, my kids delight in attending and are positively fond of the team and their friends. We regularly discuss the kids’ development, they give a detailed summary of your kid’s day daily and you can also access pictures and videos from your kid’s day. Parking is limited but for us, it’s actually within walking distance and it’s easily accessible via public transport. Both of my daughters started attending at three months old, one is now three years old and the other is a year and a half.

May 9, 2025 at 2:58 amAt each level, we have been impressed at the high levels of care and attention from all the team. It is excellent to see him continuing to develop and delight in such a excellent and nurturing setting. Very high standards. adore Tapestry as well to be able to interact and see all the enjoyable things the kids get up to. Our son has been at Fennies now for 12 months, moving from babies to preschool.

June 22, 2025 at 12:12 amIt is very well managed an organised. I have consistently felt at ease knowing my son is cheerful there. The only drawback is the lack of parking – however to me this wasn’t an important factor when you consider against quality of team etc. I would suggest Fennies Purley due to the high quality of team/care, activities/development and quality of food.
