I am very pleased with my journey, the team are very gently, welcoming, hardworking and provided my kid with outstanding care and ensured she developed all areas positively and significantly.

My son consistently felt welcomed and cheerful at the childcare centre. He developed very nicely, learned a lot and enjoyed all the activities he was involved in. I don’t think I could have asked for better educators for him, therefore, I am very grateful and thankful to everyone in the childcare centre, every single person played a significant role in my son’s development. He has consistently been eating well, feeling secure and supported. Thank you so much, he truly loves you, fantastic people. We have had a excellent journey for the past year.

I took my daughter to this childcare centre and she was bullied and treated differently from the other kids. I saw one of the team pulling my two-year-old by her arm that she was unable to walk. Staff barely move and made bad faces when I delivered my daughter into the classroom. I arrived several times at the childcare centre and I saw kids alone and team chatting. The levels of care shown to our kid were poor and not to high standards. I managed to enter the childcare centre without my fingerprint register, so anyone can access to the kids. My daughter came back sick and her lips are swollen, after picking her up from this badly called childcare centre. Her clothes and jacket were wet! in wintertime. The attitude of the team towards us was completely unprofessional, despite we were polite with them all the time. The worst journey ever.

They consistently give you that reassurance that your kid is secure. I adore the fact the food is homemade and kids are shown a lot of care and adore. My daughter’s vocabulary is at a higher level than her peers of the same age that go to other nurseries. The team are consistently smiling which is a bonus and the diversity is incredible. Thank you for the assistance, very grateful for the work you do. The team are very supportive and welcoming.

My daughter started when she was one in the baby room (after trying another childcare centre which wasn’t a patch on Banana Moon), went on to the toddler room, and she’s now 3.5 in pre-school. My son is one, and he has just started. The team are so compassionate, attentive and well‑informed, each kid has a key worker, and you’re updated throughout the day via an app with pics and info. The chef is outstanding, and the kids have fresh food throughout the day. Most importantly – my kids are very cheerful there, have made excellent friends, and I sense secure that they are in the best hands. I can highly suggest Banana Moon!

All team right from the baby room to pre-school are compassionate, welcoming and enthusiastic. My son is currently in the toddler room and he thoroughly enjoys going – he is clearly well looked after. They are all aware of his interests and dislikes and manage activities to suit them. Management is also excellent – get back to you with queries within a reasonable amount of time. We absolutely adore this childcare centre.

Keep up the excellent work guys, we are extremely grateful for all the care and attention delivered. Banana Moon has been an incredible childcare centre for our son, he was a very late starter and settled in really well, thanks to all the incredible team.

He is kept active and educated, discovering something new every day. Thank you. My kid has positive and nurturing relationships with the people he is cared for by.

I am pleased with how well my kid has settled in, in a short space of time. Staff are incredible. I was nervous about moving my kid to a childcare centre after attending a kid minders for a year.

The team have consistently been kid-centred and supportive. I would and have recommended this childcare centre to other parents. My son has enjoyed his time, made lots of friends and feels comfortable with the team. Staff have worked closely with me to prepare my son for primary school. My son has attended Banana Moon and has since graduated preschool this month.
