August 27, 2020 at 12:00 amI couldn’t recommend Little Crystals enough! They provide an excellent provision and have allowed my daughter to blossom whilst in their care. Their approach is extremely personalised, meaning every child receives the best care to meet their milestones. The atmosphere at Little Crystals is vibrant, friendly and filled with love. Their approach to the EYFS framework is impeccable and the staff ensure parents are aware of all progress that has been made, whilst also working with parents towards the next steps in development.

August 27, 2020 at 12:00 amWe are very happy sending our son to Little Crystals Day Nursery, where he has thrived. The staff are excellent and it is so lovely to see the relationship that he has with them and that he has formed a bond with the other children at the nursery. We enjoy seeing what he is up to throughout the day on our app and that he takes part in various activities such as painting, reading and dancing. His speech and language skills have also improved during his time at nursery. Thanks so much to everyone at Little Crystals.

August 28, 2020 at 12:00 amChoosing the right nursery for your child is not an easy job as there are so many factors to consider. We could not be happier with our experience so far and I’m very greatful to the wonderful staff for being so caring and supportive. My daughter took quite some time to settle in when she started almost 2 years ago and they were amazing from day 1, communication with us parents has been exceptional, always flexible to do what is best for her. She now tells us how much fun she has at nursery and she speaks very fondly of her friends and teachers alike.
Cleaning standards are high and they provide nutritious meals which for us is important. Outside space is not big but they go on outings to the nearby parks. My little one will start next January and having that peace of mind that he will be well looked after and cared for is priceless.

September 2, 2020 at 12:00 amLovely friendly nursery where all the staff takes time to get to know your little one and the family. The nursery is well run with excellent communication using the Eylog app, there are daily observations with photos of your little one engaging in activities.

October 21, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son attended this nursery and enjoyed his days at the nursery right from the beginning to the very end. All staff members know each child and established and maintained a safe, friendly, welcoming and loving environment for my son. They also made him feel at home and most importantly allowed him to feel safe and welcome when he was in their care which is so important for a parent/carer.
All staff members are very friendly and professional and I couldn’t thank them enough for what they have done for my son.

October 22, 2020 at 12:00 amMy nephew attended this nursery from 6 months old until he left for Primary School. Choosing a nursery was a very daunting decision for his mother and the whole family were delighted to finally find such a warm loving and welcoming nursery. The staff were all extremely passionate about their role in my nephew’s life and attended to all of his needs with genuine care. The management team were fantastic and very approachable if we had any concerns. My nephew made special friendships and bonds with staff and other children, and grew in confidence. We were continuously updated with his progress and with any events which the nursery were holding. The menus were great and incorporated all cultures. I would recommend this nursery to anyone! It definitely played a huge role in our lives, I can not thank them enough.

My little one started over a month ago and has really settled in well. Staff listen to all your feedback and take an interest in outside activities

He enjoys going each morning with no fuss and we know he has an enjoyable time and is very well cared for whilst in the care of all the staff, who have been excellent in encouraging all areas of his development.

The nursery is well run and has a strong partnership with parents, the manager is always there if you have a concern.

I wouldn’t recommend any other nursery. Any concerns are automatically dealt with in a professional way by the staff. It’s a relief to know my niece attends an amazing nursery.

February 8, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son attends the nursery and has been there since he was 10 months old. The staff are truly amazing, they have been so good throughout the Covid situation with my child being unsettled when he returned.
The manager is so good and runs a nice smooth and happy nursery.
Highly recommended nursery and will be sad to say goodbye when he goes to school.

August 10, 2022 at 12:00 amIt is such a relief to have found this gem of a nursery for my child; she loves going there, and I love leaving her in the care every day. The warm and caring nature of all the staff is second to none. I can see her developing every day from her experiences and personalised care. I can’t fault the staff and management; they do everything possible to make it a positive experience for both children and parents!

March 24, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son joined the nursery when he was 9 months old. We always knew that he was being looked after, and most importantly, cuddled and loved by the delightful team.
Our little boy unfortunately has food allergies and we felt assured that the team were trained and had the knowledge to deal with that. From a developmental point of view, I must admit that he has learnt most of his words and skills at the nursery as opposed to at home. The team’s pastoral care is wonderful. One drawback would be that when he hit around 18 months I felt like he had grown out of the environment, being surrounded by so many babies meant he had to be careful when running around and I think he needed more. The move to another nursery came just at the right time, perhaps a few months late.

He started full-time at 12 months old, and the nursery offered lots of settling-in sessions which really helped the transition. The staff are friendly and caring and always provide a warm welcome when we drop him off. We also value the wide variety of activities and food that the nursery provides – it means our son is getting to learn and experience new things all the time.

Being a small size, the nursery has a very family-style feeling and is always cosy and buzzing with activities. It is a great feeling dropping him off knowing he will have a good day and be in safe hands.
Throughout every interaction, the team always show the genuine care they have for each child.

June 23, 2023 at 12:00 amHaving older children we know what works and what doesn’t, elsewhere. Why we love Crystal Palace Day Nursery (Maberley Road), is they know the children. I don’t get bland answers to what he did or ate. They know my son’s development rate, they know when he is off-colour or just chilling out. We don’t get unnecessary messages to keep them home or ‘that’s our policy’ responses. Our son loves the staff, they give cuddles and they make him feel safe and happy, plus so many fun activities. He has a food allergy, which they take seriously and include him in meal times as normal and we haven’t had an incident. The manager is lovely and he had big boots to fill, the kids all love him and flock to him. As parents we feel good too, in other places I have felt dismissed and not listened to. Here it is a partnership, for example moving from 2 naps to 1. We agreed on a plan that would work at home too. Really rate this place. Thank you to the team.
